Genuine Suzuki Air Filter for DR-Z125 2015
This was a part that needed changing on the DR-Z125 bike that came in for a service. The air filter was pretty bad and very dirty which was only having a negative effect on the bike's running. The correct air filter was easy to find using the tools and help section on Webike pages. I also cross referenced with Suzuki schematics for my own peace of mind. The air filter was really good value and slightly cheaper than I could source locally at my nearest Honda parts dealer. I chose EMS for my courier as they just get my orders delivered fast. 5 days from shipping my order arrived. Everything in the order was extra well packed with bubble wrap for security. The air filter is not a massive one especially for such a small bike but you do need it to fit as it should. The old one had gotten a little funny shaped asn was not sitting right. This one however, fits perfectly. The air filter came in the usual Honda packaging. Fitting is easy, the filter is not doing what it is supposed to do and the bike does sound better for it. Recommendation to Power up with a safety margin
I recently changed my carburetor to a PB16 and went from Powerful to a 90for OEM air cleaner.
At that time, I only had an OEM 50 air cleaner box on hand, and the size of the Element and the box did not match, so I replaced it with a 90 OEMAir cleaner box.
What is Air cleaner box?
But after all the bore ups and high camshafts and stuff, why go back to the air cleaner box?"
The reasons are as follows.
What does the air cleaner box do?
The air cleaner box prevents rainwater, dust, or dirt from entering the air cleaner.
The box enclosure also has the merit of reducing the noise generated by the air cleaner and stabilizing the air delivered to the carburetor.
[Merit]
◎Filters air and is designed to prevent moisture from entering the box even on rainy days, so clean and stable air can be sent to the Carburetor. 。 Depending on the geometry, the feeRing changes slightly when re-accelerating. (In extreme cases, some people make their own air cleaner boxes.)
[Demerit]
Custom vehicles suffer from a lack of power due to the fixed amount of air intake. For this reason, many custom vehicles are equipped with power filters and other products from other brands.
The effect of the air cleaner box.
Air Chamber effect.
It regulates air temperature and rectifies airflow." In short, it is an effect to send air within a certain range to the Engine without causing sudden changes in air pressure or temperature by temporarily storing air that has been taken in.
→ Thanks to this effect, you can ride in summer or winter, sunny or rainy, without carburetor setting.
Effect as an intake pipe
The ...box itself plays an important role as an intake pipe.
Long intake pipe = Air cleaner box
The RPM generated by the →LargeTorque will be lower. 。 Removing the intake pipe = Power Filter
→The RPM generated by the most LargeTorque is increased, and the low-speed Torque is weakened. ▲ The combustion state also changes as the Engine characteristics change, and at certain RPMs the combustion temperature is higher than NORMAL, shortening the Engine's life.
After installing the air cleaner box

Idling, of course, has become quieter while driving and I can hear the Engine better.
I ran it on a rainy day to test it out, and the Engine was stable without any squeaking.
Carburetor setting was done with a box, and it ran with the same setting from summer to winter, but no setting change was necessary.
? No exuberant acceleration toward high rpm.
→Mild means.
Removing the air cleaner box, like the power filter, will increase the intake air volume, so the engine power itself will increase.
However, even if this Power goes up, it is not possible to ride on rainy days, or it is necessary to re-carburetor setting in summer and winter.
Almost maintenance-free in the box, same setting throughout the year, but power is there.
I think it depends on where you want to go.
I used to enjoy the peppy performance, and I also felt the benefit of having the Power Filter attached (lol), so I can sympathize with you on that!
But recently I've been wanting to ride more comfortably and anytime, so I've become a more stable BoxSpec.

Well thought out shape.
Front Fender was replaced because it was badly scratched.
No Brand" and "Copy" products are sold at low prices, but we dared to choose "OEM Product" even if it costs 2,000 yen more (laugh).
That impressed me because I thought that CUB's OEMFender was really well thought out and designed (laughs).
[Front Fender].
Front Fender is a panel that covers the outside of the front tire to prevent mud, water, sand, etc. from splashing off the tire while driving. 。 Since these parts are most likely to be scratched during operation, they are installed with BoltUp for easy repair and replacement.
Fender is mainly known as a mud repellent, but it seems to have other functions as well.
Other than Mudguard.
(1) Protect foreign objects from being caught in the Tire while driving.
? Protect Inner Tube of Front fork.
(3) In water-cooled off-road motorcycles, it serves to protect the radiator and regulate wind flow.
Contributes to handling at high speeds.
In the case of CUB, I feel that (1) and (4) are applicable.
★ "SUPER CUB" As the developmentConcept of the I'd rather drive singlehandedly to a buckwheat noodle shop." The goal was to create a high-performance yet easy-to-drive motorcycle that anyone can drive.
Although the recent popularity of CUBs has made general riders, including myself, familiar with them, I originally worked for Maine as a newspaper man, mail carrier, and other jobs where I drove a motorcycle regardless of the weather.
I understood that the unique shape of the Fender, which deepens toward the TireRear, is not just for fashion, but also to prevent mud, water, and sand from splashing on the Tire while driving. And it is also very durable.
→Considering the excellent shape and durability, which makes sense when considering it as a Front Fender, I decided that I wanted to choose OEM.
I did the replacement myself.
Procedure
(1) Place a sturdy box (I used a block I had at home) under the Engine and float the Front.
↓
Remove the front tire.
↓
Remove the 10mmBolt on theFForkReverse side.
↓
(4) Remove the 14mm Bolt and 17mm nut that are jointly fastened with the SuspensionArm.
↓
Replace ?FFender.
→ It's not that hard. But if you are careful about losing Bolt or forgetting to tighten it, it is Large sturdy.
It may be difficult to feel the direct effect of the component as a function, even though the change in appearance can be felt, but without Fender, there would be Demerit all over the place (laugh).
If it's old and damaged, change it.

Genuine Yamaha Circlip for FZ6R 2014
As with when ever I change out bearings regardless of where, if the circlip is also available, I do tend to change these out too. No point putting a previously removed circlip on a new build. Yes, it might look ok but the tension is never going to be what it actually should be. So, finding the right circlip was as straight forward as finding the bearing. Using the tools Webike provide on their help pages and cross referencing for my own peace of mind on Yamaha schematics. The price was excellent as expected. With some other parts for this bike in my basket already, I had them all shipped together to save a little shipping fees. EMS is my courier of choice as they just get the orders delivered fast with no fuss. Upon arrival, the box was well packaged and all the smaller parts were individually packed for safety. The circlip came in the standard Yamaha packet. Not really much I can say about this circlip, it is well machined, the perimeters are within spec. The quality is plain to see but until you attempt top put it in place, you are never going to know how it fits. With no issues on the install, I can say, this is a top quality part and that was the finish of the main bearing in the transmission replacement. Genuine Yamaha Transmission Bearing for FZ6R 2014
This bike came in with some pretty nasty sounds coming from the engine. Having done a lot of investigating, it was an issue with one of the main bearings at fault. This was going to be a big job. Finding the right bearing was really easy as I just used the tools Webike provide and cross referenced with Yamaha schematics. The price for this bearing was excellent, slightly better than I could source locally. With a couple of other parts in my order, I had them all shipped using my chosen courier, EMS. They get my orders to me fast and efficiently. In 5 days my order was delivered in perfect condition. The contents were all nicely packaged and kept safe during transit with lots of bubble wrap. The bearing did come in the Yamaha box anyway. This bearing is an open sided bearing. The bearing was well made and looks flawless to me. The rotation is smooth as silk with no notchiness apparent. Genuine Yamaha Transmission Oil Seal for FZ6R 2014
Whilst I was fixing the faulty bearing in the transmission I always change the circlip and oil seal as this is regularly deformed during removal. No point in trying to put a bad old part on a newly fixed bearing or you are going to have all kinds of issues in the future which will undo all your good work. Finding the right oil seal was straight forward using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. The price is really good value and along with some other parts for this bike, the shipping was good value too. EMS is my chosen courier and my order arrived swiftly in 5 days from being shipped. The oil seal came in the standard Yamaha packet and was inside a bubble wrap envelope for security. The oil seal itself is not really much to look at but you can see the quality is there from the off. There are no strange rubber extras attached as you see in some seals. It has a good amount of flexibility. But sturdy enough not to just rip upon install. After the overhaul of the main transmission bearing, this was a straight swap out. Thanks Webike, very pleased.
