To set up for carburetor tinkering (Part 2)
I thought it might be useful for OEM MikuniBS32carburetor Starter parts, which are not listed as Single Item on KATANA's Parts List. I bought it thinking that it might be used for the parts around Starter of OEMMikuniBS32carburetor which is not set as Single Item in KATANA Parts List.
I bought it to keep the OEMcarburetor, although I am not at all sure if it is compatible.
I am lucky if it fits, as is the case with the Starter Plunger that I have already obtained.
I dare to choose Gold even though it is a worn-out carburetor.
I wanted to make it easier for the mechanics to determine that it is an Other Brand Product when they tinker with it, rather than for dress-up purposes.

Savior!
VT250F (F2F) was leaking fuel from the cook, but the OEM parts were Assembly and not in stock …
I had no choice but to break the Crimp with a drill and turn the Packing inside out, but it still leaked, so I searched and found this part!
I bought it right away, installed it, and it matches perfectly!
I found it so good that I am thinking of buying another one as a spare.
Thanks!

I put it in for water temperature in the summer:....
The low temp Thermostat has arrived and will be installed immediately.
I used Type 2 this time, considering the winter season.
The work time is about 30 to 40 minutes even if you take your time.
My vehicle is an MC18, but I think the work time will probably be the same for any model.
I have done a test drive immediately after installation.
The temperature on the day of the run is approximately 30 degrees Celsius (in the city).
I have driven about 100 km on city + mountain roads, and I think the temperature rise has slowed down a bit.
While driving in Nagoya city, stop&go is repeated so that once the water temperature rises, of course, it is almost the same as in NORMAL.
The only thing I would say is that it is a little better because sometimes it is below 65 degrees.
On the mountain roads, as long as the pace was reasonable, I was calm at 60-65 degrees.
As a result, I honestly thought it was fine for me to have it or not.
Maybe the 18 Radiator is so crappy that it's no good! I wonder if the Radiator after 21 will be able to experience the effect?
Probably expensive, but I feel that for 18, Radiator should be changed as well.

It was saved.
Gasoline started leaking from the Fuel Cock of my GB500TT and I was thinking that I had no choice but to replace it with a new one, then I learned about this product and bought it for a trial.
The only work required was to remove the Crimp by rubbing it, cut the screws, and then reassemble the packing.
The O-Ring and Packing are the same size as the OEM, and after the replacement, the Gasoline leakage has stopped and the unit is working fine. I am very satisfied with the low cost of the repair.

even a fool can be strong
I was troubled by the lack of an Instruction Manual. As for performance, I need more time and can't say. View detail
Disappointed...
After 7000 km, tube on cylinder head no longer holds. Major water leak while driving and engine overheating. I am very disappointed because I bought with confidence. For me, DMR is a specialist in the HONDA NS400R. if need i have the detail pictures but i can only send one in the message View detail
Used for NSR250R, good performance
I like the fact that ChamberGasket is also included.
This Gasket is reasonably expensive for OEM, so you save money when you buy it here.
Exhaust leakage also does not occur when used with Liquid Gasket, making it a cosmetic product.

I think OEM Product same etc.
I used it on my NSR250R MC21 with about 20,000 miles and no problems. View detail
Used for MC21. Highly reliable.
In the past, when we used cheap ones made overseas, the metal gasket melted and coolant sometimes entered the combustion chamber. After that, we switched to this product and it has been running without any problems. It is a highly reliable product. View detail

I needed a MechanicalSeal to fix a coolant leak, and I used this product, which has the same performance as OEM products. View detail
You can feel the torque up at the start of Corner.
My NSR80 is a CircuitSpec., and I used it for the vehicle with the exhaust port processed, the OEM head gasket of the previous period (3 pieces were disassembled into 1 piece and used), Big Reed Valve made by POSH, PWK28carburetor, and CDI made by POSH. I used the attached head gasket (very thick) and measured the compression pressure after installation. After installing the OEM Gasket (3 pieces were disassembled into 1 piece) and measuring the compression pressure, it became 900kpa and there seemed to be no contact with the piston, so it is the impression when running on the circuit.
First of all, the pickup of the middle and the high rotation at the time of empty blowing became good. You can feel the torque up at the start of the corner in actual driving. The exhaust port has been modified. "Use the supplied Head Gasket with EngineNORMAL, OEMcarburetor" If you do, you may get a different result, so please refer to it.

Reliable KEIHIN OEM Parts
I used it for Carburetor overhaul of KawasakiZXR250.
Less than half the price of Kawasaki OEMParts.
This part is for FCR Carburetor Body, but it can be installed on Kawasaki OEM KEIHINCVK30.
There are also many other common Parts, which helps us in terms of Cost.

OEM Discontinued
I'm very happy to see that you have released these parts as the OEM products are no longer available.
The installation was just as good as the OEM one, and I can use it normally without any strange noises.

Change it before you lick it.
I noticed that it was licking during the overhaul of the carburetor, I checked the OEM, but there was no supply, so I checked this Parts and found it, so I replaced it. It doesn't have any particular function, but it's weird to lick it. View detail
Inexpensive but good quality.
I used it on my NSR Overhaul.
I was worried about T2RACING, but I decided to go with DMR.
Should I have gone with MechanicalSeal-less?

The Savior of NSR
We chose the DMR because OEMs are discontinued and therefore unavailable and other companies' products are more expensive
MechanicalSeal Quantity:Because the Set was also purchased, the parts necessary for the exchange of the water pump were able to be prepared
These parts are very helpful these days when OEM parts are no longer available
