lightened! but ….
I bought it to do something about the heavy Clutch on my WR250X.
The OEM has a large amount of play in the top and bottom of the lever, and the grease is easily sharp and creaks after a little while even after greasing up.
After replacing the clutch with this one, there is no extra lever play and the clutch itself is dramatically lighter at the lightest ratio position. It can be pulled even with a single finger.
The clutch switch on the OEM clutch perch could have been removed in its entirety and short-circuited, but I pulled it out of the perch and secured it with Tie Wrap in an unobstructed position, in case I wanted to return it to OEM. (Note that this method allows the Cell to turn even if you are not holding N, but the Cell will turn even if you are not holding the Clutch lever. Also note that the Switch itself, which has been removed and fixed in place, may malfunction.) 。
I considered Hydraulic Clutch, but for this Gold price, I think it is the best cost-effectiveness with good quality of parts.
The following is a regrettable part,
Quantity:It would be better to have a short lever in Replacement as it is a bit too long to operate with 2pc fingers.
The adjuster part is the same as the OEM one, but the adjuster part is not only the same as the OEM one but also has no knurl, so it is slippery and difficult to turn.
I also felt that it was a little difficult to adjust the play while driving, since the angle at which the Wire is pulled is fixed by the tightening of the Nut, so it requires quite a delicate adjustment.
Also, in the case of my wr250x, if the ratio is at the lightest position, it may not be able to pull the clutch enough, or if the clutch play increases while driving, the GEAR will be a little slow to enter. So as a result, I use the second lightest position.
Adjustments are necessary depending on the car model.

Sprocket replacement
I replaced my old Sprocket with this product because it had become distorted. At 49T, I don't want to use iron Sprocket because it's heavy as a rock.
Since it is made of steel and aluminum, it is reasonably light in weight.

Achieves smoother downshifts
About quality and texture - The slipper clutch kit from SP Takegawa is made from aluminium and steel with a lovely machined surface finish on the outer rim, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - The slipper clutch kit would have to be the best kit if you are looking to achieve smoother downshifts and improve the clutch appearance. Nice to also see the the clutch pressure plate with all six posts being drilled and tapped to accept the corresponding lifter plate. Products to buy together - A key product to purchase when upgrading to this clutch system is a set of heavier duty clutch disks. There are varying degrees of aftermarket clutch disk kits available, just depends what suits you. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the slipper clutch kit is an intermediate task that took 1.0 hour to complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of special tooling and basic hand tools is what is required to access the engine internals and assemble the slipper clutch kit to secure onto the main shaft of the tramsmission. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products SP Takegawa sell to be on par when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the slipper clutch kit is no different.. About shipping and packaging - With there being no significant cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the slipper clutch kit, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. Used for GB400TT SE
Used on a 1987 GB400TT Special edition.
Since we switched to the OEM 14T→15T, the RPMs dropped a bit during high speed cruising, making it more comfortable. we have been using XAM Sprocket for some time, including the CD125T, and expect it to be as durable as the OEM and Large.
A special Fixing plate is included, and the teeth are adapted to the 525 Chain with no problems.
However, the thickness of the Sprocket is different from the OEM, so the chain line gapes outward by 2mm when installed as is.
As a countermeasure, we purchased two copies of this product, including a spare.:Inner convex part of 1pc. Fixing plate (Counter Shaft side) was shaved off with File and Leutor and inserted as a Spacer for Chain line adjustment.
GB400TT and MK2 except Special edition (so-called "first semester?"). It may be different in the case of the "Mere Old Man". Since there is not much information on this car model, it would be easier to understand if you could specify which year the parts are compatible.

Clutch drag elimination
I am riding a WR250F.
Clutch dragging had become a problem.
When I start the car first thing in the morning, it stalls when I put the GEAR on.
When the engine stalls while driving, it is not possible to start the Engine even if the Cell is turned with GEAR turned on.
When I grip the clutch on the way down, it moves forward on its own.
I had to set the Idling rpm higher to keep it from stalling.
When I opened the Clutch cover to check, I found that the Spring had shifted from the Center.
After installing the retainer, I can hold the clutch with the GEAR in it and back it up.
Idling also dropped and no operational problems.
If the Clutch Plates were replaced, it would be perfect.

Judder may be less.
It has been running close to 50,000 km, so we installed it together with the replacement of the Clutch board.
The clutch spring was also newly installed, and after assembly, there is no extreme large change in the running feel, but the slight vibration seems to have been reduced.
I may change Fee Ring in the future as I get more comfortable with Clutch, but so far I have no complaints.

FinalLong adjustment
I installed it on HUSQVARNA's 2014 SM250R and had to adjust it to Long with Rear Sprocket only due to difficulty in sourcing anything other than Number of teeth on the OEM for this year.
There is a lineup for up to 40 guns in a separate BRAN, but the lineup for 39 guns and below was only in XAM.
I purchased and installed it to drive on the SUGOCircuit and was able to reach a maximum speed of about 160 km/h without overrevving.

The stock springs are far to soft and the lifter plate is cheap and is known to crack if you use stiffer springs. Replaced with this high quality item. It immediatley changed the feel of the clutch and in my opinion is now how it should of been from the factory. View detail

Genuine DID spare chain link
This is definitely not a size of chain that I use very often at all but still is nice to have spare links just in case. I found this chain link by just searching through the DID inventory on Webike website. It was really easy to find so you should be just fine. I ordered a few other different chain links along with this as I do like options with spare links for any mishaps whilst either fitting or a customer needs a spare. All were shipped together and this saved some shipping cost. My order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The chain link came in a nice sealed packet with all that is needed to refit. You do get a not seem to get the white grease packet in this size chain but that's ok, I have a lot of these anyway. The chain link is very well made, it also is in the gold colour so nice looking too and it is also embossed with the DID logo so you know it's genuine.
