How to return & Exchange items


If the item does not fit or if you don't like the color, Don't worry!
* Money Back Guarantee service is not available for business(wholesale) users.
Within 7 days of receiving your package (within 7 days from the item arrival date), you may return any unopened merchandise if it's in original sellable condition. Simply contact info@webike.co.th with a photo attached prior to returning any products.
If it is stated that a product can not be canceled, returned, or exchanged on the product page, those products can not be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Please do not return any products without first contacting us at info@webike.co.th. We may not be able to refund you for any unauthorized returned items.
If you would like to exchange the product(s), simply return the item and place a new order on our site. Upon receiving and inspecting of the returned item, we will refund you for the amount of your purchase only. We will not refund you any applicable shipping costs.
* Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
We will process to refund as same as your payment method to Webike Thailand
* Returned items must be new and unused, and in the same condition as they were sent in their original packaging.

You can do the cancelation by yourself on the "Customer center" page, before the order moving to status "Delivery confirmation".
* Please note that the "Order cancellation request form" must be input and send back to us to specify of your refund information.
If the item you have received is damaged (damaged is cause of manufacturer and Webike Thailand only) , please contact us by e-mail with a photo attached within 7 days so that we may remedy the situation.
If you have a claim that you would like to be handled, please contact Webike Thailand directly with a photo attached within 7 days from the date you received the item so that we may remedy the situation..
Webike Thailand will consult with the manufacturer/delivery regarding any damaged (damaged is cause of manufacturer and Webike Thailand only) items or product malfunctions.

* Please note "Receipt/Tax invoice/Delivery order" must be returned with the product in case of returnable or claiming order.

When you return, please use the carrier we specify.If you use different carriers from the one told from Webike, we may not accept to receive your return or may ask you to deposit import tax which we may need to pay to receive your returns.

The refunding amount varies due to the reason why you are returning the item. If it's our or the manufacturer's defect, we will make the full amount of what we received in Thai Baht. If it’s purchaser’s misunderstanding, then we will make the refund of purchased priced of the items. This returning policy is based on your credit card company or other payment service. Please understand that we are refunding the full amount of the item returned in Thai Baht and we are not responsible for money lost or gained due to the transaction.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the product was returned because of our error or damage.
Who pays the postage on returned Items?
If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
* Please note that if you wish to return the item(s) while the item(s) are in transit, we may deduct the return shipping fee from total refunding amount.

Your returned shipping costs are refunded if the item is being returned as a result of our error or damage.(damaged is cause of manufacturer and Webike Thailand only)

Please check the refund status by email.
We will not be able to accept any returns on products that have been personalized. This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy. We may not be able to refund for unauthorized returned items.
* Please note that the product made to order or TIS (Thai Industrial Standards) option cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged
* Overseas customers will not be able to canceled, exchanged or returned after shipping.
* Motorcycle gear, apparel and helmet will be unable to canceled, exchanged or returned the order.
