This kit replaces the needle bearing used in the shift spindle with a metal bearing!
Since the stock transmission has a large amount of play, the increased pedal travel can cause the transmission to drop out of gear and make it difficult to engage the transmission.
Even though the spindles are held in needle bearings, the spindles are not made with high hardness, which tends to accelerate the wear of the sliding parts of the bearings and increase the rattle at an early stage.
This metal bearing is designed with a wide sliding surface, so even if the spindle is worn out, it can be held by the part that is not worn out, thus improving the rattle!
The material used is phosphor bronze, which is excellent in self-lubrication and is a metal suitable for bearings used as bearings in all types of engines.
The included oil seal is made of high performance fluorine rubber instead of the stock NBR.
It has superior abrasion resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance to NBR, and is the best balanced rubber among various rubbers.
A 1mm thinner size is included to accommodate the wider bearing.

Caution
*It is set by light press fitting, so it may be ±0 due to individual difference.Adhere with threadlock or Loctite for mating.*If the spindle is worn out, the corner of the worn part may be bulged.Use a diamond file or the like to flatten the surface patiently.
*Because of the above, please check if the metal bearing goes into the spindle smoothly before you install it into the engine.
