Parts that can be liked or disliked
Used for 2023MODEL8BL and Exhaust System is SC.
Rucksack is now more like a parallel twin than a VTWIN.
Torque is Fee Ring aligned from Large grains to Small grains.
If you like the sloppy, sticky feeling of OEM, it might be a little hard.

Yamamoto SPEC-A exclusive rear exhaust pipe

VTR250 was changed to injection starting in 2009. So carburetor models currently have fewer options when changing exhaust pipes.

We left the zx10r OEM tacho foot and silencer (catalytic converter and lunch box removed) and introduced a NORMAL looking system, but the performance is close to the Full Exhaust System without the gold.

Torque in the low RPM range has increased.
I got the impression that the power band from around 6000 rpm gently spread down to the bottom.
I can start off in 2nd gear without difficulty and can drive at Idling RPMs without knocking. Intersections and UTurns are much easier.
If the reduction ratio is set closer to Torque, it will be even easier to ride.

However, I grabbed it with radio pliers and twisted it, and it came off surprisingly easily. At this time, I had also removed the silencer, so I thought that it would be smoother if I put the exhaust pipe on first.
If you are planning to buy an external Silencer at some point, it will make your work much easier if you buy them at the same time.
Torque wrench is used for the exhaust pipe and the bolt of the engine, and screw lock is recommended for the nut when replacing the heat guard. If you have the right tools, even a beginner can replace it if you take your time.

The parts list said it was for the newest model, the C733M, but when I checked the parts list, I found that both the newest model and the VP56A had the same part number for the front bank eguisorst pipe. I bought it and was able to install it perfectly.
The low speed Torque, which was lost by changing to the Two Brothers Exhaust System, has been more than restored. The connection during acceleration is also better, giving the feeling of increased horsepower. I wonder if using high-octane fuel will make the low speeds richer. We will give it a try in the future.

Installed on both crf250l and sv650x.
I put it on my crf250l and clearly felt the Torque up, so I put it on my sv650x.
First, the sound has changed. I think it is slightly lower and only the exhaust note is audible.
It's a nice sound. By the way, the Exhaust System is Delke Big.
Also, I'm not sure yet, but I think Torque is also going up because of the sound.

Smooth sensation
I didn't expect much, but the engine starts to blow up lighter. I am talking about up to 4000 rpm since I am still breaking in the engine, but I can clearly see the difference from the NORMAL engine. When I notice it, I feel that it reaches 4000 rpm immediately. As for the Torque, the VTWIN's fluttering has been reduced and it has changed to a flat feeling.
The DIY installation was difficult due to the hardness of the normal exhaust pipe, but the work itself is not difficult, requiring only a gasket, anti-seize grease, box wrench set, hexagonal bit, and torque wrench. The torque for each bolt is 23 Nm on the Engine side and 18 Nm on the Silencer side. (From the Service Manual).

The initial reaction of opening the Axel is completely different from the 225W era. "Toto..." I was not able to enjoy running because I was confused at the difficult point in mountain play, Accelerator operation of Attack, because I did not have a sense of moving forward and I was not sure about the direction of the Accelerator (until the 1998 SEROW225WE, when I started to open the Axel from a stop). Pong. (The engine is softly and firmly pushed out, making it easy to front up even for me, who is not very good at it, and it was an enjoyable motorcycle as if my right hand and engine were in sync.)
I heard a rumor that SP Tadao's POWER BOX could approach the characteristics of the ancient SEROW225 era, so I decided to purchase it.

Unlike OEM steel & heat resistant painted exhaust pipes, Material:The Stainless Steel pipe has no rust, and the Brown tube-like sub-chamber in the middle of the pipe is a cute little exhaust pipe.
Was the installation difficult?
If you are a person who routinely performs light Motorcycle maintenance, there are no difficult tasks at all.
Remove two Bolts on the Engine side⇒Remove the fixed Bolt in the middle of exhaust pipe⇒Remove the Bolt on the Silencer side in the middle of exhaust pipe⇒Front and rear Quantities:Pair (for Left and Right) Remove the Normal exhaust pipe by moving it to the "Normal" position⇒Remove the Joint gasket (it may be difficult to remove)⇒Install the POWER BOX in the reverse order and tighten the Bolt with the proper Torque⇒If you worked with your bare hands, you may have to remove the Exhaust pipe by degreasing it with Parts cleaneretc. Degrease the exhaust pipe with Parts cleaneretc.

How was your experience with it?
It is not exactly the same as 225W, but the response at the beginning of Axel's opening is better. Pong. The clutch, axel, and weight shift make it easier to front up, which makes attacking difficult spots in the mountains much more enjoyable. (This is a comparison between SEROW and other vehicles.)

In my case, the exhaust system was replaced because the rust had progressed to the point where the exhaust system was installed. Therefore, the comparison between the old and the new is ambiguous.
I think there is an effect of the Exhaust System, but before the replacement, the Motorcycle was good at running slowly at 60 km/h at low rpm, but after the replacement, it changed to a fairly high rpm high-speed type. I can run at low speed, but I have to lower the GEAR more often than before.

Great cosmetics, but must be modified for installation
As stated in the Title, the installation of the 2018 zx-10rk required modification:the Bolt part that held the OEM catalyst in place and the mounting holes did not match, so the mounting holes on the product side needed to be extended by a few millimeters. However, since the material is Stainless Steel, a certain amount of tooling was required. As for the product, the hole in the Pipe was dirty, as if it had not been cleaned much in the process of processing. The product was dirty. However, the cost performance is outstanding, so it is recommended for those who are not bothered by DIY to some extent.
