You can choose the cash on delivery and check out quickly with no need to enter your credit card details.

We accept payment through COD only in the domestic and Thai baht currency. The price of an item(s) and the shipping fee will be display when placing an order and you can do the payment when product is on your hand. In case of cancelation and returnable, the refund to be made within 7 days after the product arrived to Webike Thailand.

* Please note that in case of order amount is up to 10,000 THB. you will have to pay a deposit of 30%, the rest will be paid after you have received the product.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is the most favorite payment method in Thailand which is shared up to 50% of online payment service. If you already have an account, you can pay without any additional procedure. Once you pay, the transaction will be made to our shop directly.

We accept MasterCard or VISA as a payment by credit card. 2C2P As we ship your item(s) out from our warehouse. Customer is not allowed to split their payment to any other payment method or the same. The payment will be made in lump sum.

Your credit card information will be recorded at 2C2P under secured encryped database.

Handling of your credit card information

In conducting the e-commerce service, the purpose of acquisition and the name of providing destination for credit card information such as credit card name, credit card number, expiration period are as below.

Note for using debit card

If you purchase item(s) with a debit function, after clicking the "order" at the end of the order purchase procedure, the credit will be immediately withdrawn from your designated bank account.

For many possible occasions (refer below), there are possibility of duplicated withdrawn for your order. In such a case occur, it may take upto 30days to 45 days for the refund to be back to your designated account. This is due to the gap in leadtime of cancelled transaction data from us to reach to your credit card company.

・When the order can not be determined due to an error occurred after credit authentication

・Partial refund or addition of charge procedure is required.

・When part of the order content is changed

・Other than described above, when cancellation of settlement and/or re-authorization of your order.

We adopt 3D authentication in addition to authentication by security code when you purchase with your credit card, so that you can be more confident in using our shop.

Security Code

We adopt the authentication by security code when you purchase with your credit card, so that you are able to shop safely. The security code is 3 or 4-digit number on the back of your credit card. That is printed separately from the credit card number.

3D Secure

3D Secure is an authentication scheme recommended by VISA and Master Card for the purpose of preventing unauthorized use (spoofing) of a credit card by a third party trying to settle transaction with your credit card. An authentication will be done by entering 3D secure ID and password in addition to the credit card number, expiration date, security code.

We STRONGLY recommend you to register your 3D secure ID and password. 3D Secure can be registered at each credit card company's website. Customers who have not registered for 3D secure can still be able to purchase on a credit card by it's card number, expiration date and security code.

Payment error when placing an order
