As a general premise Riding the Ninja 250R in Circuit puts more stress on the Brakes than on public roads. And since the OEM is a single push 2pod, it doesn't stop at all, it takes a long time to drag. And yet. And yet. OEM disc is Solid Quantity:1 pc. Why!
This is why it warps so much when heated well. Crack also comes in between the halls, it is dangerous. I have replaced the OEM twice in two years. The negative chain of warping and further unstoppable →stronger braking.
So I bought this product, which is not cheap. This is where Impression comes in.
Let's start with the bad. High.
That's all. Other than that, there is nothing bad about it.
good point It's cool. The reason we chose SUNSTAR over other companies' products was because of Slit. Also, I could choose Anodized color. Red is noticeably faded, but it's Anodized, so what the heck. I don't think so if you don't put heat into it.
Accuracy is good. There are cheaper ones, like Arashi. I have heard from others that there is a lot of individual variability. SUNSTAR is a safe bet. Did I mention that they will also give you an inspection certificate if you submit it to them for fairness?
After Service is available. You are fair, if you send it. It's nice to know when it's time to replace it. Also, it may be cheaper in the long run because it can be replaced in parts.
