If you do it slowly and carefully, you can do it beautifully!
Cowl replacement done recently.
Not only do we have to replace the Cowl, but we also have to apply the Sticker and Decal attached to the Cowl.
Actually, I failed once. (Laughs)
I would like to write based on my failures.
This is ?Seal→○ Decal.
What is the difference between Seal and Decal?
Seal]
。 Sticker then becomes a more solid Seal.
Decal
Seat is used to reproduce difficult handwritten logos by transferring them onto a model. After the printing and processing processes, the seal is ready for transfer.
Decal is used for motorcycles and cars because of their weather resistance.
If you are confident with your hands, you may be able to paste it as it is, but it is quite risky (laughs).
I would like to introduce a method called water pasting.
How to paste
■What to prepare ■
Mist spray ........ "Water paste" This is done in a manner called 。
It is a wet cloth and can be substituted, but use a misting sprayer as it is by far the most efficient! 。 What you have at home is fine. If you don't have it, buy it.
OK with 100s of them.
○Towel...Large amount of water is produced in water pasting 。 TowelQuantity:1 pc. may not be enough. If you are not sure, buy it! 。 This is also OK with 100 units.
Spatula ... used to remove air and water 。 Fingers can be substituted, but fingerprints will be lost. 。 A spatula will give you a clean finish and make the work faster. But if you try to remove air bubbles with a spatula, you may damage the decal that has been softened by water pasting.
How to paste
1) Degreasing. Remove oil from the surface to be applied with a neutral detergent, etc.
↓
(2) Spray water on both the exterior decal and the surface to be affixed.
↓
(3) Temporarily place and align Decal. (I'm not pushing it yet.)
↓
It is better to use a Towel or your finger to press down from the center to the outside to drain off the water. Worst case, you can reapply if there is still water on the surface (laugh).
↓
(5) Drying. Leave it to dry for 5 to 6 hours in summer, or until the next day in winter. 。 But in the meantime, please check the status of Decal from time to time! 。 Air bubbles may form during the process of moisture loss, or floating may occur if the glue is weak.
↓
(6) Gently peel off the protective Seat over the Decal.
The work itself is not difficult, but it should be done slowly and carefully, taking your time.
My failed Point.
Insufficient ? degreasing.
?I was worried about the air bubbles and overgrew it with the spatula.
→It's not easy, but if you want to get it done quickly, you'll make more mistakes, so take your time and do it right.

If it cracks, it is wise to replace it.
The other day I got carried away... and fell to my feet (laughs).
I tried to repair it, but gradually I started to hear a buzzing sound at high RPM, and I was worried that it would not be able to withstand the vibration, so I replaced it. 。
Left Side upper part.
This vehicle will be a Full Cowl vehicle.
What is Full Cowl?
It looks sporty and looks how fast it is, but what is Merit and Demerit?
[Merit]
◎High aerodynamic performance allows the car to efficiently catch the driving wind behind it when driving at high speeds or riding for long periods of time, reducing fatigue. 。
◎Styling-wise, Full CowlMachine has a Sporty Sporty Style and looks good. I→d prefer it, though (laughs).
◎Protect your body from precipitation and insects.
Since motorcycles are exposed to the rain, the Cowl reduces the area where the body gets wet somewhat. 。 It also protects me from flying insects and Garbage from the front.
◎Engine protection in the event of a fall.
If you fall down without cowl, you may injure the crankcase etc., and the cost of parts around the engine is quite expensive even if the engine is traumatized... This is the case with Racer and others.
[Demerit]
▲Sensitive to strong crosswinds.
Full Cowl is strong against wind from the front, but its weak point is crosswind 。 The cowl makes it more susceptible to crosswinds, which is not a problem for a sturdy vehicle like a tourer, but a light motorcycle is affected to a large extent.
Damage is Large 。 As long as you are riding a motorcycle, you can't avoid situations that are either large or small, such as minor wounds, collisions, and falls. 。 In that case, you will need to replace the damaged Cowl, and this repair cost quite a bit of money! 。 Repair costs vary depending on the type of Motorcycle, but are estimated to be several tens of thousands of yen.
Poor maintainability. Various parts are hidden in the cowl, so maintenance basically starts by removing the cowl. 。 Even changing the oil has to start with removing the cowl! 。 It is said to be Large sturdy once you get used to it, but it takes a long time to maintain because the Upper Cowl on the front of the Motorcycle needs to be attached and detached, as well as Mirror, Blinker, and other accessory parts.
→GSX-R125 does not require cowl removal for oil replacement.
The exchange can basically be done with Hexagonal Wrench and +Driver. 。 It's in my on-board tools (laughs).
Point:If only a part of the Left Side is to be replaced, all screws on the CowlLeft Side must be removed. 。
Since Cowl is connected One Side by One Side. 。
Be careful not to lose any of the many small parts such as bolts and screws.
good point
◎No more chattering sound in vibration.
◎ Parts cost is relatively low. → I was at a Motorcycle store before I bought this one. If you fall, Cowl is cheap, so you don't have to worry!" I've been told that...yes, that's true (laughs).
◎SEA BASS has a Parts List on its Home page, so you can order at the store if you take down the part numbers.
A bad point
?Cowl removal and attachment is troublesome.
Repair is only a stopgap measure, so I would like to recommend replacement if budget allows! 。
SEA BASS, a manufacturer, has a parts list on their homepage so that you don't have to purchase a separate parts list. I think they are conscientious.
The Image seems to be Hurdle high to take off and put on, but you will get used to it after a few times.
It feels good to replace it.

Genuine Suzuki Magneto Case for Hayabusa GSX1300R 2004
This bike had a few issues that needed sorting out. One of the main ones is the magneto cover had got a lot of sctratches on it from being in a small accident. Fiinding the right magneto case was easy by cross referencing Suzuki schematics which is available online. Might as well get a direct replacement from Webike/Suzuki instead of trying to repair this one. No bother, the casings are not that expensive but Webike did have this anyway. I had some other parts in my order and all were shipped using EMS and arrived with me in 5 days. This magneto casing was packaged in a Suzuki box and was well protected from any damage. The finish on it is really nice, a well prepared and painted in gloss black. This was the same as the original one that came on the bike so would look perfect. All the mount points were pristine and well machined. I also purchase dthe magneto gasket as there is really no point in buying the casing and not a nice new gasket to go with it. Besides, the old one was toast. SO, after bolting it all back together in under an hour, this was doen. The resuly is a gorgeous and shiny magneto casing along with new gasket. Pleased is an understatement. Thanks Webike View detail

Genuine Suzuki Magneto Gasket for Hayabusa GSX1300R 2004
This was needed this Hayabusa GSX1300R 2004 I have of a customers. This is a magneto case cover gasket. Also I had to change the actual magneto case due to a small rock hitting it and damaging whihch looked nasty for this too so a new gasket was a good purchase. The part number was found using the methods I generally use, either the help pages that Webike supply or direct to the manufacturer websites etc. I found the price of these was really good and better than I could source locally here in the UK, just like the other gaskets. As this was part of a larger order with many other Yamaha parts, the shipping worked out to be briliiant. Everything was very well packed and arrived via EMS within a week of ordering. All the empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap. Most of the parts were packed in the genuine OEM Suzuki packaging anyway. Webike even taped the outer box to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. The parts all arrived in perfect condition. The gasket was kept nice and flat and did not suffer any bends or mishapen in any way. This is an essential gasket so I had to take a little care in fitting it. Didn't take too long and everything was back together and ready for firing up. The gasket fits perfectly and along with the new magneto case, that is one more thing finished off. Very happy with the result. Thanks Webike for your hard work. It really is appreciated. View detail

As a standard for Bias tire replacement
Tire for GSX-R125 is Bias.
It's called Radial or Bias,
What is the difference between Radial and Bias tires?
The difference is in the structure.
■ Radial is a structure in which the carcass is arranged radially from the center of the Tire.
■Bias is constructed with the Carcass positioned at an angle to the Tire rotation.
What are the properties of Bias tires?
[Merit]
◎ Excellent on rough roads and at low speeds.
◎Simple structure and Reasonable price.
Bias tires provide a stable ride at low speeds and are suitable for use on medium engine displacement volume motorcycles. They are also suitable for motorcycles with a large engine displacement volume and for driving on rough roads. In addition, its simple structure makes its price more reasonable compared to Radial.
[Demerit]
Not suitable for high-speed driving.
▲Grip power is insufficient.
▲ Short life span 。 Less durable than Radial.
Bias tires are excellent at low speeds, but are inferior to Radial tires in comfort and stability at high speeds. Due to the large number of carcasses used in their construction, they tend to have a shorter service life than Radial tires.
The one on the GSX-R125 is Bias, but I think it may be a Cost aspect,
It could be that the vehicle characteristics are Bias.
Vehicle characteristics
○○ It is 125cc, so it does not drive on highways.
○Power is not that high, so the frequency of low-speed driving is also high.
The lightweight body of the vehicle makes it less stable. Therefore, weight is added to the balance to achieve stability.
→ Bias is right for the characteristics.
And this OEMTired102,
good point
◎Abrasion resistant. 4 years I have been wearing them and I have kept them.
◎Resistant to road surface Shock, etc.
◎Safe even in rainy weather.
◎Handling is light.
A bad point
I think it's a shipping problem, but it's prone to Crack cracks. 2 years in, I had a Crack crack.
▲Corner ring is slippery. It is scary to put it to sleep.
Hard to obtain. It is treated like an exclusive Tire, so ordering is delicate even in stores.
▲ Surprisingly expensive.
We are convinced that many people are replacing Tire with other companies' Tire as Replacement, but we also think it is one to consider as a standard quality and performance of Tire choice.
It is a Tire that can be used not only for racing, but also for daily use and touring.
I will do an Impression at a later date, but the tires I replaced are the same Bias, and I am choosing a weight focused one for touring and city driving.

I think it is a criterion to be considered before an external Exhaust System.
OEM Exhaust System is sold at a very low price in some auction sites, and it is often thought that the value of OEM→ is low, but it is not.
After all, I am currently using OEM→YOSHIMURAExhaust System, and I must say that this OEM Exhaust System is really good. Except for one part.
I am an unusual type of user who liked the OEM Exhaust System so much that I replaced it with an external Exhaust System, in my case (laughs).
Advantages of OEMExhaust System
Inside the ◎OEMExhaust System is a bulkhead structure to reduce the volume.
◎The volume is less likely to become larger over time, and stable performance can be maintained throughout the life of the product.
◎The exhaust pressure is controlled so that the Torque is also available, making it easy to handle when riding on the street, etc.
◎Design is also built to match the body of the car.
Disadvantages of OEMExhaust System
◎The internal structure gradually deteriorates. This may cause the exhaust sound to gradually become moreargeable.
◎Prices are also expensive. Price on par with outside companies.
Steel is large and a half, so it is susceptible to rust. If it gets scratched a little, it rusts from there→ I can't stand it......I use it outside the company.
This is unavoidable because of the Cost aspect.
GSX-R125OEMExhaust System
The Good
■ DualTail endExhaust System with two different diameters of sound and exhaust ports is adopted.
The exhaust system has two outlets, even though it is a single cylinder. The diameters of the upper and lower ones are slightly different from each other.
This has the ingenuity of SEA BASS.
The thicker → bass
Narrow hole → treble
and it's built to produce two sounds.
Idling is quiet and SmallEngine Displacement Volume seems to be a single cylinder Toto-toto…" The sound quality is pleasant.
If you turn it up, it has a sound that's not too powerful for a 125 OEM. Not only the volume, but also the sound quality is like a high performance single cylinder, which is also pleasant. It is a good product. I think the sound quality is quite concerned. The volume of 84db is quite loud, and as a manufacturer, I think it is doing a good job.
Design....Megaphone shape with a cool end treatment.
Power characteristics......Flat Torque characteristics to generate Peak power at 10,000 rpm.
→On the other hand, above 10000 rpm, it just turns without any sense of power.
In other words, it is thought that they are taking the Engine's margin by keeping the RPM as low as possible.
[Weaknesses
▲Weak quality of heat-resistant coating.
Scratches easily. →This is regrettable...
▲Weight:5.6 kg.
Weaknesses are not fatal, but only a matter of Cost. On the contrary, I personally think that if these are resolved, there would be no point in switching to →outside the company (laugh).
Since the OEM exhaust system is so excellent, I think that the performance of the OEM exhaust system would be one of the criteria for selecting an external exhaust system. As a result, YOSHIMURA and DUB Lurel are Plusα to OEM characteristics.
OEM Exhaust System is really good. I can't say for sure, but I think it is difficult to exceed OEM Exhaust System with an external Exhaust System.
OEMExhaust system where Idling is not deafening.
The inside of the large Silencer also contains a catalyst and is environmentally friendly.
The 125 does not have vehicle inspections, and replacing the exhaust system is probably a standard custom, but it would be a shame to replace such an elaborate OEM product.
It doesn't look too cheap, including the Cap at the Tail end, and if you don't want to run Circuit, OEM is fine….
I know it has been heavily criticized for clogging and all that, but I think you should think twice about the OEM Exhaust System before you go with an external Exhaust System.
OEM will keep it in Large size, and in the future, I would like to use Plating Process or Ceramic coating for higher strength!

Stable OEM Parts
[How is it used?
Air Filter was replaced together with SUZUKI/CHOINORI during CarburetorO/H.
The originally attached Filter was marginal because it fell apart when I touched it with my fingers.
How was your experience with it?
The OEM parts have been used without any problems.
The price is low, so if you haven't changed it, you should.
How did it compare to other products?
CHOINORI has a small number of Other Brand Products, but OEM Parts are not discontinued, which is helpful.
[Points to note]
This Filter is wet type, so it is necessary to moisten the Oiletc. during installation.
But be careful not to put too much on, as it will drip through the gaps in the FilterBox.

When I bought SUZUKI/CHOINORI at a junk shop, it did not come with Throttle, so ScrewBolt of Holder was missing along with it, and I looked up the model number on Net and found Quantity.:I bought 2pc
How was your experience with it?
Quantity:I purchased 2 pcs but only needed 1 pc.
Throttle holders have a step inside so that screws of different lengths can be matched to the quantity.:You will need 2pc.
However, this product is Quantity:Since the lengths of the 2pcs were the same, one of them could not be tightened to the end and the Holder was not properly secured to the Handlebar, causing it to be misaligned.
Well, it's CHOINORI, so it doesn't matter.
How did it compare to other products?
I guess I should have checked the length and bought it at Homesense Bolt or POSH or something like that.

I think that the Intake Pipe is protected from heat, but I don't think it is necessary because the heat of the CHOINORI engine is negligible to begin with.
How did it compare to other products?
There is no Other Brand Product. Also, the price is very expensive because it is probably exclusive for CHOINORI...

If I didn't care about scratches, it would be totally usable, but I couldn't stand it and replaced it (laughs).
Not a stylish external one, but an OEM one for practicality and visibility.
[Official name of Blinker].
Direction indicators. is 。 In other words, changing lanes, changing course, Right and Left turns, etc, "Which direction do you see yourself going?" to inform surrounding vehicles. 。
[Direction indicator
A security device attached to automobiles, motorcycles, etc., to indicate the direction when making a RightLeft turn or changing course. 。 It is commonly referred to as Blinker.
[When using Blinker. I don't think anyone knows about this, but just in case.
Article 53, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Law stipulate the following signals to be given by the Car 。 In other words, in addition to the RightLeft turn, it is decided that the Blinker (direction indicator) should be displayed when making a UTurn, changing lanes, entering or exiting a circular intersection, etc. 。
*On the other hand, if you are following the road, they do not apply, and you do not need to send out a Blinker.
What happens if I don't get Blinker out? ]
Failure to send out the Blinker is a signal failure violation and will result in a penalty Gold! 。 Many people may not be aware of this because it is rarely policed if you act without a Blinker, but Article 53 of the Road Traffic Law stipulates this 。 Therefore, changing lanes or making a RightLeft turn without a Blinker will be considered a failure to signal violation.
Safety Standards
The Blinker's blinking frequency is stated in the safety standard to be in the range of 60 to 120 blinks per minute.
Color:Orange is the standard color. 。 Area:According to the safety standard, the large size of the front and rear blinkers must be at least 20 square centimeters. 。 Brightness:The safety standard is brightness that can be seen from a distance of 100m during the daytime and does not disturb the surrounding environment. 。
I am sure that OEMs are the only ones who meet the requirements, right?
The LED type is often found outside of the company.
How is this in terms of security standards?
Is LED Blinker sturdy enough to meet the safety standard Large?
Is the safety standard no good because of the LED conversion? You may think so, but it is not the root cause! 。 There is a problem with the Blinker's blinking Speed, so as long as it is blinking at the proper Speed, there is no problem.
Replacement procedure - in the case of GSX-R125
Remove the side cowl.
It can be removed with *+Driver and Hexagonal Wrench.
There are many small parts (screws), so do not lose them.
*So that we can see where the Screw was originally used.
↓
(2) Since the Blinker is an integral part of the Cowl, remove the terminals before completely removing the Cowl.
↓
(3) Cowl detachment.
↓
(4) Remove Blinker from Cowl.
If you pull too hard, the cowl will be damaged, so push outward from the reverse side of the cowl.
↓
(5) Put in a new Blinker.
In contrast to *4, the Blinker is easily inserted into the Blinker mounting hole on the Cowl table while slanting it.
↓
Connect terminal (6).
↓
(7) Match the Cowl while aligning the position.
↓
(8) Close with Bolt.
There is nothing difficult to do, but in the case of this vehicle, careful work is required because the cowl needs to be removed and attached when replacing the blinker.
The replaced Blinker will be repaired for scratches and saved as Spare.?

Since it was a left side accident, a part of Cowl, Blinker, and Bar end weight of Handlebar were injured.
I couldn't believe this was my medal, so I replaced it (laughs).
The bar end weight replaced this time is one of the handlebar weights. 。
Bar End Weight
Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) A weight ” attached to the end of the Handlebar of the Grip. It has a high vibration suppression effect and reduces fine vibrations transmitted to the grip. 。 In addition to stable handling, this product is ideal for reducing fatigue during commuting and touring. 。 It weighs approximately 200g (One Side total weight).
Effects of Bar end weight.
○ Reduction of hand numbness due to vibration and prevention of fatigue.
○ Effective in preventing devices around Mirror and Handlebar from falling due to shaking or vibrations.
◯Protects Handlebar in the event of a fall.
It is attached to the end of the handlebar, so it contacts the ground first.
→ I'm this...Handlebar has no distortion.
Fat maneuverability and reduced tire wear.
I'm sure you've seen the OEMs on the Sports model?
GSX-R125→ single cylinder, high rpm type = vibration.
It is a necessary component when you think about it, right?
In fact, it is quite true that my hands get tired when I end up cruising at a high pace (laughs).
Vibration is an inseparable fate for Motorcycle.
I can see it as a taste, but when I drive for a long time or rev the engine to high RPM, the vibration is a pain (laugh).
Procedure
(1) There is a + Screw at the end of the existing Bar End 。
The screw is hard& because it has glue or something on it when it is shipped, so you need an Impact Driver or something like that to remove the screw.
I couldn't do it even with the Impact Driver, so I used a burner to loosen the screws.
(3) When the old Bar End is removed, simply insert the new Bar End and tighten the Screw with the +Driver.
...too easy (laughs)
[Effect]
◎Even when running at high rpm, vibration is reduced, so I am less tired!
◎Handlebar itself has become heavier, which has also increased straight line stability.
Since the motorcycle is originally light in weight, and in addition to that, it is a type of motorcycle that runs at high RPM, we could sense that there are some benefits such as vibration reduction by the Bar End Blinker and improved handling stability.
Vibration is an inherent part of motorcycles, and it is also a part of other things.
In addition to situations where I usually drive at a leisurely pace, sometimes the vibration can be a pain when I have to drive at a faster pace for a long distance, such as when I am driving a long distance on a situation or touring... (crying).
Adding weight to the handlebar and doing other little things can have various positive effects, so I would like to recommend this to anyone who is concerned about vibration, regardless of car type.
It's a good Parts to be concerned about, especially if you have a car model that originally came with it.
For vehicles 251cc or larger, there is a vehicle inspection requirement, so it would be good to pay attention to the handlebar width.

This was a part that needed changing on the DR-Z125 bike that came in for a service. The air filter was pretty bad and very dirty which was only having a negative effect on the bike's running. The correct air filter was easy to find using the tools and help section on Webike pages. I also cross referenced with Suzuki schematics for my own peace of mind. The air filter was really good value and slightly cheaper than I could source locally at my nearest Honda parts dealer. I chose EMS for my courier as they just get my orders delivered fast. 5 days from shipping my order arrived. Everything in the order was extra well packed with bubble wrap for security. The air filter is not a massive one especially for such a small bike but you do need it to fit as it should. The old one had gotten a little funny shaped asn was not sitting right. This one however, fits perfectly. The air filter came in the usual Honda packaging. Fitting is easy, the filter is not doing what it is supposed to do and the bike does sound better for it. Brillaint work Webike. Happy customer. View detail

Genuine Suzuki Air Filter for GSX1300R Hayabusa
New air filter needed for this monster of a bike. I have had other air filters before and not been overly impressed. Decided to go for stock genuine Suzuki for a change. Finding the correct part was simple and I used the help pages Webike provide and cross referenced with Suzuki schematics to confirm. The price was really good for a genuine Suzuki and as I had other items in the order, the shipping was cushioned somewhat and very reasonable. Delivered by EMS standard within a week of placing the order. After removing most of the top body work, the air filter is relatively easy to install, it's putting everything back which is a pain. The filter itself looked really good and a proper piece of Suzuki kit. Very happy with this item. Thank you Webike View detail

Parts that don't fit
It looks different from the parts list photo and does not fit.
I ordered three times and this is all I got.
I don't know what the problem is. It's rectangular and a little smaller.
The nut hole should also be smaller, but it looks like a completely different item.
I want to know if the problem is with Suzuki's list or this one.
It's difficult because it's a discontinued model.

Genuine Suzuki Clutch Cover Gasket for GSX1400 2003
This old girl came in for a bit of a service. These are pretty much bullet proof and usually need very little on the way of maintenance but occasionally, gaskets do need changing. This one was on it's way out so was one on the list. Finding the right gasket was super easy as I used the tools Webike provide on their help pages and then cross referenced with Suzuki schematics. This does fit a couple of the early years so I was very pleased to find that Webike did stock them anyway. The price was great and better than I could source from my local Suzuki dealer. With a couple of other gaskets I needed for this old girl, I had them all sent together to save a bit on shipping costs. I used EMS and my order was delivered in 5 days from being shipped. All was perfectly wrapped and packaged and no signs of any damage. This gasket is a pretty big one for a bike but it is essential in this service as there were slight sings of the old one giving out. The gasket looks to be well made and fitted spot on with the clutch cover on the bike. I can now rest assured the job is done right. I would expect this to last for wuite a few years down the line. Thanks Webike, happy camper right here. View detail
