NS400 Carb rebuild
Well made part fits well with no issues, replacing the original plastic part. Finish on part is good, got the replacment rubber sealing caps to complete as the original rubber had gone hard after 40 years. View detail

Overhaul
I bought this because I wanted to build parts that would improve the performance of the engine overhaul of my NSR50. The assembly is a bit large since there is some press fitting work to be done. I don't have a hydraulic press, so I'm planning to challenge with Vise.
I don't know when I will be able to ride it, but I am looking forward to it.

no problem
I am very grateful for DMR's products since OEM is not available. I was able to install it without any problems. I can't say how durable it will be.

It's something that doesn't appear in OEM Parts.
This part is not available in OEM Parts, so it would be helpful if you could offer it as a product like this.
Since it is tightened tightly with aluminum, it is always a part that is deformed when overhauled, so it looks better if it is replaced.

Diversion to Honda GB500
Gasoline leakage from the Cook is expensive in GB500 because the Fuel Cock is a non-resolving Type.
Processing is required, but I appreciate that it is inexpensive and problem-free.

Very Nice Kit
Received the kit quickly and was very impressed with the quality. Some modifications required but easily done by a local engineer. Very happy with the purchase. View detail
Exchange Recommendation
OEM Parts Needle bearing can still be ordered.
I replaced it with this product after watching DMR-JPAN's video.
The engine can be replaced without dismounting the engine by draining the mission oil and removing the shift spindle.
Easily replaceable with Pilot bearing puller.
Oil seal is also included, so it is nice not to have to order separately.
I just replaced it so I don't know how durable it is.
I didn't have any difficulty in getting GEAR out or Shift in my vehicle.
We are not sure if there will be any change, but since the vehicle is over 30 years old, we recommend that it be replaced considering its age and deterioration.

Replace with new one
The new one will be replaced at the time of maintenance of the carburetor.
Quantity in 1pc. min. cheaper than HondaOEM Product:2pc. I can buy a Set, and since the performance is the same, I am replacing it with this one.

Used on NSR250. Over cool measures in winter.
It is mid-summer so I can't benefit from it yet, but I changed from Thermo-less to low temp for winter over cool measures. I wonder if I need an electric fan no matter how much I open the low temp to 50C. My cooling specifications are 140mm jungle fan. (Thousands of yen) Thermoswitch, also in the jungle, to (about 900 yen) I think I keep 71-78 degrees Celsius at the setting where the fan turns at 80 degrees Celsius when the traffic is congested at about 35 degrees Celsius in the daytime in midsummer with Thermistor sticking into Thermo Case and Radiator cap changed to 1.3, Coolant is Heat block plus.
I'm hoping to reduce the warming up time in winter.

For maintenance above the waist of MC21
[How is it used?
I purchased this product to clean the engine piston and replace the piston ring, as well as to renew the gaskets.
Gasket and O-ring of MC21 are Quantity:It is in a set, you don't forget to buy it, and it is inexpensive.
How was your experience with it?
I was a little skeptical because of the low price, but so far the Large seems to be sturdy. But so far, it seems to be large and sturdy.
CylinderBase, Head Gasket and ChamberGasket were used, but there is no leakage.
Naturally, the size is also Exactly, and the cost was lower than with OEM parts.
How did it compare to other products?
Each Gasket is almost always available with OEM parts, but it is quite expensive to get them all, so they were very helpful.
[Points to note]
Naturally, it is necessary to ensure the prevention of misassembly and Torque management.
In addition, since we do not know which fine O-rings are for which, we have no choice but to match them with the actual ones.
【Review】
It is convenient and inexpensive to use this product for maintenance above the waist.
You only need to do your best to identify the O-ring, but if you don't have to force it to be replaced, you can keep it as a Stock.

Carburetor came back to life.
When I was doing OH on my carburetor, I couldn't find a drain bolt for Both Sides at any of the shops. I was very impressed with the Carburetor that came back to life. View detail
Can be used in the same way as OEM Product
[How is it used?
Used in Engine as well as OEM Product
How was your experience with it?
I have no problem at all using it.
How did it compare to other products?
I was not sure about the steel one, but I'm glad I went with this one.
[Points to note]
For installation, it is necessary to have enough skill to disassemble the Engine.
If you are not a professional, it is better to ask a specialized Motorcycle store for help.
It's good.

Special labor is required for replacement
In order to pull out the Needle bearing assembled in the Case by the OEM, the
A Bearing Puller is required.
The compatible shaft diameter is 14mm.
InnerPuller for ball bearing may not work.
We forced it out with a 15mm puller for ball bearings.
If you can afford it, Puller should be prepared.
On the other hand, the assembly of Tougashi-kun itself does not require a special tool.
Socket and Hammer are sufficient.
The product itself is very solid, so
After assembly, you will be thrilled by the lack of rattling.
It is a good product, although it is difficult to replace.

Cannot be installed on NSR250R and SP Mag TEC.
NSR250R is listed as an appropriate vehicle model, but it is different from SP Mag TEC in terms of xyz and cannot be installed.
SealSize is listed, but unless you are smart enough to look up Aluminum Wheel and Mags Wheel in the Parts List, you will make a mistake.

Nice bit of kit!
Awesome bit of kit! Now I don't need to do a wire splice as this harness does the job for me! Very simple plug and play. It is easily reversible if needed... Good price too! Not going to a dyno but bike feels sharper if you know what I mean... View detail

To set up for carburetor tinkering (Part 2)
I thought it might be useful for OEM MikuniBS32carburetor Starter parts, which are not listed as Single Item on KATANA's Parts List. I bought it thinking that it might be used for the parts around Starter of OEMMikuniBS32carburetor which is not set as Single Item in KATANA Parts List.
I bought it to keep the OEMcarburetor, although I am not at all sure if it is compatible.
I am lucky if it fits, as is the case with the Starter Plunger that I have already obtained.
I dare to choose Gold even though it is a worn-out carburetor.
I wanted to make it easier for the mechanics to determine that it is an Other Brand Product when they tinker with it, rather than for dress-up purposes.

Savior!
VT250F (F2F) was leaking fuel from the cook, but the OEM parts were Assembly and not in stock …
I had no choice but to break the Crimp with a drill and turn the Packing inside out, but it still leaked, so I searched and found this part!
I bought it right away, installed it, and it matches perfectly!
I found it so good that I am thinking of buying another one as a spare.
Thanks!

I put it in for water temperature in the summer:....
The low temp Thermostat has arrived and will be installed immediately.
I used Type 2 this time, considering the winter season.
The work time is about 30 to 40 minutes even if you take your time.
My vehicle is an MC18, but I think the work time will probably be the same for any model.
I have done a test drive immediately after installation.
The temperature on the day of the run is approximately 30 degrees Celsius (in the city).
I have driven about 100 km on city + mountain roads, and I think the temperature rise has slowed down a bit.
While driving in Nagoya city, stop&go is repeated so that once the water temperature rises, of course, it is almost the same as in NORMAL.
The only thing I would say is that it is a little better because sometimes it is below 65 degrees.
On the mountain roads, as long as the pace was reasonable, I was calm at 60-65 degrees.
As a result, I honestly thought it was fine for me to have it or not.
Maybe the 18 Radiator is so crappy that it's no good! I wonder if the Radiator after 21 will be able to experience the effect?
Probably expensive, but I feel that for 18, Radiator should be changed as well.
