Even though it is made overseas, it is an OEMOP, so there is no need to worry about quality
There are cheaper ones with the same design available at a certain Site, but I chose this one because it is made in the same foreign country but OEMOP, so I did not have to worry about the quality. I am satisfied with the result. However, since I have had trouble getting the center out of any Tank Pad, I wish this one, which is an OEMOP, at least had a guide for attaching it. View detail

That was a good purchase
I replaced it with Big tank because it was hard to Ladder on the forest road.
The price is quite expensive, but I don't have to use Gasoline many times a day anymore.
I wanted a Skeleton, so I went with Natural without hesitation.
The lower front side of the Tank is directly above the Engine, so I put an insulated Seat on it for heat protection. I used Seat from Daytona and Tape from Posh.
Because of the complicated shape of the lower part of the Tank, the Posh one was easier to apply, and I should have just used this one.
After putting on the front and Right Side of the Pump under the Tank, it became too much of a hassle and I had to stop in the middle of the process. I'm going to try it in the summer and see how much heat will be generated in the lower part of the tank, and if necessary, I'm going to add more.
Since the tank is blocked up to the heat venting hole of the Radiator on the RightSide cowl, I carefully applied insulation tape to this area.
I think it's a bit much to go this far.:Pair (for Left and Right) It would be nice if only the Right Side could be asymmetrical so that heat can escape.
The width of the front side of the tank did not match with the body of the vehicle, so we inserted two washers on each side for a total of four washers, and the width was just right.
For the back side Screw, it was written to use the OEM Washer, but since the Washer could not be removed from the OEM Screw, it seemed that a Washer would be required here as well.
The side cowl was installed with the screw holes slightly out of alignment, but the left side went on without difficulty.
The Right Side is slightly obstructed by the Radiator guard, so I cut a screw hole in the Cowl to make it fit.
The hose connecting the Tank to the Canister is specified to be connected to the Cap with a One-Way Valve in between.
However, the One-Way Valve is oriented from the canister to the tank, so the gasoline in the tank vaporizes and does not enter the canister even if the pressure is increased.
This is not good for the Tank, and it is a hassle to remove the hose from the cap every time I fill up the Gasoline, so I added a Zita Uni-flow cap. This will make the air pressure inside the Tank Large and looks good for the Tank.
The Hose going to the Canister was put in a Screw coated with Liquid Gasket and clamped with a Hose clamp.
The Nempon Gasket and Dust Seal were replaced with new ones, and the gold surface of the tank where the seals meet was coated with engine oil, as Honda's service manual specifies that oil should be coated on this part of the OEM tank. There were traces of oil on this part of the OEM tank.
I think this is so that when the gasket is compressed and stretched thin, it does not stick and distort strangely.
No one seems to be applying Oil here, even on the Net, but since the Manufacturer specifies it, I think it is better to apply it.
The torque of the Nenpon mounting screw is 12Nm, and it was properly tightened with a torque wrench.
It seems a lot lighter with almost no Gasoline in it, which is understandable since it is the upper part of Motorcycle.
On the other hand, it feels much heavier when set to full tan, and you may need to adjust Spring and Shock.
I plan to apply Porlmate frequently to prevent the outside of the tank from getting crusty.
Now I only need to refuel once a day, so I'm glad I made the change, even though it was expensive.

The ?rubber is good, neither thin nor thick!
Other items that would be helpful
Installation points and hang/Availability and clarity of the Instruction Manual/Points to consider/Items to purchase/Opinions and requests to the Manufacturer
? I think it would be easier to install if there was a thin base paste Seatetc. so that the mounting position could be easily seen.
No photos are available because it has not been installed yet.

Easy dress-up
I put it on for dress-up and to reduce hand numbness etc. I could have used Universal Product for just the tank side, but I wanted the SIDE part closer to the frame, so I went with this product. The material is thick and cushiony, and the adhesive surface is super strong. We are planning to go to Long to see the effect of reducing fatigue. View detail

Genuine Kawasaski Tank Pad for Ninja 650
This was purchased for the Ninja 650 to help protect the fuel tank from scuffs. This does happen with the leathers zip section so always best to help stop that in the first place. The correct part was not hard to find, I just used the search facility on Webike and narrowed down the search to OEM Kawasaki and fuel tank protection. There was a few to choose from but only this one was specifically Kawasaki branded for this model. The cost was pretty good for such a good tank protector and along with a few other items in my basket, I got them all shipped together to save on a bit of shipping cost. I generally use EMS these days as they just get the job done. I almost always get my order delivered within a week and more so in 5 days from shipping Webike warehouse. This was no exception, the order arrived in 5 days as expected. The outer box was sealed along each side and the inner was well padded out. With the tank pad being flat and needing to stay that way during transit, Webike had this taped to a large piece of cardboard to keep them safe. This worked a treat. The tank pad itself was packaged in a nice Kawasaki standard packet. They are flexible but do have some structure to them. They were slightly on the thin side but when you think about it, if they were much thicker, you would struggle to get it placed where you need it anyway. I am very pleased with the purchase and look forward to trying them out on the road as they also supposed to give a little grip to the tank too. Added bonus. Thanks Webike View detail
For Normal tank installation
Used on a 2000 XL883XL1200C SPORTSTER 1200 which was a Custom vehicle and the Tank had been replaced.Bolt&Nut and thankfulQuantity to be fixed when converting back to the NORMAL 3.3 GallonFuel Tank.:It was a Set. The length is right, but the fit is not quite right, as it seems to use Universal Product such as Rubber packing. However, I am satisfied with it because it fulfills the minimum function and it was easier than buying from Rose. View detail

The system is designed to attach all of the multiple carbon parts at once, and the peel-off paper (Transparent) The parts will stick to each other as soon as you peel off the "P". It is not recommended to work outdoors when the wind is blowing.
In the end, I gently peeled off each part and attached it while positioning it. The level of the sticking feeling is so-so.

[How is it used?
I am playing Enduro race etc. with HUSQVARNA TE250I.
The other day, when I washed my car after practice, my Uni-flow cap was missing, so I bought a ZETA Uni-flow cap.
Previously HUSQVARNAOEM, but this time we chose the readily available ZETA product.
Was the installation difficult?
The rubber part was very hard, probably because it was winter time, and I couldn't fit it right away without changing it.
I warmed up the rubber part with Dryer to soften it and put it on. Even after warming it up, it was still difficult to fit it in, but I put it on with a lot of effort.
After attaching, wrap Tie Wrap around the base to prevent it from falling off, just in case.

Installation with processing
Since this product is installed with modification, it cannot be mounted with a simple bolt. However, even with modification, the bolt holes are not perfectly aligned, so those who are concerned about clearance should not use the bolt holes. There are two places where the OEM speed nut is transplanted and fixed, but the holes obviously do not fit and the bolt does not pass through, so I would like you to inspect and make it right. (Lol) I know it's not what Large did, but it's a shame because it's a Brand I had high hopes for. View detail
