Clutch operation will feel better.
Originally, there was a clattering feeling when starting and poor connection, but by replacing it with the company's Clutch Plates and adding this product at the same time, this phenomenon did not occur anymore.
Washer is Quantity for now.:1 pc. The connection is fine and there is no change in weight. It is stable.
It is expensive, but there are no negatives from putting it on.
A cat Sticker is also included.
[Attention for installation].
I think you should get a CrankGasket Cover if you don't have a new car. When I first opened it, I closed it as it was, but when I opened it again, it had a crack, so I replaced it.
If you turn the push rod (the screw at the center that adjusts the point at which the clutch breaks), you will need to readjust it. It is better not to touch it if it is not necessary at present. XT250X (perhaps SEROW or XG250 TRICKER?) had a hard time because the protrusion that serves as the adjustment guideline is deep and difficult to see.

To strengthen the supply of Oil.
Originally, the Clutch's connecting Timing changed after only a few minutes of city driving, making it slippery.
The XT250X and SEROW250 engines apparently have poor clutch oil circulation by design, and I thought the change in meet point was due to that (although I think there is some degradation of friction as well).
In fact, the thickness of the friction on my vehicle was appropriate, but it was burned black, and I am sure that the oil supply is insufficient.
For the time being, we replaced only the clutch plates to see how it goes, but after installation, the above situation no longer occurs even after driving for a long period of time. I think the friction plate is also prolonged.
At the same time, we added the company's Clutch spring retainer, so there may be a synergistic effect.

Genuine JT 16T Front Sprocket for GSF 650 Bandit 2005
I have previously purchased JT sprockets many times over the years and on all the bikes I have owned in the last 20 years. Always superb quality and last for a lot of miles. The correct part was super easy to find by checking out JT Sprockets catalogue which is found online. Also in this order I got the rear JT sprocket with stock 48T gearing. Price was very good and around the same as I would pay here. The shipping cost was absorbed as I got a few other parts in this order. Delivery time was really fast, very surprising from all the way from Japan to the UK.Everything in the order arrived in tip top condition with no faults or damage at all. Fitting is pretty straight forward and would take less than an hour even when fitting a new chain too. I might even purchase a few more sets of these as they do fit a few different models in this range. Thanks Webke for the great service and the amazing amount of products you stock or can get in stock.Great service. View detail

Genuine JT 15T Rear Sprocket for GSF 650 Bandit 2005
I purchased this along with the front sprocket from JT sprockets brand. I decided to get the same brand as I have used them many times before and found the quality versus price is exceptional. Wanted to stick to the oem set up gearing so 16T front and 48T rear as this is how the bike is supposed to operate. Maybe in the future I will try a tooth lower in the front but for now, stay OEM gearing. Easy part to find, I was surprised Webikes stocked them really and quite a few different versions for different models and makes. Price was pretty good. Ordered along with other parts so the shipping was good too. Arrived with no faults or issues. The outer box had been sealed with extra tape to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. Any empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap so nothing could move too much and damage other more delicate parts in the box. The machining of these sprockets is second to none. The spacing for the bolts is perfect. No problems with anything really. I have not found a sprocket that is of high a quality for the similar price range before. I will stick with JT Sprockets. Have fitted before and know how they go on really easy little job. As I said, great quality parts from a great UK company. Thanks Webike for the great service as always and help with anything I need. Non-seal for Racer, surprisingly long-lasting
I used it on my KLX230R for racing and running courses. The non-seal chain has less resistance and is lighter in weight, but I replaced it with this chain and raced the Power Enduro 8-hour endurance race. I think it is possible to choose the non-seal if you are a racer. View detail

Changed from Clip to Crimp
When replacing the chain on the KLX230R, the ERVT came with a clip-type joint, but the clip didn't fit well and I had to press-fit it too much and it failed, so I decided to use a Crimp joint, which I am used to.
I think the Crimp is fine for me, and the Crimp is easier to work with because I'm used to it.

Have you become snappier?
[How is it used?
I bought it because I use Enduro as my main and use Clutch a lot for logs and gullies.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It is exactly as shown in the Image. I even feel that it is packed more Compact than I expected.
Was the installation difficult?
Simply replace the existing clutch spring that is holding it in place, and if you work with the motorcycle on its side, you don't even need to pull the oil out. You just need to make sure that the spring is properly seated in the Retainer groove.
How was your experience with it?
Since the last time I rode the Washer, there was a little bit of free time, so I could not say that there was a drastic change! I used only one washer, so I may add another washer to change the characteristics a little more.
[Included Parts:were they on?
The bolt has a countersunk hole to reduce friction and a hexagonal head. The torque is 10Nm, but if you do not have a hexagonal tool, you will have to tighten the bolt by feel.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
No, it is not. This time the test was at low speeds, so I am looking forward to seeing what happens at high speeds.

Non-seal for use in Race, surprisingly long-lasting
I use it on my KLX230R to Race and to ride on the Course. The lightweight Non-seal Chain has less resistance and is not as durable, but after replacing it with this Chain, I have run 1.5 hours of G650 XCOUNTRYRace, 2 hours of Enduro race, and 10 hours of Others practice run, and it still seems to work well. I feel that this is indeed DID reliability. Another important thing is that the non-seal chain is less expensive. I think I will Repeat with the same Chain for my next replacement. View detail

Used for SL230.
I bought this for touring with my SL230. If I had the budget, I would have purchased a plated or anodized coated chain, but this time I compromised with steel. I chose this one because I can ride long touring without worrying about durability and maintenance (although of course I will maintain it after long touring).
I have only used it for about 500 km, but the surface has rusted due to moisture, my fault for choosing Steel, but I am disappointed. Next time I will buy one with surface treatment.

For normal use, there is no problem at all.
The engine power is small, so the Driven Sprocket, which had been set at 15T to increase one step closer to the maximum speed, has been changed to standard in order to give priority to ease of use in the practical range. (OEM) I screwed up the head of the bolt by setting the torque wrench to 20Nm by mistake when I changed it back to 14T. (Reflection)
Well, since I have another Bolt and the threaded Bolt core is still there, I thought that the fixing plate would not come off and I could ride it for a while until a replacement Sprocket arrives. (Lol)
I kept it for about a month without any problem, and I bought a M6×10mm Stainless bolt to make a new Bolt, and replaced it with this KITACO Sprocket.
The OEMBolt does not have screws cut under the head to prevent the bolt from hitting the casing, so we used a washer to replace the thickness of the bolt that does not have screws cut. I should have bought an OEMBolt, but I didn't know the part number because I don't have the Parts List.

Change from OEM 14 to 15
The OEMFront sprocket on the GSX250R had 14T and was replaced with a 15T for the purpose of reducing RPM on the highway.
If the Rear Sprocket remains at the OEM tooth count of 46, the speed difference will be about 6-7% if the RPM and selected GEAR are the same.
If high speed touring is the main purpose, the change from 14T to 15T is for Large.
TradeOff is also available, so there is no need to force replacement if you are not currently dissatisfied.
The following are three impressions from the trial run.
・Highway speed range is more comfortable
(RPMs are reduced at the same speed compared to the 14T, and vibration is somewhat suppressed)
Careful GEAR selection at low speeds and on uphill roads.
(Same GEAR, but with the same 14T feelings, it's awkward)
Gear changing on public roads will be slightly less
(less chance of using 6th gear)

It is fun to try the Best Match with FSprocket!
I always enjoy climbing a certain public road with a 3-speed LITTLE CUB, but 3rd gear is not good at all when the DRIVEN is set at 40 with the standard +1. However, the engine load was too large during the long full throttle sections, and I did not know when the engine would break down. I wanted to give the engine a little more room to rev the engine so that even at 40km/h in 2nd gear, the engine was not at full throttle, so I decided to raise the DRIVEN 2 steps at once to 40, skipping over the standard 39. I didn't have a very good Image at the standard 39 Ding.
So I lowered the Driven to 38 Ding and the result was as I expected at first. I was able to get out of 2nd gear at 40km/h±α without having to go full throttle on every Corner. I was happy to find that I did not have to drop to low even on the tightest Corner climbs, and I did not have to drop Engine RPM on most Corner exits when entering the Corner, so as a result, I was able to drive without spoiling the acceleration feeling too much.
In addition, the engine RPMs are now more generous in 3rd gear on the downhill corner, allowing the driver to enjoy a greater sense of speed when entering the corner.
It's fun to experiment with different FRSprockets and see how they run.

unquestionably good
I replaced it with a DID ERVT about a year after purchasing it, and after running it for over two full years, the plating was worn out and it looked very tired, so I replaced it with a new one.
I didn't feel particularly dissatisfied even before the replacement, but I still thought the new Chain was damaged to a certain extent because the tension of the Chain seemed different when compared.
Replacing the Chain with a beautiful Chain with Gold plating makes me feel good and it is more pleasant to run in a clean condition.
However, I am not a fan of Clip type Chain installation.
Sprocket is set from NORMAL to 50T and LARGE, so it is set from NORMAL 106 to 108 LINK.
