Impulse purchases that were not planned
What made you decide to buy?
I bought it elsewhere, half on impulse. (Lol)
[How is it used?
This is a change from PLOTbrembo Stainless SteelCaliper Mount Bolt.
[How was the installation?
Titanium has the Merit of being lighter than Steel. However, it is necessary to apply ThreadGrease to each bolt and tighten it. If you omit or forget to apply ThreadGrease, the screws will stick, resulting in a large risk of damage to the bolts.
[How was it when you used it?
The OEM CaliperMouthBolt is 62mm long and 44g, the PLOTbrembo Stainless SteelCaliper Mount Bolt is 70mm long and 55g, the Zita Titaniumium Caliper Mount Bolt is 70mm long and 26g, 18 PLOTMount BoltQuantity:The 2pcs were enough for one Zita Titaniumium Bolt, contributing to a slight weight reduction.

The Front is also Titanium to match the Rear.
[How is it used?
When the rear was replaced with brembo, the mount bolt was changed to Titanium to match the look.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The real one is cooler.
Was the installation difficult?
Easy as long as Torque management is in place.
Anti-gouging agent should be applied.
How was your experience with it?
Titanium weighs 23g compared to 42g for OEM, 76g lighter for 4pcs.
I don't really know the difference, but I like the sound of Titanium.
[Included Parts:were they on?
None
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
It would have been nice to have a VERSION without holes for Wiring.
Bolt with holes in it looks a bit Race ish.
I wanted to keep it a little more subdued.
[Points to note]
Aluminum and Titanium, so be careful of galling!
How did it compare to other products?
βMaterial:With Titaniumium's Bolt, four bottles cost almost 30,000 yen.
A Titaniumium Bolt from Zita would cost about $2500 per pc.
It costs only 10,000 yen to replace four bottles.
I am afraid to use unknown Titaniumium Bolt sold on Amazon or Yahoo!

Make it look good.
[How is it used?
Replaced with Titanium to avoid rust
I knew rust is bad for Parenthesis, so I don't like it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I was a little bit smitten because it was lightweight for its appearance.
Was the installation difficult?
Easy to replace.
However, Torque is unknown.
The original Bolt said it felt like it was when it was removed.
It's about 40 N.m.
But the Manufacturer specified Torque of Titaniumium Bolt is about 24N.m.
Obviously, it's weak.
I was worried about leakage, so I tightened it at 30 N.m.
How was your experience with it?
No change felt.
But now that I've switched to Titanium, I feel good about it.
[Included Parts:were they on?
No. Anti-gouging agent should be applied.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Nothing in particular.
[Points to note]
I guess Torque management is the way to go.
I'd like to manage Torque and tighten it up properly and evenly etc. since it's an important part of the Brake.
You are wondering what tools to buy? We recommend Torque wrench from Tonichi!

How did it compare to other products?
64Material:Titanium is a taper, so the surface is a little small.
Select made by Zita
I think the look is totally to my liking.

Installed on GSX R1000
It is expensive but well made and safe to use. View detail
The texture is as good as it gets.
Item number:ZT07-2840
Used as a bolt for the new brembo Crab caliper.
Basically, I think it's preferable to use the Bolt set by the manufacturer as it is for functional severe parts such as the brake area, but I trusted the fact that it was made by ZETA, a well-known company, and bought it.
Currently, the new Crab caliper is not sold with a single body seal, so the O-ring on the mating face of the caliper will have to be reused.
So I installed it at the time of new installation to avoid breaking Caliper as much as possible.
M8 BoltQuantity:Since it is 2pc, the effect of weight reduction is within the margin of error, and there is no effect that can be experienced in terms of function.
The unique aesthetics and rust resistance of Titaniumium Bolt is a Merit.
The question is whether you can find the value of 1000 yen/book in this Merit.
If you simply want to use Titaniumium Bolt, there are inexpensive products on the market, but I think it's better for your mental health to choose a brand that you know to some extent, especially in areas that are functionally secure, such as the brake area.
ZETA claims to be hot forging and thread rolling, and also publishes simple specifications for the material, so I think it is relatively safe to use.
In fact, I prefer to use ZETA products for severe parts and have not experienced any inconvenience so far.
This product is not the only one, but it is a Titaniumium Bolt, which is easy to bite, so care is needed in that respect.

Looks like a Large thing.
Used for GP4-RB
I'm the type of person who grimaces when I see the parts, so I can't help but notice this cheap looking Bolt even though it's on the reverse side.
It's not about weight reduction, it's completely about looks.
Tightening Torque is 24N-m
Jita's 64Titaniumium Bolt is rather inexpensive, so I'm happy with Large.

It's still light
I bought the Caliper, but
I didn't like the standard BridgeBolt and bought it
I'm already in a world of self-congratulation here (laughs)
It's easy to replace it with a standard one, but
Don't overload the torques because the hexagon holes are relatively shallow
Be especially careful with this Bolt Head as it is thin
I closed at 2.5k both front and back
Afterwards, Titanium must be used with an anti-sagging agent
I use the WAKOS stuff
It looks better and I like it, but..
It's still self-satisfying, isn't it (laughs)?

A product that is both beautiful and light
I bought it to lighten the bottom of the spring Replaced 4 Caliper bolts on the Front, which affects the Handling
As a candidate
Pro-Bolt I gave up on this one because of the cost of shipping from the home country of United Kingdom
The TITANIUM64 Taper shape with less area to hit the Caliper, so I stopped
Decided on the Flange shape ZETA
The official name of 64Titanium is Ti-6AL-4V
Aluminum (AL) 6% and Vanadium (V) 4% by mass fraction Meaning
Tensile strength is 900N/mm2 Extra Duralumin is 481-618N/mm2 Chrome molybdenum steel is 930N/mm2, so it's almost as light as Chromoly By the way, iron is 400 N/mm2 By the way, iron is 400 N/mm2
It's not good for Axle because it's vulnerable to wear Anti-seeds are essential to prevent galling
It is hardened before assembly and can be enjoyed as a secret eye candy
I'm not sure about the expected Handling (lol)
It doesn't rust, so that's a good thing

Exchange from OEM hollow Flange bolt
I was stunned by removing the hollow flange bolt.
Rolled in Bolt terminal.
Water washing through the hollow part at the time of car wash
It seems. Exchange it before fixing with Rust
It was good.
Since OEMBolt 63 mm, I purchased 65 mm
I cut it about 1 mm.
М 10 X 63 mm Size is 4 and Titanium Bolt
I understand the lightness.
