Tough parts
I thought I was in perfect condition.......but I didn't make the exhaust system to be that good, but when I embraced the carburetor setting, the exhaust system started to crackle with after fire.......and I can't think of anything else....
I looked around the car and found a strange sound at the joint between the →carburetor and the engine, the indicator.
Motorcycle Indicator
Indicator is the Parts that connect the Cylinder head to the Carburetor. 。 Passage for sending the mixture made by the carburetor to the engine 。 Since the shape of the engine and carburetor differs depending on the car model, the shape is adapted to each.
[What are the symptoms of a deteriorating Motorcycle Indicator? ]
Indicator degradation causes secondary air to be sucked in more easily, diluting the air mixture and causing engine trouble. 。
[Causes of Indicator degradation
○ Material:Because it's Rubber. Rubber Band. It will be very easy to understand if you Image 。 Material:Rubber products naturally harden and deteriorate over the years without doing anything. It causes→Crack cracks, etc. In my case, it's this.
Excessive tightening during installation. Rubber that has been strongly pushed inward in a large size will not be able to withstand vibration or heat, and will peel off from the steel base and crack.
What's secondary air?
It is called ” secondary (second) ” Air because it sucks in extra air from places other than where it should not ” be sucked in.
[How to determine if you're smoking secondary air]
If secondary air is being sucked, it can be easily checked by spraying flammable liquid such as parts cleaner around the manifold during idling, as the rotation will change.
→ I sprayed the 556 I had on hand.
After the replacement, the Idling and After Fire, which had been fluctuating wildly, were eliminated.
[Points to note for replacement work
Please do so when the Engine is cool.
★Center Standetc. to do and level the car body.
To be sure, turn off the Fuel Cock and remove Gasoline from the carburetor.
If possible, it is better to use OEM for the durability of Rubber.
If you are replacing your carburetor with an external carburetor, the OEM Indicator will not fit the size of your carburetor, so you will need to purchase a separate Indicator.

Genuine Honda Crank Case Cover Gasket for GROM125
This bike was desperately in need of a new crank case cover gasket for the Grom125 as the previous owner just did not keep up with maintenance at all. With it being a small road bike, they do take a bit of work during riding but up keep is no excuse. Not a big deal. I found the correct part number from Honda schematics etc. Webike price was really competitive too. A few other parts with this were ordered together by EMS and delivered in 5 days. All my order was delivered with no issues, all the gaskets were kept flat so not to damage. This gasket is not a big one but it does have some intricate details that need to be correct to fit the crank case. You can see it has been manufacturered the right way and not cheaped out on it. It is sturdy and has a slight flexibility. All the holes aligned with the fitment and went on pretty easily too. Fitted quickly but precisely in just under half an hour with everything else put back together. Very pleased with this one, the bike does look a lot better without the old gasket flaking off and I know it will last a fair few years to come. Thanks Webike. View detail
Genuine Yamaha Cable Guide for FZ1N 2008
This was a part that I needed to replace due to age related corrosion. The guide was simple to find by using the tools Webike provide with the help pages etc. I also cross referenced with Yamaha schematics to make sure. The price was minimal and a good price. With a few other small parts in my order, I got them all shipped together via EMS. The delivery arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The order was well packaged and no damage was sustained during trtansit. The guide is not really much to look at but the quality is easy to see. The finish is a satin black paint and well made. Super easy to fit as it is just a simple one bolt attachment. Makes a real difference in the look of the bike. Now a nice shiny new guide instead of a corroded old part. Very happy with this. A labor-intensive product.
As I continue to ride SR400, I am getting more and more impressed by the charm of OEM parts and the history of SR400.
This time, we returned from external Stainless Steel to OEMSteel.
In this day and age, Plating Fenders are rare, aren't they? And I found out that this OEM Fender is very costly (laugh).
[Rear Fender's role].
The Rear Fender on the upper part of the rear wheel has a role of mud repellent to prevent mud and rainwater from being rolled up while driving, and to cut foreign objects that may be caught in the tire. In addition, it is also effective in maintaining the strength and rigidity of the BodyShell.
In other words, since the parts are used in quite severeCondition, strength and durability are also required.
[Fender in SR].
Fender of SR, which seems to be handmade.
Currently, except for cars that dare to give a Classic feel, Material:FRP is the mainstream of Fender.
SR is a plating fender made of pressed steel, which was not unusual at the time and could be considered outdated.
SRFender Features.
Rear Fender with ○Wire.
The Rear Fender has a gold needle at the folded edge to suppress cracks due to its strength. They use a machine with a claw-like tip to bend the needle Gold with fine vibrations while letting it out little by little.
○Skilled skill in PRESS.
It was a 3K job, and it was said at the time that it would not be able to continue for a long time due to the need to secure human resources, etc.
The process of putting in →Buffing and Wire is inevitably manual. Material like that.:Compared to the Plastic Fender, the PressFender like the SR is handmade, and that is why it is called "handmade".
Good and bad points of OEMFender
[Good point]
○ Highly resistant to vibration. Reinforced with →needle Gold for strength.
The length of the shoes is long enough to prevent mud splashes and cut foreign objects.
○○ Strength allows it to withstand Tandem, loading, etc.
[Bad point]
It is heavy because it is ▲Steel.
▲SmallPeople are prone to rust if they don't clean up frequently.
A light coat of →for Vehicle water repellent WAX or similar is a good measure. Or, if it gets a little rusty, PIKAL or similar will also clean it up.
The production of this Fender has already finished, but I think again that the cost of this Fender is quite high (laugh).
I regret that I have been disdainful of OEM Fender, because OEM Fender is too much of a no-frills, and I want to show Refreshing outside of the company.
Stainless steel is strong, lightweight, and resistant to corrosion.
However, when I learned about the reverse side where this OEM is made, I realized that there is quite a deep story behind it.

If you do it slowly and carefully, you can do it beautifully!
Cowl replacement done recently.
Not only do we have to replace the Cowl, but we also have to apply the Sticker and Decal attached to the Cowl.
Actually, I failed once. (Laughs)
I would like to write based on my failures.
This is ?Seal→○ Decal.
What is the difference between Seal and Decal?
Seal]
。 Sticker then becomes a more solid Seal.
Decal
Seat is used to reproduce difficult handwritten logos by transferring them onto a model. After the printing and processing processes, the seal is ready for transfer.
Decal is used for motorcycles and cars because of their weather resistance.
If you are confident with your hands, you may be able to paste it as it is, but it is quite risky (laughs).
I would like to introduce a method called water pasting.
How to paste
■What to prepare ■
Mist spray ........ "Water paste" This is done in a manner called 。
It is a wet cloth and can be substituted, but use a misting sprayer as it is by far the most efficient! 。 What you have at home is fine. If you don't have it, buy it.
OK with 100s of them.
○Towel...Large amount of water is produced in water pasting 。 TowelQuantity:1 pc. may not be enough. If you are not sure, buy it! 。 This is also OK with 100 units.
Spatula ... used to remove air and water 。 Fingers can be substituted, but fingerprints will be lost. 。 A spatula will give you a clean finish and make the work faster. But if you try to remove air bubbles with a spatula, you may damage the decal that has been softened by water pasting.
How to paste
1) Degreasing. Remove oil from the surface to be applied with a neutral detergent, etc.
↓
(2) Spray water on both the exterior decal and the surface to be affixed.
↓
(3) Temporarily place and align Decal. (I'm not pushing it yet.)
↓
It is better to use a Towel or your finger to press down from the center to the outside to drain off the water. Worst case, you can reapply if there is still water on the surface (laugh).
↓
(5) Drying. Leave it to dry for 5 to 6 hours in summer, or until the next day in winter. 。 But in the meantime, please check the status of Decal from time to time! 。 Air bubbles may form during the process of moisture loss, or floating may occur if the glue is weak.
↓
(6) Gently peel off the protective Seat over the Decal.
The work itself is not difficult, but it should be done slowly and carefully, taking your time.
My failed Point.
Insufficient ? degreasing.
?I was worried about the air bubbles and overgrew it with the spatula.
→It's not easy, but if you want to get it done quickly, you'll make more mistakes, so take your time and do it right.

If it cracks, it is wise to replace it.
The other day I got carried away... and fell to my feet (laughs).
I tried to repair it, but gradually I started to hear a buzzing sound at high RPM, and I was worried that it would not be able to withstand the vibration, so I replaced it. 。
Left Side upper part.
This vehicle will be a Full Cowl vehicle.
What is Full Cowl?
It looks sporty and looks how fast it is, but what is Merit and Demerit?
[Merit]
◎High aerodynamic performance allows the car to efficiently catch the driving wind behind it when driving at high speeds or riding for long periods of time, reducing fatigue. 。
◎Styling-wise, Full CowlMachine has a Sporty Sporty Style and looks good. I→d prefer it, though (laughs).
◎Protect your body from precipitation and insects.
Since motorcycles are exposed to the rain, the Cowl reduces the area where the body gets wet somewhat. 。 It also protects me from flying insects and Garbage from the front.
◎Engine protection in the event of a fall.
If you fall down without cowl, you may injure the crankcase etc., and the cost of parts around the engine is quite expensive even if the engine is traumatized... This is the case with Racer and others.
[Demerit]
▲Sensitive to strong crosswinds.
Full Cowl is strong against wind from the front, but its weak point is crosswind 。 The cowl makes it more susceptible to crosswinds, which is not a problem for a sturdy vehicle like a tourer, but a light motorcycle is affected to a large extent.
Damage is Large 。 As long as you are riding a motorcycle, you can't avoid situations that are either large or small, such as minor wounds, collisions, and falls. 。 In that case, you will need to replace the damaged Cowl, and this repair cost quite a bit of money! 。 Repair costs vary depending on the type of Motorcycle, but are estimated to be several tens of thousands of yen.
Poor maintainability. Various parts are hidden in the cowl, so maintenance basically starts by removing the cowl. 。 Even changing the oil has to start with removing the cowl! 。 It is said to be Large sturdy once you get used to it, but it takes a long time to maintain because the Upper Cowl on the front of the Motorcycle needs to be attached and detached, as well as Mirror, Blinker, and other accessory parts.
→GSX-R125 does not require cowl removal for oil replacement.
The exchange can basically be done with Hexagonal Wrench and +Driver. 。 It's in my on-board tools (laughs).
Point:If only a part of the Left Side is to be replaced, all screws on the CowlLeft Side must be removed. 。
Since Cowl is connected One Side by One Side. 。
Be careful not to lose any of the many small parts such as bolts and screws.
good point
◎No more chattering sound in vibration.
◎ Parts cost is relatively low. → I was at a Motorcycle store before I bought this one. If you fall, Cowl is cheap, so you don't have to worry!" I've been told that...yes, that's true (laughs).
◎SEA BASS has a Parts List on its Home page, so you can order at the store if you take down the part numbers.
A bad point
?Cowl removal and attachment is troublesome.
Repair is only a stopgap measure, so I would like to recommend replacement if budget allows! 。
SEA BASS, a manufacturer, has a parts list on their homepage so that you don't have to purchase a separate parts list. I think they are conscientious.
The Image seems to be Hurdle high to take off and put on, but you will get used to it after a few times.
It feels good to replace it.

Genuine Suzuki Magneto Case for Hayabusa GSX1300R 2004
This bike had a few issues that needed sorting out. One of the main ones is the magneto cover had got a lot of sctratches on it from being in a small accident. Fiinding the right magneto case was easy by cross referencing Suzuki schematics which is available online. Might as well get a direct replacement from Webike/Suzuki instead of trying to repair this one. No bother, the casings are not that expensive but Webike did have this anyway. I had some other parts in my order and all were shipped using EMS and arrived with me in 5 days. This magneto casing was packaged in a Suzuki box and was well protected from any damage. The finish on it is really nice, a well prepared and painted in gloss black. This was the same as the original one that came on the bike so would look perfect. All the mount points were pristine and well machined. I also purchase dthe magneto gasket as there is really no point in buying the casing and not a nice new gasket to go with it. Besides, the old one was toast. SO, after bolting it all back together in under an hour, this was doen. The resuly is a gorgeous and shiny magneto casing along with new gasket. Pleased is an understatement. Thanks Webike View detail

Genuine Suzuki Magneto Gasket for Hayabusa GSX1300R 2004
This was needed this Hayabusa GSX1300R 2004 I have of a customers. This is a magneto case cover gasket. Also I had to change the actual magneto case due to a small rock hitting it and damaging whihch looked nasty for this too so a new gasket was a good purchase. The part number was found using the methods I generally use, either the help pages that Webike supply or direct to the manufacturer websites etc. I found the price of these was really good and better than I could source locally here in the UK, just like the other gaskets. As this was part of a larger order with many other Yamaha parts, the shipping worked out to be briliiant. Everything was very well packed and arrived via EMS within a week of ordering. All the empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap. Most of the parts were packed in the genuine OEM Suzuki packaging anyway. Webike even taped the outer box to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. The parts all arrived in perfect condition. The gasket was kept nice and flat and did not suffer any bends or mishapen in any way. This is an essential gasket so I had to take a little care in fitting it. Didn't take too long and everything was back together and ready for firing up. The gasket fits perfectly and along with the new magneto case, that is one more thing finished off. Very happy with the result. Thanks Webike for your hard work. It really is appreciated. View detail

As a standard for Bias tire replacement
Tire for GSX-R125 is Bias.
It's called Radial or Bias,
What is the difference between Radial and Bias tires?
The difference is in the structure.
■ Radial is a structure in which the carcass is arranged radially from the center of the Tire.
■Bias is constructed with the Carcass positioned at an angle to the Tire rotation.
What are the properties of Bias tires?
[Merit]
◎ Excellent on rough roads and at low speeds.
◎Simple structure and Reasonable price.
Bias tires provide a stable ride at low speeds and are suitable for use on medium engine displacement volume motorcycles. They are also suitable for motorcycles with a large engine displacement volume and for driving on rough roads. In addition, its simple structure makes its price more reasonable compared to Radial.
[Demerit]
Not suitable for high-speed driving.
▲Grip power is insufficient.
▲ Short life span 。 Less durable than Radial.
Bias tires are excellent at low speeds, but are inferior to Radial tires in comfort and stability at high speeds. Due to the large number of carcasses used in their construction, they tend to have a shorter service life than Radial tires.
The one on the GSX-R125 is Bias, but I think it may be a Cost aspect,
It could be that the vehicle characteristics are Bias.
Vehicle characteristics
○○ It is 125cc, so it does not drive on highways.
○Power is not that high, so the frequency of low-speed driving is also high.
The lightweight body of the vehicle makes it less stable. Therefore, weight is added to the balance to achieve stability.
→ Bias is right for the characteristics.
And this OEMTired102,
good point
◎Abrasion resistant. 4 years I have been wearing them and I have kept them.
◎Resistant to road surface Shock, etc.
◎Safe even in rainy weather.
◎Handling is light.
A bad point
I think it's a shipping problem, but it's prone to Crack cracks. 2 years in, I had a Crack crack.
▲Corner ring is slippery. It is scary to put it to sleep.
Hard to obtain. It is treated like an exclusive Tire, so ordering is delicate even in stores.
▲ Surprisingly expensive.
We are convinced that many people are replacing Tire with other companies' Tire as Replacement, but we also think it is one to consider as a standard quality and performance of Tire choice.
It is a Tire that can be used not only for racing, but also for daily use and touring.
I will do an Impression at a later date, but the tires I replaced are the same Bias, and I am choosing a weight focused one for touring and city driving.

I think it is a criterion to be considered before an external Exhaust System.
OEM Exhaust System is sold at a very low price in some auction sites, and it is often thought that the value of OEM→ is low, but it is not.
After all, I am currently using OEM→YOSHIMURAExhaust System, and I must say that this OEM Exhaust System is really good. Except for one part.
I am an unusual type of user who liked the OEM Exhaust System so much that I replaced it with an external Exhaust System, in my case (laughs).
Advantages of OEMExhaust System
Inside the ◎OEMExhaust System is a bulkhead structure to reduce the volume.
◎The volume is less likely to become larger over time, and stable performance can be maintained throughout the life of the product.
◎The exhaust pressure is controlled so that the Torque is also available, making it easy to handle when riding on the street, etc.
◎Design is also built to match the body of the car.
Disadvantages of OEMExhaust System
◎The internal structure gradually deteriorates. This may cause the exhaust sound to gradually become moreargeable.
◎Prices are also expensive. Price on par with outside companies.
Steel is large and a half, so it is susceptible to rust. If it gets scratched a little, it rusts from there→ I can't stand it......I use it outside the company.
This is unavoidable because of the Cost aspect.
GSX-R125OEMExhaust System
The Good
■ DualTail endExhaust System with two different diameters of sound and exhaust ports is adopted.
The exhaust system has two outlets, even though it is a single cylinder. The diameters of the upper and lower ones are slightly different from each other.
This has the ingenuity of SEA BASS.
The thicker → bass
Narrow hole → treble
and it's built to produce two sounds.
Idling is quiet and SmallEngine Displacement Volume seems to be a single cylinder Toto-toto…" The sound quality is pleasant.
If you turn it up, it has a sound that's not too powerful for a 125 OEM. Not only the volume, but also the sound quality is like a high performance single cylinder, which is also pleasant. It is a good product. I think the sound quality is quite concerned. The volume of 84db is quite loud, and as a manufacturer, I think it is doing a good job.
Design....Megaphone shape with a cool end treatment.
Power characteristics......Flat Torque characteristics to generate Peak power at 10,000 rpm.
→On the other hand, above 10000 rpm, it just turns without any sense of power.
In other words, it is thought that they are taking the Engine's margin by keeping the RPM as low as possible.
[Weaknesses
▲Weak quality of heat-resistant coating.
Scratches easily. →This is regrettable...
▲Weight:5.6 kg.
Weaknesses are not fatal, but only a matter of Cost. On the contrary, I personally think that if these are resolved, there would be no point in switching to →outside the company (laugh).
Since the OEM exhaust system is so excellent, I think that the performance of the OEM exhaust system would be one of the criteria for selecting an external exhaust system. As a result, YOSHIMURA and DUB Lurel are Plusα to OEM characteristics.
OEM Exhaust System is really good. I can't say for sure, but I think it is difficult to exceed OEM Exhaust System with an external Exhaust System.
OEMExhaust system where Idling is not deafening.
The inside of the large Silencer also contains a catalyst and is environmentally friendly.
The 125 does not have vehicle inspections, and replacing the exhaust system is probably a standard custom, but it would be a shame to replace such an elaborate OEM product.
It doesn't look too cheap, including the Cap at the Tail end, and if you don't want to run Circuit, OEM is fine….
I know it has been heavily criticized for clogging and all that, but I think you should think twice about the OEM Exhaust System before you go with an external Exhaust System.
OEM will keep it in Large size, and in the future, I would like to use Plating Process or Ceramic coating for higher strength!

Genuine Yamaha Left Side Swingarm Cover for YZ125 2004
This bike came in with a lot of issue and a lot of smll niggly parts that needed replacing. The swingarm cover on the left hand side was completely missing for some reason or another. Might as well just buy a new one which will help protect the pivot bolt nut on this side. I also needed to get the right hand side as this was also missing too. I did have a couple of other parts for this bike in the order so I got them all shipped together to save on a bit of cost. I generally use EMS as they just get the job done fast. In 5 days my order was at my door and was all presented in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent as always with Webike. The cover came in the regular Yamaha packet and was just as expected. It is made from a plastic kind of material and was a moulded part. Makes sense really. It is basically a dust cover to protect the nut on the pivot shaft. Obviously, as this is an off road bike, you do get a lot of dirt that could easily make its way in there and cause some issues. Fitting it just a push on and that's it. A nice snug fit and hopefully, this will stay in situ for a long time to come. Overall, very happy with this purchase. View detail
