To protect Radiator fins
I used to ride a motorcycle and often had bent fins from being hit by small stones or insects, or from touching them when washing or servicing the car.
Since I chose black, I feel that the area around the radiator looks tighter.
I go on several long-distance day-trips and wash my car often, but I feel that the Radiator is well protected, so I am glad I installed it.
I don't plan to ride my Motorcycle in mid-summer, but the ventilation seems to be good, so I don't think I'll get Overheat or anything like that because of these.

Good radiator protection and very nice looking piece. I got the Evangelion version as I am a fan of the series. A little expensive but worth it. View detail

Got my moneys worth for the look alone
I'd wanted the black one, but as it wasn't available- I got titanium instead...it actually looks really good to my eye. The design of the shroud does restrict access to the front mounting point for crash knobs etc- in particular the right hand side. I had to remove my 'trickstar' sliders so the shroud would fit. As for an improvement to airflow around the radiator, I got no idea..sometimes I could almost swear the engine runs hotter- so, who knows? But all that aside, I think they are well worth the money even as just as "dress-up" item. View detail
Tie Wrap changes to Large
It was very difficult to get the Tie Wrap at the top through the very narrow area.
The Tie Wrap that came with the product was very stiff and snapped off the pop drill during the difficulty.
I was working with the idea that it would be best to use what came with the product, but it seems that it would be better to start from the beginning with JAPAN Tie Wrap, which is graceful and flexible.
The exterior is indeed Titanium, with a beautiful Blue glow.

Fallen cannibals
As this is my first water-cooled motorcycle, I installed it as a fail-safe.
I chose this product because of its reputation and proven track record.
Considering the original purpose of cooling, it would be better to have nothing extra,
In spring in a snowy country, there is a lot of gravel and other garbage on the roads due to snow plowing, so we installed them as a precaution.
However, this Motorcycle has a high water temperature and a high fan operating temperature, which makes me nervous during summer stops.
I would like to take action if there is a low-temp Thermo or something that can turn on the fan at any temperature.

Was the one you received as per Image?
The shape and size were exactly as shown in the Image.
Was the installation difficult?
When crimping Bullet Type Terminals, the wiring is so thin that it is necessary to strip more strands and bend them three times in order to crimp the terminal firmly.
How was your experience with it?
The opening ceremony is Parenthesis good!
[Included Parts:were they on?
Temperature Sensor, Surface Fastener, In-Hemp palm dock, etc., were all needed for installation.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
The display surface is glossy and the Blue letters are hard to see because of the reflection; Red letters might be easier to see.

As a measure against stepping stones.
Purchased as a stepping stone protection since I drive around town and Touring Maine. 2024 installed with no problems.
It is necessary to remove the SIDE cowl, but the instruction manual of the vehicle also describes how to do this, so even a beginner can do it while checking the instructions.

It's just a different look ….
I decided to replace the hose with a new one in conjunction with RadiatorCleaning and Coolant replacement for DRZ400sm k9, which had probably never been maintained. I wanted to change the appearance as much as possible, so I bought a DRC Hose set.
I really don't think it will be any different from the OEM in terms of performance, just a different look.
Since the coolant must be removed when replacing the coolant, it is best to change it together with the coolant replacement time.
Or when you plant a Water Temperature Sensor between hoses.
Well, we have to say goodbye to coolant anyway.
The handling is the same as the OEM, so there are no problems.
Band is also diverted from OEM as it is.
If I had to say, this Hose was more difficult to push into the back than the OEM Hose.
Maybe because it's brand new.
Reviewing the current situation since the replacement has been in place for 3-4 months, I do not see any deterioration of the hose itself, but the color has already faded.
It was bright red when purchased but has faded.
I think it's especially - because it's a Red color.
Recommended for those who want to change their look and feel.

Perfectly sized hose for engine breathing applications only
About quality and texture - The 5mm breather hose from SP Takegawa is made from a soft rubber material with no reinforced strands but with a black finish and the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - The 5mm breather hose is perfectly sized for engine breathing applications where you have quite a small barbed hose fitting on your oil catch tank or air filter pod, which I have both of on my Honda Monkey 125 but is only to be used with air systems and not oil or fuel. Products to buy together - The 5mm breather hose does require to be firmly secured to the hose fitting, the use of zip ties is not my preferred method as a permanent solution so the use of specifically sized 9.5mm hose clamps from SP Takegawa is what I would recommend. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the 5mm breather hose is a simple task that took 0.5 of an hour to complete. Some slight mechanical aptitude and the use a measuring device, cutting tool and sandpaper to neatly finish the hose ends off is how I like to carry out the task for my breather hose fitment. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products SP Takegawa sell to be on par when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the 5mm breather hose is no different. I reasonable quantity of 1m with no lapse in quality. About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the 5mm breather hose, I choose EMS for a earlier arrival date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - For my location, purchasing common use products like this from Webike Japan is the best option even when taking into account the shipping cost, as I find local stores tend not to stock products I can use on my Monkey 125 or they are priced higher the majority of the time. Required for high speed and circuit driving.
I found that the Radiator was damaged by insects and stepping stones after a few high speed runs, so I didn't hesitate to buy it. I found that the Radiator was damaged by insects and stepping stones after a few high speed runs, so I bought this one without hesitation. The installation instructions are carefully written on paper, so even a beginner could easily install the Radiator.
I installed it and drove at high speeds and it is holding up well. I would buy it for everyone because it is an expensive motorcycle and I don't want to damage it as much as possible.

Good understated Logo.
The under cowl was removed and the side cowl was installed by shifting only one side.
OEM only comes with Oil cooler guard.
I prefer the Manufacturer's Logo to be modest, so I decided to go with Etching factory.
The instruction manual is QR code readable.
If you can remove the Cowl, I think you can install it.
If you have any concerns at all, you should leave it to Shop.
