I felt the difference during the Bypass test run after installation.
For me, it's not so much the sense of Torque increasing.

This is my second order.
The Chamber (expansion chamber) part of the first one I had on came off due to vibration.
When I looked at what I received this time, I found that the reinforcing Plate was well addressed.
This is a relief.

This time, I ran for a while with the product out of place, but when I received the product, I was able to compare the ride.
I was still able to firmly feel the thickening of the low-speed Torque.

Interferes with Hepco & Becker Skid plate
As per Title, it will interfere with Hepco & Becker's Skid plate and 1 pc of the 6 mounting bolts on the Plate will not work.
The screw part of the mounting bracket of the plate interferes with the Pipe, so it has been shaved off.
The Limit is also the Pipe and Plate immediately adjacent to the Engine head.
The output at low and mid speeds has become Linear, and the behavior at the beginning of the throttle opening seems Mild.
Gasket on the Normal silencer side was not needed.
Gasket installation on the Head side was more time-consuming than expected with only one person.

Power up in all areas.
However, it is not so much that it has become soooo much faster, but rather that the Speed is going up Smoothly.
This seems to be Tadao's goal.
Sound is also emphasized bass, not too loud, not too quiet, just right. I think the volume is turned up to the noise regulation Limit Line.
If you increase the Speed, you will not be able to hear the exhaust sound, but if you want more volume, you should use Goods or Peyton Place with It does not correspond to Japanese Vehicle Inspection.
I prefer it without the heat protector because it looks cleaner, but I'm used to seeing it.
I'll also give you a few more things I noticed.
Engine braking became mellow. (Easier to cruise).
After Fire has decreased. (After Fire has been reduced. (Even with the OEM system, there was sometimes a banging sound, but since the Tadao Exhaust System was installed, there has been almost no banging. I think it is probably due to less incomplete combustion of the air mixture).
*Mileage has improved. (Still measuring, but is it because of less incomplete combustion of the air mixture?)

Quiet and fast!
I was dissatisfied with the volume after using foreign and Beams products, so I bought it because it was quiet.
I have not driven on highways, so I am very satisfied with my impression after commuting in Tokyo.
It is different from other companies from the mounting part of Engine.
Since the drivetrain has also been modified with emphasis on acceleration, this is not an impression from replacing only the Exhaust System, but after replacing it, I could feel more Torque, and the extension was even better.
It is a little more expensive than other companies, but I am highly satisfied.
As stated in the instruction manual, be sure to apply liquid Gasket to the connection between the exhaust pipe and silencer. Exhaust leakage will occur.

Low speed Torque up

Torque up from low speed.
I was surprised when I test drove it after installation because the Torque was up from low RPM.
However, the Torque does not come out aggressively, but rather gently assists acceleration.
I wonder if this is what Tadao's developers were aiming for. I think so.
Type 5 is said to have dared to give a thumping feeling like the former Carburetor model, but after installing the PowerBox, the vibration has become a little Mild. (This also seems to be Tadao's aim in developing this model.)
This would make long distance travel easier. However, some people may find it lacking.

Power is awesome! And Smooth up to 6th gear is amazing!!!
I felt that the new Inner type was a good fit for my riding style.
In addition, the larger exhaust pipe increases the volume of the engine room, giving it a high-end feel.
However, as a precaution, it competes with the lower type exhaust pipe.
I could not put it on without removing the DAYTONACrash Bar that I just recently put on.
Not only DAYTONA, but anything that is attached to the bottom of the Engine is likely to interfere.
So I went back to Engine slider.
However, the driving is to my liking, and it pulls hard from low speed to 5th gear.
And on the highway, you can see that it is revving for good fuel economy.
When I took delivery of my REBEL250, I had the dealer change to SP Tadao's Exhaust pipe (Box external type), and I felt that the change from 1st to 2nd gear with Torque fully was smoother than when I was riding NORMAL with Len Barrel. On the other hand, I had changed the Exhaust System from OEM to SP Tadao, and I had to change the GEAR to 2nd gear as soon as possible because the 1st gear is not so easy to use Image, and it does not increase from 15km/h. I had to change the GEAR to 2nd gear as soon as possible because it does not increase from 15km/h.
With the inner type we purchased this time, the engine displacement volume has been changed to a large volume, and the change from 1st to 4th gear is smoother and more powerful. I feel that I am able to cope with the relatively low GEAR, and I feel that I do not feel the powerlessness of 250cc anymore.
When the car was delivered, only the exhaust pipe was SP Tadao and the silencer was OEM.
At this point I thought the toco sound was better and the low speed was more stable.
I had been driving a NORMAL car at Len Barrel a lot before delivery and was impressed with the change.
Next, Silencer was also changed to SP Tadao.
The sound is quieter, but even more pleasant, and then I feel more stable at high speeds.
And now Inner type Exhaust pipe and SP Tadao's Silencer.
The first thing I felt when I had the changes made during the test drive was that the sound during Idling became unstable. I was kind of worried that it might stall if left alone, and I thought this would not be a good result. However, there was also a toot-toot feeling that was not there with the old Type Exhaust pipe, and I thought I liked this.
When I actually started driving, I found that the low gear I had been dissatisfied with was gone, and I thought it was very powerful. I want to pull about 20 km/h in low gear, but with the old type, I had given up after about 15 km/h. With the inner type, however, I can pull. But with the Inner type, it is possible to pull it. And while increasing the speed, it is possible to drive smoothly even at about 50Km/h in 4th gear. I was a little concerned about the vibration of the engine at low speeds, but at about 60Km/h in 5th gear, the car was running very smoothly, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much room I had left.
My personal impression is that the old type is suitable for those who do not drive so fast in daily use and use 3rd to 4th gears as main, while the inner type is good for those who frequently go on tours and use highways.
I would recommend the Inner type for those who want to run with low speed GEAR while pulling.

I am satisfied
The installation was done at the end of the break-in period at Timing. The instruction manual was very well written and the installation went without a hitch, but the OEM exhaust system was heavy and it took more time to remove it.
The Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence was also a deciding factor in my purchase.

I was not particularly dissatisfied with the OEM Exhaust System, but I happened to find the Exhaust System development blog, and I was browsing it with interest, as the parts that tended to be a little jerky were connected pleasantly. I was browsing the Exhaust System development blog with great interest.
I was told that delivery would be around July, so I waited patiently and was impatient when it arrived right away, but I had time to install it right away.
The Instruction Manual for installation instructed us to remove the lower bracket of the Radiator, but I think it would be easier to remove the upper bracket as well.
*Work is easier to reach and work from the Left Side, mainly with respect to the direction of travel.

If you follow the instruction manual, there is no problem in particular, but if you fix the Exhaust SystemBody first, you will have a hard time connecting each exhaust pipe and the assembly part, so you should put some dustcloth on the wood or jack to prevent the wound from sticking. I think that it might have been better to put dustcloth on the wood or jack so that it can be moved back and forth with the Exhaust SystemBody supported, and then insert it into the exhaust pipe, while looking at the Exhaust System that was damaged by hitting various places while supporting it with my foot. I have only done some light driving around the neighborhood, but it was easy to ride with Torque coming out from low rpm.
However, the characteristics of the OEM exhaust system have not been changed from the OEM exhaust system to a larger system, and the volume is not bothersome, so even if you ride a long distance, you will not get tired of the sound. I don't think I will get tired of the sound even if I ride long distances.
Exhaust systems for the New Model MT-09 have been available from overseas, but we think this would be a very good option for those who are concerned about the design, which would lose the sense of compactness that had been settled under the belly, and the non-approved parts.

Runs small and spooky on public roads
The exhaust pipe turns around and a bypass is installed in the middle of the pipe, which is a unique shape of Full Exhaust System not seen in OEM.
The appearance is cool with a tighter suspension. The sound is not too loud and the single-cylinder Pulse is small and plays well.
It sputters nicely when driving on public roads and has a nice crisp ride that moves forward firmly when twisted.
However, I don't think you should expect such dramatic changes. It is just a feeling of improvement.
The instruction manual says 40 minutes for installation, but I think it can be done by a skilled person who jacks up the body to eye level. Especially when fastening the flange bolt, the undercarriage cover obstructs the view and makes it difficult to fix the bolt position and tighten it, so it will be difficult to get it on the floor. But anyone with time, tools, liquid gas, and a replacement Gasket can do it.
Please note that the Instruction Manual does not describe how to fix the Gasket at the Flange, and in fact, there is no groove cut for proper positioning, so it is necessary to apply liquid gas to the Gasket and stick it in place at the Flange. This method is explained in the Manufacturer's video, please refer to it once.
