The way Clutch is connected has changed dramatically.
Used for SEROW225.
It changes the way Clutch is connected.
It's like the vague connection is connected to Span.
The number of Washer was set to two at first, but it is not possible to set it to Quantity.:1pc. is now better.

Kobo Kitamura Clutch RetainerKit KITA-Y12-01
[How is it used?
Was the one you received as per Image?
The product and Quality was exactly what I expected.
Was the installation difficult?
It's not difficult if you have a Kill. If you follow the Manual for each of those vehicles, you'll be Large strong.
How was your experience with it?
It came with 12 Shims, but I installed them without Shims this time. Clutch operation became a little heavier, but not too much. The distance between the lever and the clutch is obviously shortened. In other words, it is possible to meet with short stroke. The symptom of slipping at high rpm is also eased and it became like Reinforced Clutch.
[Included Parts:were they on?
12 Shims for adjustment, with 3 levels of adjustment

Clutch's FeeRing is changing!
[How is it used?
I decided to buy this product when I heard that this product would be released from Kobo Kitamura with the same Timing as the change to Reinforced Clutch for xr230.
Was the one you received as per Image?
OEM Parts are processed. The appearance is not so different from OEM Parts.
Was the installation difficult?
The timing is the same as changing the clutch, so it cancels out the need to open the crankcase, but it is a bit of a hassle.
Gasket, etc., must be prepared in advance and must be installed with the specified torque or it will be damaged.
How was your experience with it?
I used to grip the lever to change the Clutch, but after installing this, the Clutch connects smoothly thanks to the Spring being properly engaged.
With the Reinforced Clutch on it, it didn't make it any lighter, but it did take some of the strain off my grip.
Even if you roughly release the lever, it will connect quickly and easily. It became more fun to connect.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Washer is included, so it is a form to incorporate if necessary according to the use.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not at all.
I know some people think it's expensive for an OEM, but it's definitely worth it.
This processing technology is a national treasure.

I'm feeling better, sir.
[How is it used?
Installed in the family vehicle
Was the one you received as per Image?
No problem.
Was the installation difficult?
I asked the shop to do it for me.
How was your experience with it?
It may have become a little lighter from the beginning of the Clutch grip to the Hankler level. The weight of the Clutch lever has not changed. When I asked the shop to measure the weight of the Clutch lever after assembly, the weight of the full grip did not change. I think it's because of the structure, the sharpness and the initial lightness.
[Included Parts:were they on?
None. I would love to have the instruction manual, or I wouldn't be able to put it on.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
In my personal experience, it does not feel very light. However, the sharpness has improved.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. Also, the video on the homepage doesn't tell you how many washers there are, so an explanation of the number of washers is a must. I would have ended up without Webig's review. Thank you for your predecessors.

Clutch drastic change
I was wondering if I could do something about my carburetorSR clutch which is said to be heavy, and found this.
It is MAJOR to put in the clutch spring of the fI car, but because my SR is tuned so much and has more power than NORMAL, I had been hesitant to change the spring because I was worried about the durability.
The number of Washer between Retainer and Spring can adjust the strength of Clutch, and the recommendation is 2 or more. I made it to the number of sheets.
It's not only lighter, but it's also a lot quicker than the OEM clutches. I like the Feeling Ring very much, but it may be a little confusing until you get used to it because it is completely different from the way the OEM Clutch breaks. If the OEM Clutch's Stroke is 10, this one is shorter at about 6. (Of course, the Stroke of the half-craze will also be shorter.)
Clutch work is much better and shift is much better. Also, this may be just my SR, but I can say that the slight vibration from the engine has been reduced. (Because it is Front cowlSpec., the swing of Screen became Small.)
I think it's a really effective Parts for the Gold price!

The ambiguity of the half-craze disappears.
Used on a '14 MC41 CBR250RSecond Type Model.
This product is designed to improve the stability of the spring by replacing the bolt washer that holds the clutch spring, and to improve the direct feeling of the clutch operation.
Because it is explained in detail in the homepage of Mr. Kitamura, I saw it and understood the theory, and decided to try to buy it.
The goods which arrived are only the mount of the commodity name, Retainer, the dish ScrewWasher, and the Sticker of the store, and the packaging of the feeling that it is a handmade commodity.
Well, it's just a replacement, and people who buy this kind of product don't need the Instruction Manual.
Although it is beautifully anodized, it is not visible once it is installed, but the quality of the product is high.:There is no rattling when it is set, and the quality of the product is high.
Installation is easy, just replace the OEM WasherBolt. (Although it is troublesome to open the Clutch cover …)
Number of Washer to put in Reverse side of Retainer (0 for heavier than OEM, 1 for same etc., 2 for lighter than OEM) It is said that the weight of the Clutch can be adjusted with the "Quantity", but I am not particularly dissatisfied with the weight of the Clutch.:Built in 1pc.
It is easy to understand if you think that the Washer adjusts the pre-road of the Clutch Spring.
The installation itself is easy, but you need to know the basic knowledge of how to tighten it several times on the diagonal.
After building and riding it, I can say that the Clutch definitely has a more Direct feel to it.
The ambiguity of the half-Clutch range at the beginning of the connection and the beginning of the cut is reduced, and it is connected and cut quickly … I think.
It will be a very Race ish Fee Ring.
However, until you get used to it, you may be confused by the changes when starting, but once you get used to it, you will definitely be addicted to its unambiguous Clutch feeling.
However, this direct feeling might become a little stress for the person who uses it for long touring because the feeling that it corrects it to Smooth is lost tolerating even a miscellaneous operation because of the vagueness of OEM.
I was embarrassed to admit that I stalled the engine once when I started the car right after changing it. (Lol)
Also, the original sticker from the workshop that comes with it is adorable! (Lol)
As a general comment, it is certainly effective and has a high level of satisfaction, but the price of 7,000 yen is a bit high;
Considering the labor and hassle of opening the Clutch cover associated with replacing it, it's not exactly cosmetic…
If you want to change the oil or clutch plates while changing the others, you can recommend it.
It's also possible to incorporate Reinforcement Spring together like I did.
If the price was a little more reasonable, it would be easier to get your hands on it;

It feels good to hold the Clutch lever ~.
I bought a Clutch spring retainer from Koubou Kitamura.
Yamaha's RZ250R also fits, so I installed it.
When I held the Clutch lever, it was very smooth.
When I dropped the GEAR by one step while driving, the connection softened the Shock.
Cutting and connecting the Clutch is very sharp.
I niggle the Clutch lever for no reason. [Laughs]

Clutch Retainer
Was the one you received as per Image? It came in a rather small bag, with no instructions.
Was the installation difficult? I didn't want to tlove it later, so I had a Motorcycle shop replace the Gasket and Oil as well.
How was your experience with it? The clutch is now lighter with the use of two washers, and I think the sharpness and connection is also better.
[Included Parts:were they on? Contents include Clutch Retainer and Bolt×5 Washer×10 No instructions.
[Was there anything that disappointed you? None in particular.
[Notes] If you have the tools, the work itself is not so difficult, but since you have to remove the case cover, oil will come out and if you don't remove it well, the gasket will break.

It's not like a TRIAL car.
I did this today along with the Clutch replacement myself.
The work itself is not so difficult.
I was expecting something similar to the Fee Ring on the TRIAL car, so to be honest I was disappointed.
It's only a test run, so it may show its true value in the future.
My impression for now is, well, SEROWMotorcycleSEROW.

It's a spastic cut and the lightness is adjustable.
[How is it used?
I am playing with Enduro on YZ250, and I am not good at speed type, so I often play hard type.
In addition, I was worried about it because I often run Narita, Katsunuma, Whiteui and other courses that require clutch work in practice.
I've never baked Clutch work before and I'm not bad at it, but I'm just not good at Front up, so I bought this one.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As per Image, I increased the number of Washer 12 to 18 which can adjust the Clutch pre-road.
Was the installation difficult?
I replaced it while it was on the MotorcycleLift because my back was hurting, but I think it would be easier to install it in a sideways position.
It is Washer for pre-road adjustment of Clutch Spring, but I was told by Mr. Kitamura that 3 pieces are good for YZ250 and 2 pieces are good for YZ250X. Because my YZ250 uses the Clutch Spring of YZ250X, I made two pieces.
How was your experience with it?
I installed it before the race and ran it on the track, but it was so different that I was confused.
MeatPoint and the way we connect has changed.
I'm sorry for the onomatopoeia, but it's like a quick snap and a quick connection…lol

You shouldn't do it right before the Race because the Fee Ring changes too much. Do it before going to practice lol.
Also, when I installed it, I loosened the bolt half a turn from tightening and grabbed the Clutch lever a few times to center it and then tightened it. It's just my feeling.

Adjust Touch on Clutch
Installed on SEROW250
You can adjust the lightness of the Clutch by the number of Washer attached.
I assembled it with one Washer.
It makes it easier to understand the Clutch connection.
It's not so severe that you feel any problems in city driving.
There may be no particular benefit when driving on road.
When driving off-road, you can feel the difference in the clutch and throttle operation.
There are no negative elements, so if you're running off-road, this is a good choice.

To be honest, I'm not sure how it works.
I bought it if I can improve Clutch touch and adjust the weight in the product description at this price.
When you install the collar on the Bolt, the rattle will be gone and the fee ring will be better, but in reality, the effect is only a feeling in street driving. I think that the feeling depends on the person.

Was Clutch this light?
Reason for purchase
Front up for the wupon, front up for the wupon, and many times for the Clutch operation during the twice blowing practice.
My fingers screamed and I wanted to lighten the Clutch a little bit.
I wanted to eliminate as much as possible the loss of clutch lever operation.
Assembly
You should have a Crankcase Cover Gasket on hand just in case.
Just replace the OEM Bolt with the Retainer+Bolt that came with it, it shouldn't be too difficult to manage the torque on the Bolt.
When replacing the Clutch wire, it's easier than you think if you connect the old one to the new Cable and GumTape etc. before removing the old one, because it goes through a pretty narrow space.
The Clutch Cable Guide is just a replacement for the OEM, but the space is too small to put the Bolt in.
It may be a bit of a challenge.
Effects
(Only Lever was replaced from 2014 new car purchase to 2020, no Wire was replaced.
(We only had to refuel with wire injectors and around the push lever.
Since three products (Clutch Cable, Cable guide and Retainer) were changed at the same time
It's unclear which Parts are more effective and how well they work.
But in Total, it's surprisingly light.
Up to nowQuantity:With 2pc finger operation, you can go from 1pc finger operation to almost 1pc finger operation at a moment's notice
I can now practice for long periods of time.
The Retainer is usually not visible. Hmm? It doesn't feel right. It is so easy to understand that.
Because the Cable guide changed from iron to Blue alumite of aluminum, it looks luxurious. Moreover, the deflection of Cable guide had been felt when I held Clutch, but the deflection decreased after the exchange.
Current state
I can now easily operate the Clutch with my 1 pc fingers, so I can focus on more things than just the Clutch operation when going over logs, rocks, etc... I can increase the number of times I can fit the Timing.

All good things! I don't feel any negatives
Just as I was about to start practicing front up on the XG250 TRICKER
i saw it in the new products section of webike and bought it as a crossover
It's expensive for a mere aluminum part, but the efficacy was perfect
The Lever is lighter and you can do subtle control like a half-clutch? It is
It's also slightly less likely to stall
In addition to the body parts, 10 pieces of Washer are included for adjustment
Pre-road of +1mm more than OEM without washer
A single washer, OEM same, etc.
Pre-Road of -1mm than OEM in two washer sheets
This is the case
If you want to make the Clutch lighter, put two pieces in it
By reducing the amount of pre-road to Spring
This is the theory behind the lightening of the Lever
Weakening the pre-road = The Clutch plate will be weakened
However, because the Retainer adjusts the direction of the force applied to the Spring, the
The Clutch works properly even if you reduce the pre-road
I can now easily Front up
Those who play in the woods should put it on for now
There is one caveat
I think it's a good idea to somewhat overtorque it to tighten it up
The difference in the torque of the five bolts also makes the pre-road over Spring
It is recommended that you measure it well, as it will be slightly RoseRose
However, the Bolt's default torque for stopping the Clutch Spring is 0.8kg, so you can use the
It is often impossible to measure the torque wrench for the wheel
You can also buy the Digital torque wrench together or leave it to your shop It is
This time I purchased the following additional Torque wrenches

An unassuming, but best-in-class dish
I'm sure most of you who have used it can feel it
I can feel the connection of Clutch is easy to understand in Direct
I think it's Clutch-friendly because it reduces the half-clutch time at Start
Of course, Start dash is better now
I grin at the sensation of the power that was escaping being transmitted to the rear wheels
The replacement also leaves the Mission and Clutch bare for the maintenance novice
The hurdle may seem high, but once you can manage the torques, the actual work is easy
You may not be able to reuse the spare Gasket and Oil line
Copper Washer should be prepared
You can make the Clutch lighter or more direct by changing the number of attached washers It is
By adding an additional Washer or replacing the Spring with another one at the same time
Even those who are not confident in their grip strength can easily operate it with one finger
I used all of the Washer that came with the OEMSpring as it was! (2 of each ×5 for a total of 10.)
The Clutch is a little lighter, but I feel the sense of connection is more solid than the OEM
But I'm On roadMain so I think I could have done without Washer
It's not a part that improves the performance of the bike itself, but it's a part that obviously improves the feeling of operation
SuperRecommendation
