New Calipers
Excellent. Easy to install if you know how to flush and bleed brakes properly and it comes with brake pads. It's not going to send you flying over the handlebars but now the pads are seated, the braking is more responsive and much more so if you're riding witha passenger - it now stops much more confidently. Mounted on the Rear of a 2021 MT-09SP
I was not satisfied with the OEM caliper and had no intention of replacing it, but I happened to find OVER's Rear caliper support for the new UP Type Crab in an email from WEBIKE introducing their new products, and I bought it and the caliper with great enthusiasm.
As for the effect of Brake or Fee Ring after the replacement, I was thinking that the OEMRear master cylinder is 1/2 and the OEMRear caliper is 1POD (I forgot the diameter), so I was thinking that the amount of stepping on the brake would increase a lot when I replaced it with the new Crab2POD (φ34). However, it is now at a level where I feel almost no discomfort.
Strictly speaking, there is a feeling of a slight increase in the amount of step, but since this includes the fact that the disc and hit have not yet been fully released, it is enough to say that one will gradually get used to it, and those who use the rear brake frequently will feel that the controllability has been increased.
I think they recommended 1/2 when converting Rear to 2POD with Rear master made by GALE SPEED, so I think the result was good.
However, since there was information beforehand that the pad protrudes from the disc, we checked the disc contact surface and dropped the pad circumference by about 1mm.
In addition, since we did not want to make the external Caliper heavier than OEM, we replaced it with a ZETA Titaniumium bolt with good cost performance, and the weight was 606.5g including the pad.
The rear caliper installed so far is also a type of aluminum piston for R1, and the material:I tried to make it as light as possible by using Titanium bolt and pad pin, etc. The weight is 791.5g, although there is no picture on the website, and the difference from the new Crab is 185g, which is larger than expected, probably due to the smaller pad.
*The impact of the reduced Pad area is seen as a good thing for us, as we felt that the OEM was too effective.
I was able to reduce the weight by about 400g with OVER Caliper support, new Crab and MADE IN SUNSTARRear Disc in total, but the Cost performance is horribly poor….
But I also enjoy Bonsai Custom as a way of self-satisfaction and as a way of diversion for Stress, who is too busy to go running.

Safe brembo
In order to renew the NINJA400's Braking system, we decided to use brembo's P4-40RB CNC caliper.
The reason why I chose this product was not only because of the manufacturer's reliability, but also because the pad was too large, so I had to cut 2mm off.
Caliper support is Active1470074B.:It may be because I removed 1mm, but I set Shim to Quantity.:It was necessary to offset Caliper outward by 0.5mm due to 1pc.
Since the maximum allowable Rotor thickness of Caliper is 5.5mm compared to 5~5.5mm, the Center was severe enough to make it difficult to insert the Pad just by shifting the Center by 0.5mm.
The Pad is Endless's EMP018SUPERHybridSintered. Actually, I chose Caliper because I wanted to use this pad. The initial braking is gentle, but the more I hold it, the more effective the brake becomes.
I replaced the Bolt with a Paddock ChromolyM8×40mm because of the way the Bolt looked.

Brembo quality and texture is very good. I use this caliper with rcs 14 and swage brake line , the feeling is good not too hard and easy to control. If only install the caliper that installation is not too difficult, but install the hold set brake system that would be difficult. I buy that in webike big sale ,so the Cost performance is very good. Brembo P2 Black 32mm piston Caliper
I was in the market for a new rear cliper and decided to go for Brembo as they are by far, the best you can get. This was the other purchase as I was unsure whether to go for the 32mm or 34mm piton size so bought both anyway. I already had a cnc bracket to use so I could make the rear caliper an under slung one. This looks really cool when you do it right. Webike had a sale on the Brembo calipers when I checked sp I added both to my basket. Using EMS and combining a few other items, the cost was really good and better than other couriers. All was packed really well and nothing got any damage in transit. When I unpacked this caliper, it was well padded in it's own box. The paint is superb on the cast caliper. All the parts move freely and it even had a set of standard pads installed. As I also purchased gthe 34mm piston P2 caliper, I did try both for fitment. I decided to stick with the 34mm caliper but this one will be going on another custom bike for the under slung look. Brilliant. Thanks Webike, keep up with the great sales on top brands. View detail
New Crab with hard work attached
The new brembo Crab was installed with a lot of effort, please refer to the Impression on Caliper support to find out why. Anyway, I could finally install the new Crab. However, the performance was not as good as I expected, although I expected it to be more effective. It may be due to the compatibility with the Master Cylinder. Also, since the Caliper was installed using the Support, the rotor and pad are not the same size, and there is a part of the pad that does not hit the rotor. This is an issue for the future.
I am very satisfied with the Visual aspect.

Wow that's cool
Titaniumium color is cool.
I have read on the Net that it is difficult to bleed the air out of the carburetor with the carburetor still installed. I think it might be better to remove the Bleeder Bolt, but I don't know if the position or the direction of the Bleeder Bolt is wrong. I also changed the brake hose at the same time and for some reason there is a mysterious sound coming from the ABSUnit only when the brake is operated quickly. I don't know why. Other than that, everything else is normal, so I decided not to worry about it.

Brembo P2 Gold 34mm piston Caliper
I purchase this caliper to make an under slung rear brake on a custom bike. I already had a cnc bracket so this would fit perfectly. I was a little unsure of whether to go for the 34mm iston or the 32mm piston size so I also purchased the black version in a 32mm. I was very pleased to find that these were on sale with Webike at a very competitive price so they were added. Using EMS the shipping was spread out over the entire order so the cost was kep pretty low. Everything arrived perfect condition. The caliper itself was packed in it's own Brembo box and very well padded. The gold colour paint is even and smooth over the entire caliper. No blemishes or anything. Very good. All the caliper was well presented. There were even a set of standard pads already installed. Bonus. When I initially fitted this caliper, there was a slight clearance issue but this was recitfied with a small spacer so all was good. The caliper once bled up was absolutley spot on. To put it bluntly, it's all about looks.
The Bracket is from Over RACING.
Performance? I am not sure. I mean, I think OEM is the best in Total.
Brake dust is so thick that the wheel gets stained black very quickly, brake noise is terrible (pad chamfering and grease up solved this problem), brake fee ring is not good, the 4 pistons are too uneven, and with a soft touch, it is like a one-sided effect. The OEMMASTER is clearly under capacity and the lever touch is squishy no matter how much air I bleed it (later replaced with Brembo master 15 pie to solve this problem).
but it has the good looks and Brand power to turn those Demerit upside down lol.

Great Caliper
Have these installed on the Gen2 Hayabusa, also used is the radial underslung bracket from galespeed as well, couldn't have been happier with the looks and performance. The entire set up is far lighter than the stock caliper and the breaking is really good over stock breaks. Wanted the radial set up over the axel set up and they look really nice and tidy.
