Damage prevention?
Does it help prevent damage? I bought it with other products to try it out.
PullerBody:Just like a Spacer with Opposite Thread Screw Bolt, Nut. There is nothing like an instruction manual that comes with it.
If this doesn't work, it is a price sensitive product.
Copy, it would be nice if an instruction manual, even a simple one, is included.

It's so good.
The darkness of the unspoken early XRHeadlight. 95 model.
The brightness has been dramatically increased by replacing it with this unit.
New, made in Japan, Multi-reflector, and even a light bulb at this price.
It is the best cosmetic product. Installation can be done by simply replacing the Light Adjustment Angle Screw with the original one.
Seriously, it's the best.
My problems were solved without buying expensive related Parts.

Convenient
This is a useful product for a residential environment where you don't want to make too much Engine noise. View detail
I put it in for water temperature in the summer:....
The low temp Thermostat has arrived and will be installed immediately.
I used Type 2 this time, considering the winter season.
The work time is about 30 to 40 minutes even if you take your time.
My vehicle is an MC18, but I think the work time will probably be the same for any model.
I have done a test drive immediately after installation.
The temperature on the day of the run is approximately 30 degrees Celsius (in the city).
I have driven about 100 km on city + mountain roads, and I think the temperature rise has slowed down a bit.
While driving in Nagoya city, stop&go is repeated so that once the water temperature rises, of course, it is almost the same as in NORMAL.
The only thing I would say is that it is a little better because sometimes it is below 65 degrees.
On the mountain roads, as long as the pace was reasonable, I was calm at 60-65 degrees.
As a result, I honestly thought it was fine for me to have it or not.
Maybe the 18 Radiator is so crappy that it's no good! I wonder if the Radiator after 21 will be able to experience the effect?
Probably expensive, but I feel that for 18, Radiator should be changed as well.

It was saved.
Gasoline started leaking from the Fuel Cock of my GB500TT and I was thinking that I had no choice but to replace it with a new one, then I learned about this product and bought it for a trial.
The only work required was to remove the Crimp by rubbing it, cut the screws, and then reassemble the packing.
The O-Ring and Packing are the same size as the OEM, and after the replacement, the Gasoline leakage has stopped and the unit is working fine. I am very satisfied with the low cost of the repair.

I was troubled by the lack of an Instruction Manual. As for performance, I need more time and can't say. View detail

I am always troubled by the lack of instruction manuals for this Manufacturer's products. I would like you to enclose a simple illustration. View detail
Disappointed...
After 7000 km, tube on cylinder head no longer holds. Major water leak while driving and engine overheating. I am very disappointed because I bought with confidence. For me, DMR is a specialist in the HONDA NS400R. if need i have the detail pictures but i can only send one in the message View detail
Used for NSR250R, good performance
I like the fact that ChamberGasket is also included.
This Gasket is reasonably expensive for OEM, so you save money when you buy it here.
Exhaust leakage also does not occur when used with Liquid Gasket, making it a cosmetic product.

I think OEM Product same etc.
I used it on my NSR250R MC21 with about 20,000 miles and no problems. View detail
Used for MC21. Highly reliable.
In the past, when we used cheap ones made overseas, the metal gasket melted and coolant sometimes entered the combustion chamber. After that, we switched to this product and it has been running without any problems. It is a highly reliable product. View detail

Extracting RCValve from NSR250R
It is safer to purchase and remove RCValve since it costs about 2000 yen. Since RCValve is no longer in production, it is important not to break it, use this items, etc., and work in a way that does not break it. View detail

I don't know why, but it's too far around the HI side than HI.
I checked the operation with MC28.
It will turn too far to the HI side than the HI position.
In the case of the MC28, I removed the Axel opening SensorCoupler and inserted the Card, which moves it to the HI side, so that's how I adjusted it.
If you see Manufacturer, please give us a possible reason.

LED
This is a re-evaluation as I have converted to LED.
The Valve I used is PIAA Headlight Bulb LED 6000K DualBeam 12V 5/6W H6M for Motorcycle. (PH7 equivalent) It is
The XLR80R is an all-AC car, so the Valve I chose is an alternator and supplies.
Simply replace with a Halogen bulb and the job is done.
Since the Multi-reflector Unit has more depth than the OEM Headlight Unit, we were able to install the PIAAValve, which is almost twice as long as the Halogen bulb, without any interference.
Also, because it is a multi-reflector, it does not cause the high-low inversion phenomenon that often occurs when using OEM headlight units with LEDs.
The Clear Lens Multi-reflector is LED, so it is very bright. The spread of light and the height of the light are not a problem, and the safety is increased by introducing LED Bulb.

You can feel the torque up at the start of Corner.
My NSR80 is a CircuitSpec., and I used it for the vehicle with the exhaust port processed, the OEM head gasket of the previous period (3 pieces were disassembled into 1 piece and used), Big Reed Valve made by POSH, PWK28carburetor, and CDI made by POSH. I used the attached head gasket (very thick) and measured the compression pressure after installation. After installing the OEM Gasket (3 pieces were disassembled into 1 piece) and measuring the compression pressure, it became 900kpa and there seemed to be no contact with the piston, so it is the impression when running on the circuit.
First of all, the pickup of the middle and the high rotation at the time of empty blowing became good. You can feel the torque up at the start of the corner in actual driving. The exhaust port has been modified. "Use the supplied Head Gasket with EngineNORMAL, OEMcarburetor" If you do, you may get a different result, so please refer to it.

become brighter
The OEM Cut lens has thick and dark glass. This product has Multi-reflector and thin plastic lens, so it is much brighter than the Halogen bulb.
If you use LED or HID with Cut lens, the optical axis and high low will be Brown and bitter Brown, so it is necessary to use Multi-reflector.
The point to be concerned about in the installation to XLR80 was glad if it was attached with Seal or Rubber plug of the hole blocking at least because Position is unnecessary. it has a feeling depth than the OEMHeadlight unit, and it is difficult to organize Harness. Sponge tape is necessary to fill the gap with Cowl. The optical axis adjustment screw, spring, and screw receiver plastic need to be used with the OEM product. These are the things that I think.
Although there is a point to be concerned about, it becomes bright visibly only by exchange of the Headlight unit. There are various opinions that the making is cheap, the paint peels off, and the Position unit is loose, and I agree with that point, but when I think that it becomes bright easily, and it becomes a stepping stone to LED conversion, I thought that it was a product of high satisfaction.

Reliable KEIHIN OEM Parts
I used it for Carburetor overhaul of KawasakiZXR250.
Less than half the price of Kawasaki OEMParts.
This part is for FCR Carburetor Body, but it can be installed on Kawasaki OEM KEIHINCVK30.
There are also many other common Parts, which helps us in terms of Cost.

I thought it was moderately good.
It may be a little bit of work, but you will be able to feel the change after the replacement. I installed the Lightweight Clutch Kit a while after installing this kit. The response is even better, but I feel the torque is a little thinner, but for me it is the best. View detail
