Put into used CYGNUS Type 3!
This is from someone who has only driven Mission vehicles.
Almost installed on a NORMALCYGNUS X-3 model.
The condition of the vehicle is that the Belt, Roller, and Clutch Shoe were replaced after purchase.
Since the start of the engine revs up to high rpm, the acceleration feeling

How was your experience with it?
The engine starts at a noticeably higher rpm, and the clutch finally starts to meat at around 5500 rpm to 6000 rpm.
Compared to the OEMClutch Spring, the situation does not start running until the rpm is increased.
In the case of a full Axel with Zero start, the rpm rises momentarily to 9000 rpm, then drops to 8000 rpm, and it seems to accelerate while maintaining a high rpm.
The speed at each rpm is 6000rpm→60km/h range, 7000rpm→70km/h range, 8000rpm→80km/h or higher to the highest speed.
After shifting, the speed does not reach 9000 rpm, but only increases at 8000 rpm.
I thought I had a pretty good Setting before I added Clutch Spring, but now I have to start all over again.
We have our feet firmly planted in the swamp of the drive train.
Image-wise, I have a feeling that fuel economy is going to worsen considerably because it is like driving a manual transmission car with the car in first gear and pulling it to a higher RPM.
Both exhaust and intake noise became louder.
In the case of Normal spring, the rpm was down to 7500 rpm, so the Timing of the gearshift obviously changes to above.
I will be setting up with a Weight Roller in the future, but I have already purchased Torque Camshaft as an Other Brand Product, so I will continue to open the Crankcase every day.

The last time I replaced it was at 50,000 km, and now it is over 70,000 km and has been used for over 20,000 km, so I have replaced the Weight roller, Slide Piece and Quantity:I replaced it with a set
The V Belt that was removed was very clean and did not look much like a new one. 。 The width was measured and found to be only about 0.1mm less than the description of the product. "The limit is 1mm or more less than the specified width dimension." It is unlikely that the amount will be reduced to the Spec. limit under normal use.
However, if you look closely at the reverse side of the Belt, you will see fine cracks, which is a unique feature of this Belt, Dual structure of standard rubber and high elasticity heat resistant compound rubber. However, the limit of the spec. is around 25,000 km.
The weight roller that was replaced at the same time after 20,000 km is not worn unevenly, but it seems to be a little smaller than the new one. 。 According to the actual measurement, all rollers seem to be 0.3mm in diameter and a little less than 1mm in circumference, and they may be 1 to 2g lighter. 。
Recently, fuel consumption has been below 45km per liter more often than not, and I thought it was because of the colder weather, but maybe it was because the weight roller was lighter and the emphasis was on acceleration. 。
Considering this, I would say that the weight roller, slide piece, and V-belt should be replaced at 20,000~25,000km, and the Torque Camshaft should be disassembled, cleaned, and greased up in quantities.:I think it would be better to do this with Set.

I used it on my CYGNUS X for commuting.
The pulleys use KITACO's Power drive kit.
The 7g that came with the KITACO kit was too light and the Engine turned too much, so I used the OEM 9g,
That was not enough to bring out the full flavor of the Power drive kit.
We chose 8g this time, which would be just the right amount of salt between KITACO and OEM.
Was the one you received as per Image?
If you use non-OEM Weight Roller, DAYTONA is the best choice.
The image is OEM's Weight, but DAYTONA's surface Material is also Color:Gray, but made of a similar material,
Durability is expected to be high there.
Was the installation difficult?

Shifting speed is roughly 7300-7400. The maximum speed is still lower than 9g.
