Fits: KAWASAKI Z 900, KAWASAKI Z900RS, KAWASAKI Z900RS Cafe, KAWASAKI Z900RS Performance
Do you have to fly to see the true value?
[How is it used?
The Normal suspension of my beloved Z900RS was too stiff, and combined with the hard Seat, it was not comfortable to ride on.
Longer touring time causes pain in the buttocks.
I have tried turning Dumping to its weakest, Spring Pre-road to its weakest, and replacing Seat, but it has not resolved the problem.
I thought I had no choice but to replace it with a suspension with less Friction.
If the goal is to improve ride comfort, I thought NITRONR3, which allows individual adjustment of the pressure side at low and high speeds, would be better suited for this purpose.
Since the budget is over and the car is a Yellow Ball, we decided to go with OHLINS for color matching.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I had been looking at the actual product in the Shop many times with greed, so I went to Image.
Was the installation difficult?
If you have all the necessary tools, there is nothing difficult to do, since the Z900Series has the suspension mounted sideways on the top of the chassis.
One person could replace it without any particular difficulty.
Note that although it has a ride-height adjustment feature, it is recommended that the adjustment be made with the Unit removed from the vehicle body.
It can be adjusted in the range of +4mm to -2mm in Unit length, but how much it changes with vehicle height cannot be determined until you try it.
The Preload Adjuster is supposed to be fixed by turning the Hydraulic Hose upward and passing it through the gap between the Frame and Side Cover according to the Instruction Manual, but this may damage the Cover and Frame, so we purchased an OEM installation bracket for the SEGrade from OHLINSStandard Equipment and used it. However, since the cover and frame might be scratched, we purchased an OEM bracket for SEGrade from OHLINSStandard Equipment and used it.
How was your experience with it?
First of all, the ride height is sensibly increased by 1 to 2 cm compared to NORMAL.
When I straddle it and move it, the movement is stiffer and firmer than NORMAL with the weakest Dumping & all Pre-road removed.
And Spring pre-road has a standard setting of 4 and an adjustment range of 0 to possible.
To adjust it below 4, the Suspension Unit must be Rose once and the Oil Pressure Adjuster must be removed.
In other words, the load can be applied but not removed from the standard.
This is disappointing because I wanted Pre-road to be the weakest.
When running as a Large person in Touring with the standard setting, the ruggedness is only felt as if the corners of the Shock are slightly rounded off.
To be honest, I don't feel much change in the others, such as the ground contact of the rear tire, but as the speed increases, the movement of the rear suspension becomes more and more pronounced.
It will be moist.
It seems that the set speed and load are adjusted to the high place, and the true value is not demonstrated unless the machine is flown.
Everyone who is wearing it is talking about it. It's completely different! So glad I switched!" And it's been Reviewed.
I don't know how much I'm skipping (laughs) or if I'm just insensitive...
I weigh less (57Kg), so that may be a factor.
I am not able to drive boldly now because of the winter, so I hope to be able to do so when the weather warms up.

[Was there anything that disappointed you?
To be honest, the change was not as large as when we installed the biturbo suspension on our other car, the Moto Guzzi V7.
Maybe that's how good a job the Normal suspension did.
I am light in weight, so I wanted the Pre-road to be initially set so that it can be adjusted to pull out more than standard.
Other items that would be helpful
Point of installation or hang:
The ABSUnit Cover needs to be removed, but the unusual Bolt of 7mm is used and the
Pantograph jacks and fender plates are needed to hold the body with the suspension removed.
Items to buy together:.
If you have a Bracket for Z900RS SE with OEM OHLINS, it is recommended to have Dust cover with OHLINS name on it.
Also, if you are going to do the work, it will look even better if you replace the link plate together.

Mounting is Large change!
Converted from STL's SHOWABFRC-liteRear shock to TTXGP. The OHLINS reservoir tank was too large, so I struggled with the wheel of wisdom. After all, even after removing the wheel and silencer, it was not attached, so I pulled out the swing arm pivot shaft, shifted the swing arm, and attached it. The shock length was adjusted from the standard 317mm to 320mm (+3mm). 13Notch standard on the compression side, 14Notch standard on the rebound side, and the spring free length was adjusted from 150mm to 145mm (10 turns (1mm per 2 turns) on the standard pre-road). Dumping performance is OHLINS, and the convergence of the swell and the decoration bumpy road on the public road is excellent. I don't know about the Circuit, but I can't tell... OHLINS
I could already see the difference when I changed it and straddled it.
NORMAL sinks into the ground quickly, but OHLINS sinks a little bit.
RunningQuantity:Pair (for Left and Right) I was able to run stably without sinking or bouncing even when I swung to
It absorbs the impact well, even on straight roads, bumps and uneven roads, and gives me a sense of security.
I'm glad I bought it
To be honest, I wish it were a little cheaper.
But I'm sure you'll be absolutely satisfied, depending on what you use it for.

Circuit.
[How is it used?
It is introduced to YZF-R25 which is Racerized. It is competing in Tsukuba TOURIST TROPHY.
I can't give you a review of public road driving, as I only drive exclusively on the Tsukuba Circuit.
Front is also changed to OHLINS only Spring and color, and oil is OHLINS No. 20. Oil level is 150mm.
Frankly speaking, this is still too soft on the Front, so I feel that a harder Oil or orifice process is necessary.
It is introduced in the body of such a suspension.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I was a little worried about the details of the R25, because it was manufactured at the Asia factory, not at the Factory in Sweden.
I had no problems, it's OHLINS so it's well managed. As expected.
Was the installation difficult?
R25 is very easy to use, and access to the mounting bolt is easy.
I used JTrip's Footpeg Stand to mount it.
If the back side can be hung in some way, I don't think a Footpeg Stand would be necessary.
How was your experience with it?
It is so solid that it cannot be compared to the OEM's scanty and flabby Rear suspension.
On the pressure side, 11 clicks back from the strongest (standard is 12 clicks back)
Extension side is 7 clicks back from the strongest (standard is 14 clicks back)
I'm settled in with this setting. It also has a coilover function, and I changed the overall length, but I forgot how many millimeters I set.
[Included Parts:were they on?
It came with a tool to adjust the pre-road.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Nothing in particular. If I had to say something, I would say that the hose seems to interfere with the bracket, so I would like to see the hose with hole improved. I am wearing Spiral Tube.

quintessential performance
It's a quintessential quality.
It was a replacement from the tired Normal suspension, so I felt even more effective!
Unfortunately, it is difficult to set up.
It is a suspension that can be zapped out and still ride well, but once you get on the vehicle after zapping it out tightly, you will want to stop zapping it together.

It is said to be for sc77, but it can also be attached to sc59.
Specifications, total length, and length of the collar were all the same.

Fits: KAWASAKI Z1000 (water-cooled), KAWASAKI NINJA 1000
To OHLINS, no longer a standard
[How is it used?
I installed it about 2 weeks ago.
I have less than 200k miles on it since I installed it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It is almost exactly as the Image, but if I may say so, the GoldPlating is a little uneven in color.
Was the installation difficult?
The Ninja 1000SX is not yet compatible with the Ninja 1000, but it is compatible with the Ninja 1000 14-19 model, so it will fit.
However, there is an instruction in the manual to prepare the necessary parts to fix the Preload Adjuster separately.
M6 Bolt 40mm×2、For M6 Φ20mm Washer×4
I think the installation is a little bit troublesome, because there is no main stand, so you need to fix it with maintenance stand. It takes more time to mount the Jack.
Since the Jack-upPoint is near the Side Stand Bracket, it is necessary to remove the Side Stand and the Right SideSide cowl.
How was your experience with it?
The spring rate is a little lower than the OEM suspension and the dumping is faster.
If you are a regular road driving Main and occasional Sports driving, this will be enough for you.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Comes with Manual and warranty card and Sticker.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
This is where the Bolt and Washer for the Preload Adjuster fix for the 14-19model are not included.
Other items that would be helpful
There is another way to use the parts of Z1000 R Edition other than fixing Preload Adjuster specified by OHLINS.

at last
I was worried about the purchase, and finally bought it, and when I thought I did, it was out of stock and waiting for arrival. When I had given up on it, it suddenly came in stock. It finally arrives.
I'm not sure what to make of it.
It looks like there are two types of Seal included.
I'd like to experience the difference in ride quality next time I implement it.

Improved ride quality
I put it on because my Normal suspension was too lumpy.
It was easy to install and made the ride more comfortable.

Satisfied with excellent performance
I have it on my ZrX1100 and it works smooth with little friction and supports a wide range of driving scenes. (I think so).
The ability to adjust the suspension length and spring initial is also a good thing. Currently, the "Ride height:slightly lower, Initial:less. as TouringSpec.
It's not inexpensive, but the Overhaul mechanism is solid, and it may be a good option to maintain high performance for a long time.

Unassuming Design
When I changed the suspension of GSX1100S to 18-inches, I also changed the R suspension.
I was worried about the suspension of other companies, but I chose OHLINS because of the design! 。
I use it mainly for touring, but I feel like I can turn the line I aim at comfortably. 。
I think it's more than worth the price.

Fits: SUZUKI GS750, SUZUKI GS1000E/S, SUZUKI GSX1100S KATANA (KATANA)
Other than the exterior, it's perfect.
I use it for KATANA which I own jointly with my brother. If it were possible, I would have preferred a more refreshing look without the reserver tank, but my brother chose it after testing it on Circuit, so I just went with it. My brother's setting is great, so I feel that the OHLINSShock is a strange suspension that is soft touch but sticks at the back. View detail

Fits: SUZUKI GS750, SUZUKI GSX1100S KATANA (KATANA), SUZUKI GS1000E/S
Old KATANA needs some modification to be installed.
When I bought it 3 years ago, the manufacturer unknown Rear suspension that was installed on it was in almost Solidly Rigid suspensionw condition, and it was the first part of the car that was not in danger of being ridden, and it was the first part that was touched up.
I had used them before on a CB400SF, and I liked the good ground feel and the sticky movement on the turnaround, so I didn't hesitate to buy them (← you could say that this was a mistake).
As for installation, the Right Side is pompously installed with no problems.
The key to installing the DamperUnit is to cover the upper mounting point with several sheets of washer to prevent the DamperUnit from being at an angle. If you don't do it properly, it will put unnecessary strain on the Rubber Bush and the ROD part will be overloaded and will shorten its life.
Then, when I tried to install the Left Side, there was a problem.
The ReserveUnit section will interfere with the Assist Grip on the Left Side.
Note:It's not OHLINS' fault here, it's just my fault for not realizing that KATANA was applicable after Aniva.
Oh … that's why Katana's Damper is pretty much the only one without a Reserve tank. (Polish) ! … and, not being impressed, I initially removed the Grip and used it, but it was still inconvenient without it.
After all, I made the grinder on the interfering part of the Grip to make the surface flat and to secure some clearance.
It looks quite narrow, but it doesn't seem to be a problem because there are no dents on the paint of Grip even if it is full bottomed.
The ride quality is not as smooth as Solidly, but the tires stick to the road surface without bouncing even on the roughest of surfaces. OHLINS is a good job as always.
3.5 years and about 10,000 miles on it and so far, no feeling of being out of it or oil leaks. I think the durability is good.
I'm sure he'll continue to do his best to support his weight as much as a little wrestler...

Trusted OHLINS
How many Quantity in this:Will it be the third set? I chose OHLINS again this time, which I've never felt was a failure to buy before. But I'm not so sure they are a good match this time. GOOD as you can imagine!
Installed on a 2020 NINJA1000SX.
It can be installed normally, although there is no indication of adaptation yet from the Manufacturer.
The performance is exactly what everyone has written about.
I can't do any detailed setting, but it's more than adequate for normal driving.
You won't regret replacing it because it doesn't have the unpleasant hard thrust of the OEMRear suspension.

It was firmer than I expected, but I'm glad I changed it
It is not recommended for downhill touring or city riding as it is lumpy and stiff
It's good at high speeds and on mountain passes It's more stable, especially in Corner
It looks casual and cool
I'm happy with the OEM because I was unhappy with the softness of the OEM

First Mod you should get for the W650
The W650 are all over 10 years old, and your rear shock should be way too soft and springy to feel safe when riding. Getting this shock is probably the best mod. feels so much more confidence with these shock into a corner. These shock are now the newer version. black spring and grey color body. the V1 was black spring with a yellowish metal. the new version looks much more classic with the W. V1 looks too modern. you now can fit your original shock back into the box with the soft foam inserts. Before, with the V1, it was styro foam and the original does not fit. Same length as the original shock. for W650, upper torque is 59nm and bottom is 34nm. Easy to change if you have torque rench. the price increased 10% last year. so 4 star. View detail
