I didn't like how thin the swing arm of the NS-1 was back then, so now that I'm a large person, I decided to secretly buy one without telling my wife and secretly install it.
The design looks good, the Installation Instruction Manual is missing and I know that I have to buy it.
"For Race" and the enclosed handwritten paper stated (^_^;)
I thought it was very important information that I wanted to know before I bought the car. I am a little worried.

Incredible quality and finish
K Factory really puts out the top shelf parts. No, they're not cheap but you really get what your paying for. The black anodized finish looks amazing. The welds and machine work are almost works of art. Shipping is suprisingly fast from Japan too. View detail

Anyway, it is beautifully made.
I have not yet been able to run the machine on my own, but it is clear that the Rear movement is better than that of the Normal Swing Arm.
We replaced the standard KITACO rear shocks with KITACO×GEARS rear shocks, so we think this may also have an effect.

Beautiful product
Flawless, not cheap but boy you can see the craftsmanship and the value. Nice to have the bearings in the swingarm pivot and good chain adjusters. A good bit lighter than the stock swingarm too. IMO this is the best stock length swingarm for the Monkey. View detail

Not possible to share with 250.
However, the Swing Arm and Rear tire interfere with each other because the Tire is one size thicker than the 250 and the Chain is 2 links shorter than the 250. I tried to solve this problem by setting two small Driven Sprockets, but still only 2mm of Clearance was secured.
In addition, the vehicle height has been raised by about 1 cm at the license plate position, and the vehicle body tilt has become much larger when the side stand is set up.
It was disappointing because this is an expensive product and this should have been mentioned in the product description beforehand.

Rear movement is improved.
I ordered Type 7 from Gun coatOption and received it in about 4 months.
When you hold it, you will see that it is light, about 2 kg lighter numerically.
OEM is Steel Horn Pipe and this product is Material:The stiffness is also considered to have changed because of the figure-of-eyes cross-section of Aluminum.

I asked the Shop to install it at the same time as KOOD's Pivot shaft.
Replaceable from OEM, no new parts required.
Also, it may be an individual difference, but the OVER exhaust bracket seemed to interfere with the Swing Arm and the OVER TT-formura RS, so an additional Spacer was inserted.
Quality, texture
In Gun coatOption, it is Black with Luster and looks much better than the OEM Horn PipeSwing Arm.
The Chain Adjuster also looks cool, but it is a pity that the Axle Block is made of solid wood.
Alternatively, there may be an option to purchase as Repair Parts and color anodized aluminum by yourself.
Ride comfort
We often hear that lightening the underspring is several times more effective than the overspring, but for simple overspring weight reduction, removing Gasoline is the quickest way to go.
We did not feel that a 2kg reduction in Swing Arm weight would make a difference in the behavior of the full Tan condition and on the verge of missing Gas, nor did we feel any difference in the push/pull of the vehicle body.
In the case of # of fuel quantity, you mainly feel the lightness of Handlebar and the lightness of the turnaround.
In theory, the Swing Arm should move more easily in response to changes because the inertia around the Pivot axis is reduced.
Just like when you hold a # stick and swing it up and down with just your wrist, the heavier stick requires more force in Timing to raise and lower it.
After running, we experienced a decrease in Rear thrust due to bumps and an improvement in Rear traction when exiting the Corner.
(Suspension setting unchanged)
Probably due to reduced input to the suspension during contraction, reduced change during extension and contraction, and improved responsiveness of extension and contraction.
Although it was Type 7 without Stabilizer, it seems to benefit enough for city driving and touring.

I have both G-Craft and the Over Racing rear swingarm for the MSX125 Grom. The build quality of the Over Racing is much superior to the G-Craft. I'm saving the Over Racing swingarm for a OV-29 build. View detail
Over Racing is the best
I have both the G-Craft swingarm and now the Over Racing swingarm. The over racing is much better in quality. I bought the Over Racing for the Ov-29 frame which I will be using over racing parts exclusively. Sense of security.
Kawasaki cars seem to become better and better with larger diameters if they are customized, and this is one of those parts. You can feel the overwhelming sense of stability and rigidity at high speeds. I think this is one of the parts that makes you feel more secure while riding. View detail
No Recommendation on buying if you want to pimp
I bought it for MONKEY because I had used it for APE and didn't have such a bad impression of it.
It doesn't look bad,
When it comes time to install it, it is a rickety gubba-gubba.
First, the Pivot part. This is the most important part.
It comes with four Pivot Collars.
All four are RoseRose in length.
And the Pivot Collar is not long enough.
Shim adjustment is made to the width, though,
Even if you don't want the width to rattle.
The Pivot Collar is not long enough and the Swing Arm does not move when tightened.
This can only be solved by rebuilding the Pivot Collar itself.
Then, the Shaft is passed through the Pivot Collar,
It is rattling.
Since the shaft is OEM, the inner diameter of the Pivot Collar seems to be Large.
So even if you could adjust and tighten it well at this point
Even with the Shaft in, the Swing Arm is still Oversized, so the Swing Arm will be out of control.
(One-off color is the solution for us)
Next, WheelAxle Shaft.
While the outer diameter of M12Shaft is approximately 11.92~mm
Rear axle bore diameter is 12mm or more.
This one is also rattling… This one is… already!
I thought Chain Adjuster would be nice too,
There is no reference line on the Shaft side, so you have to mark it to know….
These two points. [Color] I need to Clear.
Dangerous while driving.
I really wanted to return it, but I opened the package ….
I mean, it's not like this is a non-returnable issue if you don't know how to put it on.
I understand a certain amount of QUALITY.
This one was kind of the worst….
Oh, and for the Drum.
The Brake Rod also requires modification.
It has to be angled a little to hit the suspension bracket.
It's something for people/experts who already have … lathes and such.
WeBig sometimes has a Sale.
I regret that I should have worked a little harder and bought GCraft's Swing Arm.
If anything, Tanaka Shokai's Swing Arm is better.

+5 Factory Look Swing Arm
I was very pleased with the fast delivery for my +5 swing arm. The swingarm was perfect and exactly what I was wanting, fits perfectly and looks great and still maintains the factory monkey look. Nice but catastrophic malfunction
I really enjoyed this swingarm for about 600 miles. Came out one day and there was this visible crack in the swing from a distance because you have to admire a moto with the new parts every time you exit the house and also to check the tire pressure, ect. I believe it was a one off from the MFG and did not dispute a claim based on being in the US and having to pay all the shipping fees back. Takegawa is great quality parts, I have many more of their parts on multiple bikes but I do believe there was a mistake on this production and or specific swingarm. Spacing was near perfect, torque was on point, something just went wrong. View detail
Great swingarm
Previous owner put a wider aluminum rim and a 140 tire that came within a mm of the inside of the stock swingarm. Not only did this swingarm give me the extra clearance I needed, the extra bracing and beefier construction really improved the handling. View detail

Installed on a 2007 MONKEY.
As other people have mentioned in their IMPRESSIONS, it cannot be installed without modification.
Use a sander or File to remove the areas shown in the photo.
If you are buying on the premise of processing, I think the cosmetics are quite good.
It is highly recommended for those who do not want to disrupt the OEM Style!
