Compare with Yamaha Brembo
I was not dissatisfied with the performance of the Yamaha Brembo on the YZF-R7, but there was no lever available to install the REMOTE CONTROLLER, so I had no choice.
Installation, but requires Bullet Terminal processing and Nipple modification on Switch.
Since OEMWiring is a Connector, it is cut and converted to Bullet Terminal, and the RCS side is also cut and shortened.
The Nipple seemed to be able to go as it was, but the Hose needed to be bent 90° and it was too tight, so I changed it to Straight.
The nipple diameter of the RCS is 7mm, but the OEMTank is 8mm, and the RSC side is governed by the 8mmHose, so the 7mm is forcibly installed.
If you are particular, you should buy a 7mm Tank.
The Yamaha Brembo has a banjo on the side, so I used an offset adapter, but the RCS can go without it.
The Chinese $3,000 REMOTE CONTROLLER came on with no problem. The REMOTE CONTROLLER is easier to adjust even if it is not Race.
There is almost no difference in structure between the 16mm Radial Yamaha Brembo and the 17mm Radial RCS, so I don't feel any difference in performance, although the price is about twice as much.
I chose RCS for the REMOTE CONTROLLER, otherwise Yamaha Brembo would have been sufficient.

Genuine Brembo 19RCS Corsa Corta fitted to YZF-R1
The YZF-R1 came in wanting to be transitioned onto a track related bike so I went to work on the braking system. One of the first things I wanted to change was the annoying stock master cylinder. Obviously, Brembo was the way to go. I decided on this one as it fitted with the specs of the bike in mind. Finding the correct master cylinder was not hard but there were a few choices but I went for this one, the 19RCS Corsa Corta in the end. It had all the requirements I needed so it went in my basket. I had a few other parts and the shipping was reasonable for what I had. EMS got my order to me in 5 days. The master cylinder came with the standard stock lever length which was perfect for my needs. It is the 18 x 20 one so works good with the floating calipers on the bike anyway. It came in the Brembo box and also came with a few copper washers. I had already sourced the HEL line that would make this all work. The master cylinder is a real piece of kit and fitted really well with the bike and the instrument cluster I was leaving in situ. Not a hard job once you have all the parts together. This master cylinder is awesome and so much better than the stock one. Oh and by the way, looks the nuts. There are just so many adjustments that you can definitely find the right setting for your liking. Thanks Webike for the great service you provide. View detail

Operability Up
Replacement from NisshinOEM.
From the initial touch, the softness of the touch is softer and the more you hold it in, the more it works, and I felt that the operability is much better than before.
I even regretted wearing it and wished I had changed it earlier.

At first I was puzzled by the difference in Touch.
I was happy with the OEM Nisshin so far, but since the Caliper is brembo, I thought it would be better than what I have now. I bought it because I thought it would be better than what I have now.
I am not a fan of snaps and touches, so I was a bit confused at first, but I thought the Lever ratio 18 would be good for control. I would like to try various things with Winding when the road surface temperature rises a little more.

Changed from BrakeTEC
I installed it on a GASGAS EC250 2023, which I always use for forest road touring.
Front brakes master of EC250 has a Brand's MASTER called BrakeTEC, though,
The Touch is surprisingly chica-chic and the Piston is like having a Large-sized one on it,
Even if you are riding Off-road, you will be up in arms in no time.
Then I found this product. I bought it and installed it.
As expected, the Touch is now the same as the Front brake on my previous TE250, which is an improvement and easier to ride.
However, at times I thought it was soft, and if it had a little more Snap and feel, it would have scored 100 points.
Maybe there is still a little air left (I TRYED to bleed the air about 3 times).

Cool
I can't compare it with OEM because I replaced it right after I bought the used car, but it has good control with Brembo caliper and it works perfectly for my driving style. And above all, it is cool. I think I will be able to get used to it soon if it is not too much different from the OEM. View detail

Pure high performance with no extra features
Of the many brembo Master Cylinders, this was the first to be marketed as a RadialPump.
Strictly speaking, the Cut-out's used for Works machine "RACING" At the time, it cost about 80,000 yen, so only a few wealthy people could afford it, and this is a low-priced version for the general public with a non-cut-out surface finish.
It originally designed for WorksRacer The car is a racing exclusive part, so there is no consideration for the installation of a stop lamp switch, which is required for driving on public roads.
(When it was first released, it was prohibited to drive on public roads.)
It's a good time because now they come with a hydraulic stop lamp switch for public road use.
Nevertheless, hydraulic switches use a portion of the hydraulic pressure to activate the switch, which defeats the purpose of RadialPumping, which is to improve lever touch.
I would not want to use it if possible.
Mechanical Switches are available from various companies, but these are also a bit iffy, as they force you to attach very complicated and delicate objects.
I have modified Lever to operate MechanicalSwitch in a completely different way because it is very intrusive, especially if I frequently maintain the Lever area.
Such Hardship to use public roads." Apart from the "RaceParts", the original RaceParts were very serious RaceParts, so the effect is very effective! The lever touch improves unbelievably.
To give you an idea of the degree of improvement, if the previous operation was a 10-step control from release to lock, it would be 10 times more detailed, with 100 steps of control.
Whereas operations that I thought were full Brake were actually only available up to 9 due to the change to 9→10, with this product I can confidently grip up to 9.9, like 9→9.1→9.2→9.3 ... and so on.
As a result, Brake works better even though changing the Master Cylinder should not make Brake work better.
How to mount the reserver tank, the brake hose routing is different and needs to be redesigned, the banjo bolt pitch is 1.0 (and the brembo requires a shorter bolt than usual because the screw hole is shallow), the stop lamp switch needs to be modified, etc. (In addition, brembo requires a shorter bolt than usual because the screw hole is shallow), the stop lamp switch has to be modified somehow, and some ingenuity and modification is required to avoid contact with the cowl and meter.
A more powerful successor is also on the market, but it is loaded with extra equipment and heavier than ever.
If your goal is purely to improve lever touch, this is the lightest weight one.
I wonder if the Body rigidity is higher, or why I feel the Touch is better than the high-end version of CNCCut-outMODEL....

Stable brembo
NINJA400's Brake masterCylinder was replaced with brembo's Radial14RCS.
There is some information that the Radial master does not attach to Kawasaki cars because the OEM switch box interferes with the Throttle Wire, but it does attach. However, you can temporarily remove the switch when installing the MasterCylinder, and then put it back after installing the Master. There is not much room to spare, though.
Brake caliper is brembo 30/34mm 4PODSingle disc. 15mm or 16mm is recommended for 30/34mm Single disc, but I like φ14mm. The total ratio of 18mm is 81.59, which is a little soft for me, but it depends on each person. By the way, GALE SPEED 14mm is 81.59-91.79 for 16-18mm, which is too soft. And by the way, the TotalRatio of 16mm of Φ16 is 70.27, so it is only a little difference from 73.43 of 20mm of Φ14.
I have no complaints about the grip. It is indeed a stable brembo.
Bleeder Screw is ZETA's Material:Replaced with Titanium ZT15-4100.

Fee Ring changes!
Just the fact that I changed to brembo makes me happy!
But when I changed Caliper, it was difficult to feel the Fee Ring change, but Radial brake master changes a lot!
Also, it is better to change the clutch lever to CORSA Corta Lever, which is easier to grip and gives a more unified feel.

Easier to Control
I'm switching from phi;16x16
16Ratio was fluffy and a little hard to ride.
This 18Ratio is very easy to control and easy to ride.
Motorcycle used is XJR1300
Yamaha's Monoblocks are standard for φ16 even for Double
When I see φ19 recommended in Motorcycle shops, I feel that I don't have enough knowledge about it. [You don't know. I can't help but think.
Maybe Caliper is planning to go brembo, too, and I don't blame them.

Don't expect too much, but definitely good stuff.
I installed it on a cbr250rr.
I had installed a Brembo caliper for dress-up purposes, but due to the lack of capacity of the normal master, the lever touch was fluffy and the movement of the caliper piston was too uneven, so the brake was not ineffective but the fee rings were very bad. The Brake did not work, but the fee rings were very bad.
Normal master is 14 pie, so I chose 15 pie.
After the installation, the lever touch is tightly and the unevenness of the brake seems to have been reduced. Above all, the appearance of the Parenthesis is great!
Now, as for the installation, the handlebar, including the reserve tank, should be installed in a Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) It was a bit strange to find a position where the handlebar would not interfere with anything when fully locked in place, but I was able to fix it in a satisfactory position. Since I had replaced the handlebar with an Over Racing handlebar, there was no precedent or information on the Net, and I was worried, but I was able to manage it.
I was able to install the brake hose on the Swage line with no problem using a 20 degree banjo adapter, and of course I purchased the banjo bolt separately for Brembo 1mm Pitch.
The problem with the Largeest Large is that the cbr250rr has a huge Large switch box due to the electric throttle, and it interferes when the Lever is gripped. This problem was solved by replacing the lever with a Koken AeroLever.
It is a highly rated product on the Net and YouTube, but I think it is a bit excessive to say that it will dramatically change something or that I will never stop being impressed! I think it's a bit excessive to say that it changes something drastically or that I can't stop being impressed. I am glad that I have installed it because I have found a good balance with Caliper.

Installed on a 2021 MT-09SP
Yamaha's MT-09SP has a Cruise Control function, which seems to be different from a normal switch, and even if it can be installed mechanically, there seem to be many problems such as the Stop-lamp staying on electrically or errors related to the cruise control. I was thinking of asking a shop that knows about it, but they seemed to be busy, so I did it by myself for now.
I should have measured the voltage and other parameters properly to make a corresponding product, but I am an amateur electrician and I am relying on Net information without much understanding of the situation.
The banjo adapter can be used as it is by simply adjusting the installation direction, and only the banjo bolt was additionally purchased with a brembo compatible Pitch 1.0 short. I purchased a short Pitch 1.0 bolt for the brembo.
(Fluid tanks are not included and must be purchased separately.)
I had been removing the brake area of the MT-09 four times to bleed the air out, but the air did not bleed out and it took 2 to 3 days to return to the original touch, so I was not very good at this work. I was impressed that the touch came back and it was as expected from brembo.
Next, the problem is switch related. MT-09SPOEMSwitch uses two switches, and each switch is turned off when Lever is pulled from the always-on state.
The switch that came with the CORSA Corta is ON when the Lever is pulled, so I replaced the switch to match the OEM operation.
On the crucon side, some people had installed a switch on top of the switch, but I was not confident that I could install it properly, so I tried to turn off the crucon by linking it with the Brake switchWiring, which is always on, via Relay.
Relay from Brake switchWiring may affect other devices, but this has not been confirmed.
The Stop-lamp is now turned off when the lever is pulled, and the cruise control is also turned off in conjunction with the brake switch, but the position where the brake switch is activated is too far away, and when the cruise control is activated, the cruise control accelerates even though the brake is decelerating. This is a very dangerous situation, so there is room for improvement.
The best position is where the Brake starts to be applied, but it is a bit high even at the same height as the attached Switch, so it needs to be adjusted, but it is quite difficult because it seems to need adjustment in 0.5mm increments with the Silicon sealant.
*I may keep the crucon sealed for a while, or maybe only use it 2 or 3 times a year….
As for my impressions of Master Cylinder, everything I had been dissatisfied with in OEMBrake is now to my liking.
I feel like I have a wider range of input when applying Brake and it is very easy to Control.
I wanted to replace it sooner, but the Switch problem was not solved and I had to leave it for almost a year after purchase.
