Installed on a 2005 D Tracker
[How is it used?
Model used:2005 D Tracker (After regulation)

Replacement from OEM.
Used for about 4 years and replaced with FMFPower bombs.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As shown in Image. Clearly, the bore diameter is larger than the OEM and the exhaust efficiency seems to increase.
Was the installation difficult?
Installation is not difficult, just remove the OEM exhaust pipe and install a new gasket.
It is even better to have a precision tool and raspene ready to prevent lapping the FlangeMounting Bolt when removing the OEMExhaust pipe.
When installing FCR Carburetor Body-MXΦ37etc.FCR Carburetor BodyLarge body carburetor, it is necessary to recess the exhaust pipe as shown in the photo because the acceleration pump diaphragm part interferes with the carburetor.
KFACTORY's mid pipe was installed without any problems.
How was your experience with it?
The exhaust efficiency is definitely better than the OEM, and the driving performance is much better.
The above is a natural result because the exhaust pipes are larger than the OEM exhaust pipes that are often used before the D Tracker regulations.
We tried several Silencers, but the best combination was the KX-F Silencer.
In the middle of using the carburetor, we replaced the OEM carburetor with FCR Carburetor Body-MXΦ37, and the compatibility was good and the performance was further improved.
After about 4 years of use, when the KX -FSilencer was damaged, we replaced it with FMF's Power Bomb + Q4Silencer, but this product's running performance was only slightly inferior. (I felt that FMF had better driving performance.)
I remember that it was a good exhaust pipe that was easy to remove burns.

External Exhaust System for YamahaDT230 LANZA Replaced as Repair Parts for RSV.
The Exhaust System sutra was Exactly, but the length was a little short.
I applied liquid gasket agent for the exhaust pipe and installed it.

This is a combination of RSV2Silencer and FCR Carburetor Body35.
After jetting, I went for a test run.
I'm dropping FSprocket2T, but when I'm on Asphalt, I get PowerWilly with Axel on from 2nd gear embed.
The welds are beautiful, and the fit of the joints is tight and excellent.

It's easy as it is.
Recently, the sound has become loud and dirty, so I replaced it
I have run about 17000km from the new Exhaust System.
When I opened it up, there was only about 1/3 of the Glass Wool left.
The replacement is Glass Wool as it is in the form of Exhaust System.
It's easy to do, just pull the old one out and put the new one on.
After the replacement, Idling doesn't feel much of a change in sound, but
The sound when accelerating has become quiet and has a nice huggable sound.
I think this is a part that needs to be replaced periodically.

I'm satisfied
I installed it on DJEBEL250 XC.
I have no complaints about the lightness, exhaust noise, appearance, etc. and the price is not that high so I am satisfied.
The inner silencer can be removed, but if I remove it, the volume becomes Large, and the necessity of the carburetor setting seems to arise, so I put it as it is from the factory.
The volume after the exchange is a little larger than NORMAL, and the Small sound is comfortable.
As for the installation, it is possible to put it on according to the Instruction Manual, but it might have been easier to understand if there had been a photograph or an illustration.
Also, when I removed the OEM screw, there was one spot where there was an anti-teasing Torque (T-40), and I couldn't get it off in time with the tools I had, so I had to buy one to remove it.
Emblem was peeled off because the edge of the Etching treatment was sharp.

Sound and performance, perfect.
I installed it in dTraX. Since the diameter of FMF Q4 is the same, you can install the exhaust pipe if it is a little wider than NORMAL. Intermediate Gasket can not be used, but with liquid Gasket, I think there is no problem. High RPM, but I feel the power torque has gone up. The lower torque I do not feel that the ride became difficult. In my case BEETInjector and NORMALAir cleaner inhalation up. Since it was installed from the time of second-hand purchase of the vehicle, I will review it.
OEMSilencer (After regulation) Compared to the low Torque Torque will be missing, there is no problem with KL 250 Sherpa's SUPER Low 1st gear start.
Obviously the RSV tube has better dandruff, the high rotation is easy Level.
Because KL 250 Sherpa has no Number Plate in Side cover, the intermediate Pipe to Silencer is slender, Silencer extends according to the angle of Seat I think that this product is the most visible.
Also, the point that you can easily feel OH with Hex wrench is also very GOOD for Sunday DIY man.

I attached it to DJEBEL 250 xc.
I installed the Exhaust System for the first time, but I could install it without difficulty.
As for volume, I felt somewhat quiet than NORMAL when Idling but it turned out to be a suitable volume as soon as I opened it.
The sound quality is a light feeling like Tapa Papa, but it's crisp well and I personally like it.
It became somewhat lightweight as it looks better, so I am satisfied with Large.

With this pumping system, it does not run much, and the sound is also shabby
However, from the attached Inner silencer, instead of the optional RSV Competition inner silencer, further cut the Punching mesh attached to the entrance to that Inner silencer to make it straight, the Torque also gets better and the sound gets a bit thicker and runs well It is!
By the way, I feel that Front pipe is not compatible with SP Tadao PowerBox.
