One of the three essential parts to upgrade in your engine
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that a mixture of materials are used from aluminum alloy for the clutch lifter to steel for the clutch springs. About the feeling of use, One of the three essential parts to upgrade in your engine. The original clutch springs are very weak and effect the quality of the riding experience but you cannot just increase the strength of the springs as the clutch lifter is also very weak and unable to handle the increase. This set resolves all the problems related to the weak clutch perfectly. Products to buy together, More parts to upgrade the poorly designed or weak original parts like the oil pump and cam chain tensioner set would be ideal to also add to your cart. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the reinforced clutch lifter set for my installation was average due to engine cover removal and clutch disassembly required for access. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is great. You receive a product made from quality materials that does away with the original parts that create a poor riding experience. Most brands only offering stronger clutch springs but Kitaco makes the failure proof set containing the stronger clutch lifter to handle the stronger clutch springs . About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 48 hours of me placing the order and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. It is not as heavy as it sounds, but just right and easy to handle.
I don't think there is any particular problem with durability.
If you want to enhance it further, you can also modify the disc, plate, etc.
I think it will be better.

Reinforced Clutch Spring

Alleviation of squishiness
Intake/exhaust change + i-map Spec. so 3 bars were replaced.
Purchased together with Spring Seat.
I opened the SL clutch cover for the first time and found that in addition to the gasket cover, I needed a water pump gasket, LLC, pump O-ring, LLC drain gasket, and other small parts, which cost more than I expected.
The squishy feeling when connecting the clutch at full throttle was reduced, but the maximum speed remained the same.
Lever is slightly heavier, but since the original is light, it is not a problem.

A bit expensive.
Purchased while installing Reinforcement Spring.
Sure, there is a BALI or something like that on the Edge with a very small pole, but it doesn't matter because it's a component that can't be seen from the outside.

When I opened it, it was buckled as shown in the Product Page photo.
I don't know how it is with the Single Body since I also added the Reinforcement Spring, but the squishy feeling when the clutch is connected at full throttle has been reduced.
However, this price seems rather expensive for what is in effect just a Washer.

To improve Clutch feeling
Since I use the bag for commuting and circuits, I wanted to be particular about the clutch feeling, so I bought it.
I think installation requires a certain amount of skill.
I installed the clutch spring retainer at the same time, so I don't know the effect of the PartsSingle Body, but I felt the clutch feeling was better.

Can be an alternative to OEM Parts
I use it as a replacement for OEM Parts.
I use 3 OEM and 3 KITACO.
KITACO should be worn on the screw section.
If you don't tighten it well, the Lifter will crack. 1pc. studied.
If you are not familiar with it, please have PRO install it.
Fee Ring feels hard at first.
You'll get used to it.
OEM Parts are prone to wear and tear, and the price is not much different.

Used for YZ125X
The length of Yamaha OEM clutch springs changes as you use them, and this probably leads to the unevenness in the amount of pressure plate push-up = poor sharpness. I installed this product, which is made of the same material as the Valve Spring. I found a little difference in the length of the new spring, so I shaved the long one with Sandpaper (it is hard to shave it off because it is hardened) and installed it with the shortest one. The sharpness seems to have improved a little after the test run. By the way, the same product was also installed in TT250R, and even after 10,000km, there is no change in length, and the operation is smooth and half clutch is easy to do. I will report back after seeing the progress over a long period of time. View detail

It is not listed in Webig's compatibility, but it is listed in the Manufacturer's compatibility list, so it can be used.
Since the Spring was a replacement for a worn-out Spring, I could feel the dramatic effect.
It feels good because the Clutch connects quickly.

[How is it used?
I used it on the clutch of a YZF-R25 that I am converting to a Racer.
Since everything around the Clutch board was within regulations, we did not replace it with a new one but used it as is.
The vehicle was in Circuit use, but the condition was not bad.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Shim arrived exactly as pictured, no BALI, etc. Beautiful product.
Was the installation difficult?
If you can remove the Clutch cover, it is not difficult at all.
I removed the oil, but if the vehicle is equipped with a side stand, I think it is possible to work without removing the oil.
How was your experience with it?
I've included a photo, but with the OEM ClutchWheel, it is very uncomfortable when the end of the Spring gets caught in the inner meat cutout...just the fact that it is no longer there is a very Plus factor.
I also added Retainer from Kobo Kitamura together with it, so I don't know the effect of Single Body, but the Clutch feeling is much better.
The vehicle has been powered up by an exhaust system replacement and a sub computer to improve the fuel mixture, and since the vehicle is only driven in a circuit, I think the clutch will be under a lot of strain, but so far no problems.
I would like to check if it was working properly at the next Clutch inspection.

Considering the Pre-road aspect, it would be nice if 8 cards are included so that two cards can be put in one place.
Finally, as a precaution, do not forget to prepare the Clutch Cover Gasket since you will be removing the Clutch cover. If possible, it is better to have a spare Pin of the Case as well.

Best Value Reinforced Clutch Spring Set for the Grom
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the Kitaco reinforced clutch spring set that contains 6 x 60% stiffer steel springs with a protective coating. You can see the difference in my attached photo of the Kitaco spring on the left and the Honda spring on the right. About the feeling of use: Much better clutch feel and bite off the line with this increase in stiffness, I can now control the clutch engagement way better from a stand still in first gear then I could with the Honda clutch springs fitted. Products to buy together: A reinforced clutch lifter is definitely needed to be purchased along side the Kitaco reinforced clutch spring set or the cast Honda clutch lifter will break. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about one hour, the right crankcase cover needs to be removed to access the clutch assembly and the clutch springs can be replaced insitu after removing the clutch lifter. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: The costing of the Kitaco reinforced clutch spring set is by far the best value 60% spring set out there on the marketover, for comparison the SMR 30% clutch spring set is three times the price. About shipping and packaging: The faster shipping options are too expensive for myself so I just have to wait for my part to arrive via sea freight. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: There are clutch spring kits available with lighter springs at 10% and 30% stiffer but I would advise purchasing the 60% stiffer springs and if you need them lighter then simply add a few of the Honda clutch springs inlieu of the Kitaco springs.
