Axle Slider removal and installation
I had a nail puncture my rear tire and i needed to remove the rear wheel to have it fix. Initially i thought it was difficult to remove the slider but it is just a direct bolt on to the rear axle. There is no pins or special locks on the slider, its just a regular bolt on both ends of the axle slider. I assume its the same process with the front axle slider. overall its an easy fix. I don't want to experience the effects, but I put it on as a precaution against falling.
Installation can be done by anyone.
The previous owner had KFACTORY on the Front, so I looked for it, but I couldn't find one for r1000r, so I went with Speedra for the Rear.
Since the Front Fender was changed to Speed La, the ratio of Speed La is likely to increase in the future.

It is good to be normal.
I am sorry to Webike, but I installed it because it was new and cheap at a certain Oak Auction.
I am posting this because there were no imprements.
As you can see in the product image, the parts are carefully selected.
(Aluminum Shaft to connect, Aluminum Washer to tighten the Bolt, etc.)
There is an instruction manual for the work, so there is nothing to be confused about.
Since it can be attached to SMART, it is more like a dress-up part than a slider.

It is not a cheap overseas product, but a reliable AGRAS, so it is a beautiful AnodizedBlue. The quality is very good! I think the price is a bit high. I would be satisfied with Large if it were a little cheaper.
I have it on a different Motorcycle as a decoration, but it has never tipped over, so I don't know how effective it is. But I think it is better to think of it as a decoration.

Genuine R&G Fork Protector for Triumph Daytona 955 1997
This bike came in for a bit of an overhaul in way of protection. The customer wanted some R&G protectors adding to it just in case of any accidents or falls. This was one of the parts for the front forks. These are really great for protectors as they do what they are supposed to do. I found the right ones bu=y just going through Webike search for this bike and they were all listed for the R&G brand. The cost was good too and were on offer at the time of ordering. Witht he other crash protectors for this bike, I got them all shipped together so they arrived at the same time. I do use EMS and my order was delivered in 5 days from being shipped. The fork protector came in the standard R&G plastic clear box and did include all you need to fit these. There are comprehensive instructions so you really cannot go wrong. The fit perfectly and the quality is excellent. The threaded sections are crisp and clean and the bobbins on the ends are perfect too. Very hard wearing from past experience. The end result is as expected and I for one am very pleased with the fitment and how they look. Thank you Webike. View detail

Material:With DURACON, it came off from the base when it fell over and had to be replaced even though it was still usable and worn out, but Material:With aluminum, you don't have to worry about that, so you can use it for a long time.

Quite high quality
We have not taken into account what happens in the event of a fall from the beginning. (If it is just a standing fall, the Pannier and Frame Slider will be grounded, but not the Swing Arm.)
Therefore, although there was a cheaper Axle Slider that was a little smaller, I chose this product because I wanted a red undercarriage accent (since the wheel's rim tape is red, I wanted to unify the undercarriage accent in red).
I am satisfied, although it seems a little too large.
It would have been nice if Bolt was the same color, but I think I should have painted that much myself.
Incidentally, the compatible car models on Webike did not include the GSX-S1000GT, but the SPEEDRA webpage included the GT, and it could actually be installed without any modification.

Anyway, I'm not going in.
Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) Both thought it was SMark, but … it wasn't.
I managed to get it in after considerable pounding with a mallet, but after that, when I moved the Tire, it sounded like it was rubbing somewhere, which was a failure.
It looks like it would be better to have it done properly at Shop.

Some say it is better not to put it on because it may slip and aggravate the situation, but I assume it will fall over at low speeds.
I thought that the Protector has little protrusion, and since it has a Radiator, I think it is not so meaningful even if it is attached, since it is originally wide.
I hope you don't experience any effects.

Better than nothing, installation hassle
The Female Screw side did not fit as expected, and I measured it with Caliper. 0.5 millimeter. I managed to insert it by shaving the average thickness with Belt Thunder.
Personally, I think Other Brand Product is the way to go!

Over Racing front axle slider for z650rs
The front axle slider for z650rs from Over Racing is well made and fits the z650rs stock front wheel with minimal tools necessary to install. It’s a direct bolt on and no other necessary bolts or screws are needed for installation. The sliders tip is flushed on the axle as you can see in the picture and installation time is quick. Just insert it in the hole in the front axle and screw it tight and its done. View detail
z650rs Over Racing rear axle slider
In the picture included, the rear axle slider is attached to the top of the bolt that holds the rear wheel. This is possible because the z650rs has a hole in the rear axle unlike in the other z650 lineup. It is an easy install and the sliders looks and feels well made. View detail
