O-ring of TZr50R 4EUEngine Oil pump
[How is it used?
Used for EngineO/H of YAMAHA/TZr50R.
This product is an Oil pump O-ring.
If this O-ring becomes ruptured, 2ndOil may enter the GEAR side.
Although there was no leakage during the O/H this time, it was replaced as a preventive measure.
I am glad I replaced the old O-rings because the stones were getting hard.
How was your experience with it?
OEM parts are the only choice for engine parts. There is no problem with quality.
How did it compare to other products?
There is no Other Brand Product, so there is no comparison. Even if there were, OEM would be the only choice.
[Points to note]
The O-rings were greased up before installation, being careful not to twist them during installation.

Now that I think about it, it's a very labor-intensive product.
My SR400 is becoming more and more NORMAL.
Fender was also a gem, but the exhaust pipe and exhaust pipe also took a lot of time and effort.
External Material:Bought back OEM Exhaust pipe from Stainless Steel Exhaust pipe.
Motorcycle Exhaust Pipe
The exhaust pipe is the pipe that connects the engine to the silencer. "Exhaust pipe" also called 。 Since the entire exhaust pipe is replaced, the cost is higher than the Slip-on Silencer, but in return, a large weight reduction and power increase can be expected. 。 The exhaust pipe is also changed so that the stress-up effect is even higher.
Effect of Exhaust Pipe
The exhaust gas is discharged from the combustion chamber of the combustion engine, and is led smoothly into the large air mass so as not to cause heating damage to the surrounding equipment. 。 Another important role of the large is the heavy role of adjusting exhaust efficiency.
What is good about SR's exhaust pipe?
OEM exhaust pipe of SR
...◎Triple structure
Initially, the engine had a triple structure with three pipes to prevent burning of the plating and the resulting internal rusting. As exhaust gas regulations became stricter, the exhaust gas inevitably became hotter when trying to increase combustion efficiency. Although there were already double pipes, if they were bent as they were, the pipes would stick to each other and burn the plating.
.......ice bending
In order to make the inside of the triple structure hollow, we filled it with water, froze it, bent it with a bender, thawed it, and squeezed the back end. 1 pc every 20 seconds, the exhaust pipe hanging from the Conveyer comes around through the Large type freezer, just like butchering work (laugh).
[After exchange]
◎The exhaust noise has become quieter; it is a triple-layered structure, which helps to reduce noise.
I think that the thickness and shape of the OEM allows the exhaust pressure to stay in the Straight instead of being exhausted directly, which is why the exhaust pressure control is possible.
◎Carburetor settings are easy to produce. I think that in combination with an external Slip-on Silencer, you only need to adjust the Pilot Jet.
If you are looking for more power, I think Straight is the way to go. If you are looking for stable performance and longevity, I think OEM exhaust pipe is the way to go.
Very time-consuming (Cost) SR was doing what it took a lot of time and effort to make even a single exhaust pipe. However, even considering the cost of living, it is necessary for a manufacturer to keep making old motorcycles in the same way, and the special Fender and Exhaust System described below can be considered a good value for money. If you look at the special Fender and Exhaust System described below, it can be considered a good value for money.

Tough parts
I thought I was in perfect condition.......but I didn't make the exhaust system to be that good, but when I embraced the carburetor setting, the exhaust system started to crackle with after fire.......and I can't think of anything else....
I looked around the car and found a strange sound at the joint between the →carburetor and the engine, the indicator.
Motorcycle Indicator
Indicator is the Parts that connect the Cylinder head to the Carburetor. 。 Passage for sending the mixture made by the carburetor to the engine 。 Since the shape of the engine and carburetor differs depending on the car model, the shape is adapted to each.
[What are the symptoms of a deteriorating Motorcycle Indicator? ]
Indicator degradation causes secondary air to be sucked in more easily, diluting the air mixture and causing engine trouble. 。
[Causes of Indicator degradation
○ Material:Because it's Rubber. Rubber Band. It will be very easy to understand if you Image 。 Material:Rubber products naturally harden and deteriorate over the years without doing anything. It causes→Crack cracks, etc. In my case, it's this.
Excessive tightening during installation. Rubber that has been strongly pushed inward in a large size will not be able to withstand vibration or heat, and will peel off from the steel base and crack.
What's secondary air?
It is called ” secondary (second) ” Air because it sucks in extra air from places other than where it should not ” be sucked in.
[How to determine if you're smoking secondary air]
If secondary air is being sucked, it can be easily checked by spraying flammable liquid such as parts cleaner around the manifold during idling, as the rotation will change.
→ I sprayed the 556 I had on hand.
After the replacement, the Idling and After Fire, which had been fluctuating wildly, were eliminated.
[Points to note for replacement work
Please do so when the Engine is cool.
★Center Standetc. to do and level the car body.
To be sure, turn off the Fuel Cock and remove Gasoline from the carburetor.
If possible, it is better to use OEM for the durability of Rubber.
If you are replacing your carburetor with an external carburetor, the OEM Indicator will not fit the size of your carburetor, so you will need to purchase a separate Indicator.

Genuine Yamaha Cable Guide for FZ1N 2008
This was a part that I needed to replace due to age related corrosion. The guide was simple to find by using the tools Webike provide with the help pages etc. I also cross referenced with Yamaha schematics to make sure. The price was minimal and a good price. With a few other small parts in my order, I got them all shipped together via EMS. The delivery arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The order was well packaged and no damage was sustained during trtansit. The guide is not really much to look at but the quality is easy to see. The finish is a satin black paint and well made. Super easy to fit as it is just a simple one bolt attachment. Makes a real difference in the look of the bike. Now a nice shiny new guide instead of a corroded old part. Very happy with this. A labor-intensive product.
As I continue to ride SR400, I am getting more and more impressed by the charm of OEM parts and the history of SR400.
This time, we returned from external Stainless Steel to OEMSteel.
In this day and age, Plating Fenders are rare, aren't they? And I found out that this OEM Fender is very costly (laugh).
[Rear Fender's role].
The Rear Fender on the upper part of the rear wheel has a role of mud repellent to prevent mud and rainwater from being rolled up while driving, and to cut foreign objects that may be caught in the tire. In addition, it is also effective in maintaining the strength and rigidity of the BodyShell.
In other words, since the parts are used in quite severeCondition, strength and durability are also required.
[Fender in SR].
Fender of SR, which seems to be handmade.
Currently, except for cars that dare to give a Classic feel, Material:FRP is the mainstream of Fender.
SR is a plating fender made of pressed steel, which was not unusual at the time and could be considered outdated.
SRFender Features.
Rear Fender with ○Wire.
The Rear Fender has a gold needle at the folded edge to suppress cracks due to its strength. They use a machine with a claw-like tip to bend the needle Gold with fine vibrations while letting it out little by little.
○Skilled skill in PRESS.
It was a 3K job, and it was said at the time that it would not be able to continue for a long time due to the need to secure human resources, etc.
The process of putting in →Buffing and Wire is inevitably manual. Material like that.:Compared to the Plastic Fender, the PressFender like the SR is handmade, and that is why it is called "handmade".
Good and bad points of OEMFender
[Good point]
○ Highly resistant to vibration. Reinforced with →needle Gold for strength.
The length of the shoes is long enough to prevent mud splashes and cut foreign objects.
○○ Strength allows it to withstand Tandem, loading, etc.
[Bad point]
It is heavy because it is ▲Steel.
▲SmallPeople are prone to rust if they don't clean up frequently.
A light coat of →for Vehicle water repellent WAX or similar is a good measure. Or, if it gets a little rusty, PIKAL or similar will also clean it up.
The production of this Fender has already finished, but I think again that the cost of this Fender is quite high (laugh).
I regret that I have been disdainful of OEM Fender, because OEM Fender is too much of a no-frills, and I want to show Refreshing outside of the company.
Stainless steel is strong, lightweight, and resistant to corrosion.
However, when I learned about the reverse side where this OEM is made, I realized that there is quite a deep story behind it.

Genuine Yamaha Left Side Swingarm Cover for YZ125 2004
This bike came in with a lot of issue and a lot of smll niggly parts that needed replacing. The swingarm cover on the left hand side was completely missing for some reason or another. Might as well just buy a new one which will help protect the pivot bolt nut on this side. I also needed to get the right hand side as this was also missing too. I did have a couple of other parts for this bike in the order so I got them all shipped together to save on a bit of cost. I generally use EMS as they just get the job done fast. In 5 days my order was at my door and was all presented in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent as always with Webike. The cover came in the regular Yamaha packet and was just as expected. It is made from a plastic kind of material and was a moulded part. Makes sense really. It is basically a dust cover to protect the nut on the pivot shaft. Obviously, as this is an off road bike, you do get a lot of dirt that could easily make its way in there and cause some issues. Fitting it just a push on and that's it. A nice snug fit and hopefully, this will stay in situ for a long time to come. Overall, very happy with this purchase. View detail

Genuine Yamaha Right Side Swingarm Cover for YZ125 2004
This was a replacement for a totally missing right side swingarm pivot head from the YZ125 that came in to the garage. I also had to replace the left side as that was also missing. No idea how they were lost but they were certainly not there. Finding the right covers was pretty straight forward by checking Yamaha schematics. The price was great and this made me very happy. With a few other small parts, my order was shipped with EMS and as usual, it arrived at my door in 5 days straight. Everything in the order was packaged very well and no damage during transit. The cover is a moulded one made from what looks and feels like a plastic composite. It is a very hard surface but that is a good thing. It is just a boot that goes over the pivot head and protects this from rocks and debris which swould hinder the removal onf the pivot. Fitting was just a push on cover and was very secure as I did try and prise it back off but it was well on there. Nice little job that made a good difference. Thanks Webike, nice one View detail

It does not seem to be semi-permanent. Older bodies are by confirmation.
Flywheel was replaced at the same time when I had the engine overhaul the other day.
The rust was so bad that I thought it could still be used on Flywheel if I polished it, but I was worried about its strength after polishing, so I replaced it.
Flywheel
. bouncing wheel attached to the end of the crankshaft 。 It stores the rotational energy transmitted to the crankshaft, supplies it to the drive wheels, and helps the engine rotate by inertial force.
Not too light ? not too heavy ?.
[Symptoms of a problem with Flywheel
‥
▲Clutch does not disconnect, when Clutch is connected. "Skinny Vibrations and noises with a
▲Idling is not stable and vibration increases.
By the way, in my case, the Idling was going up and down and the vibration was terrible (laughs).
→Rust....
In fact, Flywheels are basically never worn out and can often be used for long periods of time.
*On the other hand, when it becomes unusable, it is rusted, corroded or chipped. In some cases, it can be reused by polishing. However, be careful not to polish it too much because it may lose its balance.
Replacement Procedure] Large body all car models are the same. For reference.
(1) Remove the Flywheel Cover and Sprocket Cover.
↓
Screw in the head of the MagnetFly Wheel Puller.
Prepare for the MagnetFly Wheel Puller because it cannot be removed without it.
↓
(3) Since it is an Opposite Thread Screw, it is tightened by turning it counterclockwise.
↓
Screw in the puller screw. 。 Normal Thread Screw.
↓
(5) Put the Spanner between the Head and the bar, and push the bar down to easily pull it out.
↓
(6) By turning the Shaft of the Puller and pushing in the head of the Crankshaft, the Flywheel comes out in front.
↓
(7) Flywheel is replaced and assembled in reverse order.
[After exchange]
◎Vibration reduction and Idling stabilized.
◎I am also worried about the durability of the Body itself if there is rust, and I am glad that I replaced it.
Idling is unstable due to the weight change caused by the rust and the Flywheel is not rotating and timing its rotation properly.
It is rare to replace a flywheel, but if you feel something is wrong or have an opportunity to open the crankcase, you should check it.
Incidentally, the Lightweight Fly Wheel improves the engine's response when the Axel is turned, and the change in rotation is quicker when the Axel is loosened. 。 RacerSpec. and so on.
In addition, Lightweight Fly Wheel seems to have better acceleration and deceleration performance because less Energy is required to change the Engine speed.
On the other hand, it seems that some people make it heavier in order to increase the sense of pulse...
If the Flywheel is made too light or too heavy, it will not be able to control the Rose Tsuki of the Engine combustion and the Idling will become unstable.
I think the safest thing to do is to replace the OEM.
OEM is 3HT-81450-10 is the part number.

Genuine Yamaha Seal for TMAX
This was a replacement fuel tank seal that was needed for the TMAX I had in from a customer. There was a small tear in the seal which was casued by user error. No point in messing around with sealant when you can just buy a genuine Yamaha one cheaply like this. Finding the right seal was super easy using the tools Webike provide in their help section and then cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. The price was really cheap which did surprise me and it was a lot better value than sourcing locally. The seal and some other parts were all shipped using my chosed courier, who is EMS. My order arrived in perfect condition in 5 dayas from being shipped. The seal came in the standard yamaha packet and was inside a bubble wrap envelope to keep it safe. The seal itself is a moulded part as this needs to be pertty exact to make a good seal. It is less flexible than I thought it would be but that is not a bad thing at all. It serves its purpose and that is what is needed for the fuel tank. Fitting was easy after removing the fuel cap by the small screws. Refit and that was it. Nicely sealed fuel tank once again. I realized once again that SR is an old car.
I used to like Cafe racer, British car Custom, and Material:I had been putting on FRPLucas type lamps as if they were my own righteousness, but I dared to go back to OEM Tail Lamps because I thought the design of NORMALSR400 had many elements of Motorcycle that I like.
The reason. Practicality." When The "look It is divided into
〜tilde Practicality." 〜tilde
★ [Motorcycle Tail Lamp
The primary purpose of a tail lamp on a motorcycle is to let the following vehicle know that the vehicle is moving. 。 Lamps also provide an indication of the distance to be measured by following vehicles. 。 The Brake light is activated in conjunction with the Brake applied by MotorcycleRider. 。 It is used to notify people that the vehicle is decelerating and also to let them know that the vehicle is stopped.
★ Tail Lamp Safety Standards
The color of the light should be red. 。 The light source must be visible at night from a distance of 300 m behind it, and the light source must be 5 W or more but less than 30 W. The large size of the lighting area must be 15 cm2 or more. 。 The irradiated beam shall not obstruct other traffic. 。 The tail light shall not have a damaged luminaire or severely defaced Lens surface.
★ [Reflector
Motorcycle Reflector (Rear Reflector) is a familiar name for bicycles. Red Reflector." means 。 In Motorcycle, it is mounted on the Rear 。 If the Engine Displacement Volume exceeds 250cc, it is possible that the vehicle will not pass inspection unless the Reflector is properly installed.
Even in cars, Tail Lamps are required by Article 52 of the Road Traffic Law to be lit at night! 。
OEMTail Lamps are also equipped with a reflector to meet safety standards. [Color] Clear, and more vibration-resistant and durable than FRP and other materials. →s recommendation.
〜tilde The "look 〜tilde
The SR400's Tail Lamp is square and large in shape, and has hardly changed since its birth in 1978. The basic design was made in the 70's.
In other words, → it's mostly old cars.
In the 70's, they are the same generation as the Yong Four, XS-1, GS, and so on. The shape is also similar to Motorcycle Tail Lamps around here (lol).
→As a person who admires old cars and old cars without doing anything, I'm just an ant (laughs).
I decided on the OEMTail Lamp because it meets security standards and can be customized to my own style.
【good point】
◎No need to worry about vehicle inspections. Vehicle inspections will pass.
◎70's Motorcycle atmosphere, combined with OEMPlating fender, it's like an old car☆.
◎Reflector can be attached, so it is easy to be recognized by following vehicles when driving at night or in Tunneletc.
◎
[Bad point] ??
◎ Some people are wild.
◎Steel is prone to rust.
I like it. I'm not sure what I'm talking about here. However, I can say that any Tail Lamp should be installed that meets the safety standards.

Replace after 10 years or 100,000 km.
Since the body is over 20 years old, Ignition coils were also replaced, although there are no problems.
The OEM coil, not the external high performance one, was replaced.
I just recently did an Overhaul above the Engine waist, but just in case.
Ignition coil
Device to boost battery voltage to tens of thousands of volts required for spark discharge of ignition plug 。 The Ignition coil consists of a primary coil and a secondary coil with different numbers of turns. The battery voltage causes the primary coil to generate a magnetic field, which in turn generates an induction voltage of several tens of thousands of volts in the secondary coil.
→Plug, Parts connected to the Plug cord.
[If the Ignition coil malfunctions...
The Engine stops while Idling at a traffic light. 。 Because of the large load on engine rotation, normal engine rotation cannot be maintained, causing engine stop during idling.
When starting the ▲Engine, the spark plug may not receive enough electricity and sparks may not fly. 。 This prevents the fuel/air mixture from combusting, thus making it less likely to Engine 。
Ignition coil replacement guideline
As a rule of thumb, inspect the Ignition coil and spark plug after 100,000 km, and replace them if there is any abnormality.
In such a case, exchange.
◯Engine noise and exhaust unstable during Idling.
FatEngine stops.
◯You may lose speed when twisting the Axel. → It is likely to have reached the end of its life span! 。
If the Ignition coil fails, or while running, the same phenomenon may occur, causing the Engine RPM to become unstable, power down or stall.
Measure the resistance with *Tester. 。
According to the Service manual, Ignition coil "StatorCoil" CDI The resistance value should be measured to determine the failure of the device.
Procedure
(1) Remove the tank and you will see it. 。
Fixed with two ?Plus screws 。 This Screw is quite hard! You should use Impact Driver or something like that.
We finally removed it with Impact.
Overhaul brought it back in tune, but it seemed clear that IgnitionCoil should be replaced as well! It just felt like the fuel adjustment was needed! 。 It may have changed somewhat due to the stronger sparks.

It is also the identity of SR.
Fork Boots are a distinctive feature of the SR400's appearance.
Material:Of course, the parts are rubber parts, so they will deteriorate over time...
It was torn and I replaced it with a new one.
What is Fork Boots anyway?
Front fork boots
It is a part to protect Inner Tube from dust, stepping stones, mud, etc. 。 They are made of natural rubber or silicon rubber and are bellows-shaped.
It has a strong visual component, but what is its role?
The role of Fork Boots.
Spring is attached to the outside of Suspension and used as a cover to prevent Garbage from entering Spring in the Inner Tube, which is used as Spring's Cover.
Originally, Fork Boots were used on Large Motorcycle models with the spring on the outside of the suspension (early Tele ScauperPick models) to prevent rocks and other objects from getting caught in the spring and making it dirty unless the spring was covered.
Later, when Spring was placed in the Inner Tube as it is today, it also began to serve as a Dust Seal. This is what→SR is for.
(2) Attachment for a Classic look and feel.
Since current motorcycles are equipped with a dust seal, it is not functionally necessary to add a dust seal, so it would be a press-up element. However, if there were no Dust Seal, the protection of the Dust Seal on the Fork would be lost, so there is no denying the danger of Garbage and other contaminants getting inside the Fork.
→ Functionally requiredParts and understanding.
There are many Fork Boots for SR on the market, from OEM to Other Brand Products, and although there are personal preferences in design, I chose OEM because of its durability and reliability, considering it as a consumable item.
Replacement procedure - in the case of SR
Remove the front wheel.
↓
Loosen the Bolt on the Top BridgeSIDE.
↓
(3) Remove the +Screw holding Boots at the end and set it to Free.
↓
Loosen two bolts in the "Under" section. Loosen two Bolts of the Under part. 。
↓
(5) Pull out.
↓
(6) Insert new FrontBoots and assemble in the order of (4), (3), (2), and (1).
If you ask a store to do it for you, they will charge you 10,000 yen (laughs), so I think it is better to do it yourself if you can.
[Effect]
It is not a part that can be felt, so it is not effective, but it can protect the Dust Seal of the Fork, so there is peace of mind in driving.
Fork Boots are still old-fashioned parts, and I can't deny the feeling that they are going against the times, but I think they protect the inside of the fork in addition to the dress-up effect, and I feel that they are one of the faces of SR motorcycles.
Fork Boots→Dust SealCover is also available, if you prefer.

Genuine Yamaha Front Wheel Oil Seal for WF450F 2017
This was the oil seal for the front wheel on the WRF450F which needed new wheel bearings. I do always replace the oil seals when it comes to any bearings where possible for my own peace of mind. It just makes sense to do this. Finding the right oil seal was easy as I already had the schematic open for the wheel bearings anyway. The price for the new seals was great value. At this price is was silly not to get them. With the other parts needed for this replacement, I had all the order shipped using EMS which are my chosen and trusted courier. My order arrived in 100% perfect condition in 5 days from being shipped. The oil seals came in th standard Yamaha packets and were also inside a nicely made bubble wrap envelope by Webike warehouse to keep them safe. The oil seals are pretty rigid if I am honest but that is not a bad thing. They are top quality oil seals which you expect from such a well respected manufacturer like Yamaha. With a tiny bit of oil to seat them easily, the job was complete and now the front wheel moves freely and smoothly as it should. Great job guys, very pleased with this purchase. View detail

Genuine Yamaha Front Wheel Nut for WRF450F 2017
After replacing the wheel bearings and the oil seals for this bike. I also wanted to replace the wheel nut as this had a lot of damage and although right now, it is still ok, at some point it will need replacing anyway. Might as well get this all done at the same time right. Finding the correct nut was easy as I just checked the Yamaha schematics I had already opened. This nut is good value and as it is a wheel nut, it needs to be right first time. With a few other parts in this order for the bike, I got them all shipped together using EMS who are my chosen courier. In 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse, my order arrived safely. The wheel nut came in the Yamaha packet and was wrapped with the oil seals together to keep it safe. This wheel nut is a well machined nut and the threaded section is silky smooth. Install is a simple replace with new from old. Torque the nut and away you go. Thank you for the help Webike. Very happy customer. View detail

Drum brake is still very practical.
My SR400 is a '96 model, so it has front and rear drum brakes. This time, I replaced the rear brake because it had been neglected for about 5 years due to infrequent use (laugh).
In the case of automobiles, it is common to use a drum brake only on the rear wheel, but the front and rear drum brakes are quite old-fashioned, aren't they?
I know it's a selfish image, but I have the impression that drum brakes don't work very well..............do you think?
What kind of structure is a drum brake?
[Drum brake]
The drum brake generates frictional force when the brake lining is pressed against the inside of the drum, and the kinetic energy is converted into thermal energy by the frictional force. 。 The rotating force of the drum works in a direction that helps to spread the shoe, and the drum brake, which exerts a larger force on the lining, exerts stronger braking force than the disc brake. This action of the drum brake to pull in the shoe is called Self servo. He says.

Low cost due to simple structure.

(1) Since braking is performed by causing friction inside a sealed cylinder called a drum, frictional heat tends to accumulate inside the drum. 。 If the temperature inside the Drum rises, the so-called "Hot Dare." and is not suitable for driving with heavy use of Brake.
(2) It is also vulnerable to humidity. Moisture tends to accumulate inside due to the relationship between outside air temperature and internal frictional heat. "Squeak." And sometimes it makes a sound.
(iii) Poor Control.
Drum brake tends to have a two-shape curve in performance and poor controllability, so be careful when decelerating before entering the corner.
And the central component that makes up the Drum brake is the [Brake Shoe
[Brake Shoe replacement guideline].
‥
The thickness of the friction material part of a new Brake Shoe is about 5mm (4mm for SR), and if it is less than 1mm, it needs to be replaced as soon as possible. 。 The thickness of the Brake Shoe must be disassembled and measured depending on the car model. 。 Mileage is generally considered to be between 50,000 and 100,000 kilometers.
We need to exchange?
‥
If the brake lining is worn away, the gold part of the brake shoe will come into direct contact with the brake drum, causing damage to the brake drum. 。 Under these conditions, Brake becomes unstable and very dangerous.
Surprisingly, it works better than DISC... (laughs)
However, the following conditions apply.
No Garbage or Brake dust buildup inside the ◆.
◆Shoe thick enough.
◆No moisture has entered the system.
→ A properly maintained drum brake means it works well.
We will exchange with that in mind!
Procedure SR400Rear brake
(1) Stand the center stand and raise the rear wheel.
If you don't have it, work with Jack-up.
(2) Remove the Silencer.

Pull out the ASKULShaft (?). stick the Driver in the hole of the shaft and pull it out, then tap it out from the other side with a plastic hammer.
Place the Wheel on a soft surface such as Matte to prevent it from being scratched.
Remove the Brake Panel (lid).

But if you grip or step on it as if it were a disc brake, the →tire will lock up and start slipping, which could be dangerous (laughs).
I thought it would be better to Brake gently.

Genuine Yamaha Front Wheel Bearings for WF450F 2017
This bike came in after taking a bad hit when having a spill. The front wheel bearings were toast and needed replacing. No point in messing around looking for after market bearings when you can get hold of the genuine Yamaha ones this easily. Finding the right part number was easy using the schematics section of Yamaha parts catalogue. The price Webike had these for was excellent and better than I could source locally. With some other small parts in my order, I got them all shipped together. In 5 days, my order arrived. It was shipped using EMS and they do just get the orders delivered fast. The bearing came in the Yamaha branded packet and was sealed. This bearing is a closed bearing so the free play of movement was initially as expected. I have found that once these have a few rotations, they free up really quickly. The quality is second to none when it comes to Yamaha bearings. Fitting was ok to do if you have the right tools to remove the old ones correctly. Take your time and you will do just fine. Quick and easy job but very rewarding to know it has a long life ahead of it. Thanks Webike for the great work you guys do. View detail

Genuine Yamaha Circlip for FZ6R 2014
As with when ever I change out bearings regardless of where, if the circlip is also available, I do tend to change these out too. No point putting a previously removed circlip on a new build. Yes, it might look ok but the tension is never going to be what it actually should be. So, finding the right circlip was as straight forward as finding the bearing. Using the tools Webike provide on their help pages and cross referencing for my own peace of mind on Yamaha schematics. The price was excellent as expected. With some other parts for this bike in my basket already, I had them all shipped together to save a little shipping fees. EMS is my courier of choice as they just get the orders delivered fast with no fuss. Upon arrival, the box was well packaged and all the smaller parts were individually packed for safety. The circlip came in the standard Yamaha packet. Not really much I can say about this circlip, it is well machined, the perimeters are within spec. The quality is plain to see but until you attempt top put it in place, you are never going to know how it fits. With no issues on the install, I can say, this is a top quality part and that was the finish of the main bearing in the transmission replacement. Very pleased with the out come, the engine sounds healthy once again. Thanks Webike. View detail

Genuine Yamaha Transmission Bearing for FZ6R 2014
This bike came in with some pretty nasty sounds coming from the engine. Having done a lot of investigating, it was an issue with one of the main bearings at fault. This was going to be a big job. Finding the right bearing was really easy as I just used the tools Webike provide and cross referenced with Yamaha schematics. The price for this bearing was excellent, slightly better than I could source locally. With a couple of other parts in my order, I had them all shipped using my chosen courier, EMS. They get my orders to me fast and efficiently. In 5 days my order was delivered in perfect condition. The contents were all nicely packaged and kept safe during transit with lots of bubble wrap. The bearing did come in the Yamaha box anyway. This bearing is an open sided bearing. The bearing was well made and looks flawless to me. The rotation is smooth as silk with no notchiness apparent. Now begins the large job of splitting the engine to get to the offending bad bearing. Thank you Webike for the care you take. View detail
