Even though it is made overseas, it is an OEMOP, so there is no need to worry about quality
There are cheaper ones with the same design available at a certain Site, but I chose this one because it is made in the same foreign country but OEMOP, so I did not have to worry about the quality. I am satisfied with the result. However, since I have had trouble getting the center out of any Tank Pad, I wish this one, which is an OEMOP, at least had a guide for attaching it. View detail
That was a good purchase
I replaced it with Big tank because it was hard to Ladder on the forest road.
The price is quite expensive, but I don't have to use Gasoline many times a day anymore.
I wanted a Skeleton, so I went with Natural without hesitation.
The lower front side of the Tank is directly above the Engine, so I put an insulated Seat on it for heat protection. I used Seat from Daytona and Tape from Posh.
Because of the complicated shape of the lower part of the Tank, the Posh one was easier to apply, and I should have just used this one.
After putting on the front and Right Side of the Pump under the Tank, it became too much of a hassle and I had to stop in the middle of the process. I'm going to try it in the summer and see how much heat will be generated in the lower part of the tank, and if necessary, I'm going to add more.
Since the tank is blocked up to the heat venting hole of the Radiator on the RightSide cowl, I carefully applied insulation tape to this area.
I think it's a bit much to go this far.:Pair (for Left and Right) It would be nice if only the Right Side could be asymmetrical so that heat can escape.
The width of the front side of the tank did not match with the body of the vehicle, so we inserted two washers on each side for a total of four washers, and the width was just right.
For the back side Screw, it was written to use the OEM Washer, but since the Washer could not be removed from the OEM Screw, it seemed that a Washer would be required here as well.
The side cowl was installed with the screw holes slightly out of alignment, but the left side went on without difficulty.
The Right Side is slightly obstructed by the Radiator guard, so I cut a screw hole in the Cowl to make it fit.
The hose connecting the Tank to the Canister is specified to be connected to the Cap with a One-Way Valve in between.
However, the One-Way Valve is oriented from the canister to the tank, so the gasoline in the tank vaporizes and does not enter the canister even if the pressure is increased.
This is not good for the Tank, and it is a hassle to remove the hose from the cap every time I fill up the Gasoline, so I added a Zita Uni-flow cap. This will make the air pressure inside the Tank Large and looks good for the Tank.
The Hose going to the Canister was put in a Screw coated with Liquid Gasket and clamped with a Hose clamp.
The Nempon Gasket and Dust Seal were replaced with new ones, and the gold surface of the tank where the seals meet was coated with engine oil, as Honda's service manual specifies that oil should be coated on this part of the OEM tank. There were traces of oil on this part of the OEM tank.
I think this is so that when the gasket is compressed and stretched thin, it does not stick and distort strangely.
No one seems to be applying Oil here, even on the Net, but since the Manufacturer specifies it, I think it is better to apply it.
The torque of the Nenpon mounting screw is 12Nm, and it was properly tightened with a torque wrench.
It seems a lot lighter with almost no Gasoline in it, which is understandable since it is the upper part of Motorcycle.
On the other hand, it feels much heavier when set to full tan, and you may need to adjust Spring and Shock.
I plan to apply Porlmate frequently to prevent the outside of the tank from getting crusty.
Now I only need to refuel once a day, so I'm glad I made the change, even though it was expensive.

Genuine Kawasaski Tank Pad for Ninja 650
This was purchased for the Ninja 650 to help protect the fuel tank from scuffs. This does happen with the leathers zip section so always best to help stop that in the first place. The correct part was not hard to find, I just used the search facility on Webike and narrowed down the search to OEM Kawasaki and fuel tank protection. There was a few to choose from but only this one was specifically Kawasaki branded for this model. The cost was pretty good for such a good tank protector and along with a few other items in my basket, I got them all shipped together to save on a bit of shipping cost. I generally use EMS these days as they just get the job done. I almost always get my order delivered within a week and more so in 5 days from shipping Webike warehouse. This was no exception, the order arrived in 5 days as expected. The outer box was sealed along each side and the inner was well padded out. With the tank pad being flat and needing to stay that way during transit, Webike had this taped to a large piece of cardboard to keep them safe. This worked a treat. The tank pad itself was packaged in a nice Kawasaki standard packet. They are flexible but do have some structure to them. They were slightly on the thin side but when you think about it, if they were much thicker, you would struggle to get it placed where you need it anyway. I am very pleased with the purchase and look forward to trying them out on the road as they also supposed to give a little grip to the tank too. Added bonus. Thanks Webike View detail

[How is it used?
CUB's fuel tank cap was destroyed, so this is used
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was as per Image and there were no problems.
Was the installation difficult?
Installation accuracy is good, and it can be used with the same degree of force as the OEM.
It's a pontoon.
How was your experience with it?
Since it is thinner than the OEMTank cap, Fittingetc. can be installed without worrying about anything.
However, as is the case with OEM, there is a part where it feels a little difficult to turn a slightly thinner cap than OEM in order to turn a slightly more reluctant tank cap.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not particularly
I think this is cosier than looking for a used one with Key cylinder.

[How is it used?
I am playing Enduro race etc. with HUSQVARNA TE250I.
The other day, when I washed my car after practice, my Uni-flow cap was missing, so I bought a ZETA Uni-flow cap.
Previously HUSQVARNAOEM, but this time we chose the readily available ZETA product.
Was the installation difficult?
The rubber part was very hard, probably because it was winter time, and I couldn't fit it right away without changing it.
I warmed up the rubber part with Dryer to soften it and put it on. Even after warming it up, it was still difficult to fit it in, but I put it on with a lot of effort.
After attaching, wrap Tie Wrap around the base to prevent it from falling off, just in case.

Carbon parts are great!
Tank protector is sturdy and can withstand intense lighting.
With this product, there is no need to worry about the wound on the tank.
With a regular Tank Guard, only Touring can be used.
It is not a motorcycle that can be used for touring.
I use this product.

Only the positioning bothers me.
In the meantime, I am worried about positioning.
The Tank itself is rounded, From this line ??mm" It is difficult to decide on something like Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) I thought I had it exactly in the same position, but when I straddled it after applying it, it was a little Quantity.:Pair (for Left and Right) There's a difference … and so on.
The center part is aligned from the end of the Seat and overlaps the logo mark, so the back part is aligned from the front of the vehicle and placed under the Seat.
I think if a simple positioning jig or something was included, I would have been able to apply it accurately without worrying.
In terms of performance, it is quite Good thing you put it up." Before I put it on, my feet used to slip off the tank even if I did a knee grip, but after I put it on, I can do a firm knee grip and it is very good.
I thought the Black Rubber on the Silver Tank would stand out, but personally I think it looks rather better with a bit of Accent.
I wrote about the pasting, but overall I am satisfied with it.

Fuel Cap was a functional component.
Unexplained stall.
Idling with the fuel cap on 。 Engine stop after a while 。 No matter how many times I try, Engine stops.
Now, with the fuel cap removed, let it idling. 。 This time, Engine shows no sign of stopping.
The cause of the glitch is. Fuel cap intake clogged." It was
It is not easy to understand,
If you smell Gasoline from the Tank, be careful!
And the tank cap is a consumable item! It was an old body we bought used, so it probably should have been replaced.
In the case of automobiles and motor cycles, the structure of the fuel tanks allows some gas caps to play an important role 。 In order to move gasoline out of the fuel tank (to a carburetor, etc.), the volume of the gasoline that has been moved must be replaced in the fuel tank. To explain this in a simple way, this is the principle of how a cup of pudding comes out of a cup. 。 The volume of liquefied gasoline in the fuel tank increases dramatically when it vaporizes, and since the volume capacity of the fuel tank is fixed, the fuel tank may expand to its full capacity if the increased volume is not taken out of the fuel tank. 。 It is not likely to rupture, but when the gas cap is removed and the internal pressure builds up, like a Champagne bottle opening, that is when it happens.
And Packing, especially inside the Gasoline cap, is constantly exposed to evaporated Gasoline, which causes Rubber's Packing to deteriorate.
If the packing is not sealed properly, a lot of evaporated gasoline will leak out. This is what happens.
After replacement .......
No more stalling.
good point
◎OEM compatible, so it can be firmly Cap.
◎Rubber packing texture is as durable as OEM.
◎Easy to manage with Key.
A component that is often forgotten, fuel CapPacking seems to be a regular replacement part. After years of use, it can become thin and lose its seal, and cracks can appear countless times due to deterioration, so when you notice such packing, do not hesitate to order new parts.
If you don't want to replace the cap itself, you can buy just the packing, so please give it a try.

Genuine Yamaha Fuel Tank Pad for MT09
This was something I had been meaning to buy but never got around to it. The correct tank pad was not hard to find, I just filtered the manufacturer and then model of bike and there were a couple to choose from. I deceided on the genuine Yamaha one as it will fit as it should do with it being made for this bike. The cost was not too bad actually and better than I had seen for sale locally. With a couple of other tank pads for other bikes, I had them all shipped together via EMS. EMS just do what they say and get your order to you quickly. Mine arrived 5 days after the shipping date which is perfect. The entire order was neatly packed in the box, the tank pads were all kept nice and flat so there was no distortion which could have been a problem when fitting. The tank pad came in a Yamaha packet and was neatly presented. The pad itself feels very nice and smooth but does have a bit of friction due to the materials used. I was expecting a slightly more domed gel pad but for what it is, it's fine for my needs. Fitting was straight forward and when on without issue although I pre fit with low tach tape to get the placement visually before starting. Pleased with the purchase and hopefully, this stops any future scuffs from happening with my jacket zip. Thanks Webike View detail
What are the effects, not just the appearance.
Just by putting it on a normal tank, it can be easily transformed into a cafe racer style.
The effect on the appearance of the product is extremely Large, but there are other Large effects as well, so let me introduce them to you!
Originally, Tank Cover is a product to cover tanks, which was born out of the European motorcycle culture.
With a wide range of color variations, this is the perfect makeover for your car.
What does it mean to put a Cover on a Motorcycle Tank? A Cover attached to a tank is not exactly "Tank Pad These items are called "tanks" and are mainly used to prevent scratches on the tanks. They are also sometimes used for a dress-up effect.
Effects of each.
The most important reason for installing the Tank Pad is to prevent scratches on the tank, which is often caused by rubbing against the Zipper, Belt Bracket, Jeans, etc. The area that comes in contact with the Rider's crotch is often scratched. 。
The rear end is raised in a large size, and the forme with a good edge improves the hold of the inner thighs and the machine in the hanging on posture, etc., and realizes more aggressive machine control. This means that the Knee grip is easier and machine control is improved.
It is effective for forward leaning vehicles such as Continental handle and Separate Handlebars.
(3) By attaching the Tank Pad to the tank, it prevents the tank from being scratched and prevents it from slipping, making it even easier to get a good grip on the knee.
good point
The tank is simply placed over a normal tank, and the fueling port hole is also intact, making it easy for beginners.
The shape of the lower part of the tank cover has an egri, which makes it easy to get a good knee grip. It also has a dress-up effect.
(3) Just put it over the Normal tank, so if you miss the Normal tank, just take the Cover.
(4) Of course, it can also prevent scratches on normal tanks.
? Effective in preventing slipping when used in combination with Tank Pad.
As a result, it is more cost-effective than replacing the tank with an aluminum tank or an external tank, because it can improve the press-up and machine control while keeping the normal tank.
I am glad that the knee grip is easier than it looks, as a lightweight motorcycle is ideal for a person and car as one.
I painted mine, but I think it would be cool to put a sticker or something on a plain black one.
