It is difficult to experience as much as the front axle shaft.
Since the front axle shaft was replaced and the impression was quite positive, we decided to replace the pivot shaft as well.
#The Pivot shaft that had been in there before had no particular rust and was not out of Grease.
The assembly was done at the same time as the one-year inspection.
The fact that the Clearance was quite SEVERAL seems to indicate that this is a product that attacked the diameter Limit.
Rather than material strength, the above accuracy is a feature.
In theory, I vaguely wonder if ↓'s positives will occur.
Reduced rattling with the point that holds the shaft.
1:Swing Arm shake is reduced when banking (roll component of the vehicle).
→s ability to take advantage of sus
(The roll component generated by the gutter is reduced and the pitch component is relatively increased.)
2:Decrease in swing arm shake due to driving force transmitted from the Chain (yaw component of the vehicle)
→Tire will now be in series, increasing straight-line stability (closer to the ideal geometry Bird).
3:Decrease in blurring during acceleration and deceleration (Radial component of the vehicle)
→ braking and acceleration become Direct (rigidity of the connection between the Swing Arm and Frame is increased)
Compared to the Front change, I have to admit that the change in Pivot shaft change is difficult to understand.
It is somewhat tough to find a difference in Window shadetest.
The following is a sense of what it feels like when you try different things and pit them against logic.
Small turning is now Quick→1
The way traction is applied when →bank→Axel is on has been improved (I think).
I feel less tired when driving long distances &arr;2
I no longer feel fatigue on the left hand side, which I used to feel often, and I also feel less tired after long distance driving, probably because of this.
(thanks to the alignment of the geometry Bird due to the tilt of the Swing Arm towards the Chain side?)
Also, as a point of change, the vibration of the Engine seems to have decreased.
Maybe the movement around the Pivot axis has become more straightforward, allowing vibration to escape from the Frame through the Rear suspension? It may be just my imagination.
Based on the above, the product seems to be especially Merit for those who do Sports driving, where the suspension is fully used.
Also, if there is dissatisfaction with Suspension even in STREET use, it should have a certain effect.

Fits: YAMAHA TRACER900GT, YAMAHA TRACER900, YAMAHA MT-09A, YAMAHA MT-09, YAMAHA XSR900
Satisfaction level is high.
Since the rear axle was out of stock, it was replaced at the same time as the front axle.
The quality is very high and excellent.
First of all, the weight is totally different from NORMAL.
After riding the car, it is clear that the Rear suspension is doing a good job by increasing the rigidity of the Rear.
It is the feeling that the Swing Arm moves vertically up and down without any blurring.
My motorcycle is equipped with the OHLINS Reserver tank model, which has improved the ground feel and road-following ability, so the ride quality is relatively better.
Personally, I am satisfied with the Large change, but I guess the only Neck is the price. I think it is a bit expensive in terms of cost-effectiveness. I think it is a bit expensive considering the cost-effectiveness, so I gave it a 4 star rating.

Pivot shaft replacement for 2021MT-09SP
Pivot shafts for the 2021MT-09SP, which were backordered, have been delivered and we immediately replaced them.
However, it is a simple work to loosen the nut, replace the shaft, and tighten the nut with the specified torque. I put the footpeg on the footpeg as shown in the 6th picture and the rear tire is supported by the tire clamps.
The nut is Torque 105N tightened, so it was loosened quickly with an impact wrench.
Shaft is supposed to be 0G, but I could not pull it out by hand. I lightly tapped it with a plastic hammer and it was tight only at first and then I could pull it out by hand.
Next, after applying a thin layer of grease to the shaft made by KOOD for replacement, I inserted the shaft into the pivot hole, but the hole position seemed to gap slightly on the Left Side of the body and it did not go in until the end. I tried to lift up the Rear Thailand and push it to the Left Side, but it didn't work well, and I thought it is not recommended to do so because I have another work to do. (Sweat).
At any rate, now that the Shaft is Penetrating, the Nut is tightened at the specified Torque to complete the process.
It seems that Thread compound application is recommended for Nut to prevent galling.
I have only done some light driving in the city, but to be honest, I have not noticed any large changes like I did when I replaced the front axle.
However, now that we finally have Front, Rear, and Pivot made by KOOD, I feel Refreshing.
Perhaps a comparison of riding with OEMShaft and replacement, or replacing all three at once, would make the difference feel more Large.
We replaced the Front first, then the Rear, and finally the Pivot, so we may have become accustomed to the changes.
Compared to OEM products, Pivot shafts have a very high level of precision and quality, and can be expected to provide a sense of ground contact and rigidity, but I still thought that Pivot shafts are a little difficult to afford in terms of cost.

Should be changed
OEM is shoddily made. Durability is a concern.
Coode is precision made. Precision is number one.

These parts should be SoupUp.
Naturally, it is necessary to remove the NORMAL part when assembling.
And if you compare the two, the difference is obvious.
In addition, in the assembly of the standard in the manufacturer, there are things that are not done properly such as the application of Grease, and the feeling that can be assembled smoothly only by doing Grease up and reassembling feels the product accuracy.
I think that the satisfaction will be increased by properly incorporating these essential parts, not only the parts that are easy to see.

Replaced along with Swing Arm replacement
Material Swing Arm:I also replaced the shaft with aluminum.
The accuracy and quality are as good as you'd expect from KOOD and I can't complain.
From the surface treatment to the texture, it looks more like a high-precision machine part than a motorcycle accessory, and it's no wonder the price is so high.
Although it is OverQuality for MONKEY125, I think that it is OK to change it together with Rose if there is a chance because it is not a part to be removed rarely.

The product is different from the original length.
"The kood product is longer than the original and is not compatible with the c125.
Even excluding the satisfaction of the product, the length itself is different. It is too long.
I don't understand why they say it is c125 compatible.
Don't buy it.
However, there is nothing wrong with the front. ------------------------------------------------------------ -------- The length of the kood product is longer than the original, so it is not compatible with the c125.

But there is nothing wrong with the front desk.

Toodle-loo!
Axle Shaft products are also available, but they have a different brand name on them.
This time I put it on my PivotShaft as a test as well!
How do you say, smooth? Or should I say "Smooth"?
It's a light feeRing.
Especially since SEROW does not have a Bearing at this location.
It may be easier to understand, but it seems that the suspension is softer for it.
It is an illusion. I don't think the sinking has changed in any way, so it's just an illusion?

Front, Pivot, and Rear are all Complete!
What made you decide to buy?
We're on track for 2021! Stock and replace the remaining Shaft at once!
How was your experience with it?
If you compare it with KITACO's Hollow Shaft. "Magical stick" ChromolyShaft, also known as!
Whether the coefficient of friction is Small or "Magical stick" It's not a cheap part, but it's an excellent product of Made in Japan Quartier that only owner who replaced it can feel and pursue to the material.
What is the point or hang of the installation?
Pivot part is the fulcrum of the rear arm, so it is difficult to work on it every time. First of all, work carefully so as not to knock down the car body. Since the front axle shaft was replaced before, use the axle shaft that was removed and stored. The rear axle shaft of G-Craft Swing Arm is shorter than the front axle shaft. If I had the OEM rear axle shaft, this work would have been easier.
Once the KITACO hollow shaft is removed, apply Urea grease to the KOOD:Pivot shaft and carefully push it in from the other side with a plastic hammer. Push it in carefully from the other side. If you don't work carefully, you will damage the screw mountain, so be careful.
Tighten the rear suspension lower bolt at the specified torque, apply nut to the pivot shaft, move the swing arm at 1G to acclimate the pivot, and then tighten the torque wrench at the specified torque to complete the job.
