METAL…GEAR…
It was my first time to know about this Manufacturer, so I bought it in the spirit of Challenge.
Well, to be frank, it was cheaper than other Manufacturers. (Lol)
Was the one you received as per Image?
Expected
Was the installation difficult?
It was totally Large sturdy.
[Included Parts:were they on?
OEM Gasket was in the box. I'm happy about this.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Instruction manual is not included. Therefore, I did not know the order of packing etc. between exhaust system and bolt nut which is put on the body, so I installed it properly.
The installation point and hang/ It's a pain in the ass, but it's easy except for removing the side cowl and O2 Sensor ….
Availability and comprehensibility of Instruction Manual/No Instruction Manual If you are not sure whether you can install it by yourself, you can install it at the Shop.
Note/Expectation HaGap's comment on the order of installation of Packingetc.
Useful items that should be purchased together/Spring hook
Opinions and requests to Manufacturer/maybe the same for other Parts? "Instruction Manual should be included".

Short Stand
Short Stand is safe because the car body will stand up when Lowdown. View detail
Lowdown
The Fender is in contact with the Shock a little bit, but it's not a problem. View detail

About Short Stand,
Lowdown itself is perfect, I think the included Short Stand should be 10mm shorter at 50mm Lowdown to stabilize the car body. View detail
A little too short?
Since the Lowdown Kit was installed at the same time as the car was delivered, the car body was standing up, so we had to be careful where we parked the car and sometimes could not pay the side stand depending on the road surface conditions. After the replacement, it leans quite a bit and I have a sense of security, but if it were 10mm longer, it would lean too much. View detail

Improved footing!
Being 160cm tall, I have long been concerned about my footing in Lowdown.
Footing improved!
The Short Side Stand is much shorter than OEM, and it will take some time to get used to that.

Fender processing required
The high Seat height makes this equipment necessary for small-sized people to ride.
The Swing Arm is shifted to a lower position, which changes the ride quality.
Fender modification is required, so it takes a certain amount of skill to do it as a DIY project.
We recommend replacing the Side Stand with a shorter one.

Correction to impresario.
As I mentioned in my comment, I measured the actual Stroke of the suspension, and it seems that there is no interference between the bottom case side and the fork bracket up to 30mm of protrusion. View detail
I wonder if the developer has checked the installation on a real car.
I bought the 30mm Down, but I think the 20mm Down is safer.
The Instruction Manual says to adjust the Fork protrusion between 20-30mm, but when the Front is jacked up in NORMAL condition, the distance between the Dust Seal upper surface and the Fork lower bracket is only about 143mm, so if the Front Suspension is jacked up to 120mm Full stroke as specified in the manufacturer specifications, the Oil Seal will hit the lower Fork bracket at Full Bottom when the Front Suspension is jacked up 30mm. If the front suspension has a 120mm full stroke as specified by the manufacturer, the oil seal will hit the lower fork bracket at the full bottom with 30mm protrusion. (I think the limit of the amount of protrusion not to hit is 23mm, and the safety zone is about 20mm. 。
The Rear Fender has also changed its shape from the Gixxer, and the same machining as the Gixxer described in the Instruction Manual will not work.

Glad I did it. (^^)
In my case, it wasn't as large as the "large" effect, but I did feel that it was lower than before. I felt more secure with a little more area for my feet to stick to. I was able to find a shop that could install it from Webig, and the shop was very responsive from the estimate to the installation! I am very happy with Lowdown! (^^) View detail
Manufacturer choice is importantLarge
Only the center stand stopper and the middle pipe are decent! The Silencer end and middle pipe have exhaust leaks. You have to be able to separate the cheap from the bad! View detail

Processing Large was strange.
3.I really appreciate the 5cm lowdown!
152cm, sticky feet
Too low,
Add front fork extrusion
Inner fender interferes and needs to be modified.
So, the labor cost was quite expensive.

Is it just about weight reduction and appearance?
After the previous Impression, I noticed that using the Center Stand is easier, and the engine seems to blow better. The waste leak is the same condition as the Single Muffler's Impression. I think that the manufacturer is not inspecting the exhaust for leaks, etc. I think it is just a design and weight reduction. I have installed Sansei Racing's Full Exhaust System Pai Exhaust System on my GSX more than 35 years ago, and I could use it without any problem. The technology must be more advanced than back then, however, the quality of the product is still very poor. Well, it is cheap or not so cheap. Since the intermediate pipe can be used, it would be better to think of it as a one-foot peg for Silencer replacement. Would it have been better to eat barbeque? I would like to tell the manufacturer to do a better job. Please don't think it can't be helped because of the low price. View detail
Don't ask too much of the 250 Slip-on Silencer.
Power seems to have somehow increased. It may be because it became lighter. By the way, the acceleration power from the 6th gear of 30 km was improved. Because it became lighter, it became a little easier to put the car in bed. The price is cheap, and if it is design-oriented, it is possible. However, the height of the exhaust system was not exactly right, as you can see in the advertisement photo. I guess we have to compromise as much as we can. There is a little exhaust leakage from the gap where the Silencer is wrapped with Stainless Steel. I am thinking of filling it with liquid Gasket. View detail

Recommended for those who prefer a noisy exhaust sound.
I purchased a New Model catalyst equipped MODEL in December 2022. I bought a new model model with catalytic converter in December 2022, but no external exhaust system was available. I found METAL GEAR and decided to buy it immediately. I decided immediately. However, I heard that it is compatible up to the previous model. The body structure is exactly the same, so I asked if it was possible to assemble it.
The bag footpeg plate is easy to install.:2pc. The Exhaust System was installed with a needle Gold Hanger. I was able to install it with a needle Gold Hanger.
The exhaust noise is loud, but quieter than the loud noise of a 400 or 1000. I feel sorry for the neighbors early in the morning and at night.
The Torque feel at low to mid speeds has improved to the point where it can be felt.
I don't know about high speed, maybe it hasn't changed? In one section, it was 10km/h faster than NORMAL.
After Fire.

Is it too low?
Things are fine, the 35mm drops more than I expected.
Rear Sets are always required. Even so, the brake pedal hits the ground as hard as it can when the motorcycle is tipped over and turns while dragging the rear brake.

Lowdown was the right choice.
Quantity with Short Stand:I purchased the set. I found a Webig installation service shop nearby and brought the parts and motorcycle to them for installation. I had also purchased a Step upBlanket, so I had it installed at the same time. The foot position is natural and the handling is fine. Driving Jixxer is going to be fun from now on. View detail
Inaccurate, poorly made
The silencer of the exhaust system, which arrived brand new, was mysteriously left unpolished and covered with rust. The hole for the center stand stopper is too small to fit even the stand damper. I have no choice but to re-drill the holes in the bracket and repaint it! I will have to re-drill the holes in the bracket and repaint! 。 If you're a PRO, let's make it right! View detail
Accuracy is problematic.
The exhaust system I purchased came in, but the finish of the exhaust pipe was so crude that I thought it was brand new. I had to have it replaced. The new exhaust pipe was better than the first one, but was it Chinese quality? The replacement exhaust pipe was better than the first one, but it was not the quality of a new one. I think it would be better if they were made a little more carefully. View detail

Earthquake protection.
There have been a lot of earthquakes recently.
I was worried about OEMSTAND, so I decided to go with something with a lower center of gravity.
good point
Simply replace the existing STAND.
I put it in Handlebar Lock, 1st gear, and set it to this STAND, and it was Large sturdy at about 5 intensity of the earthquake.
A bad point
It is better to have two people for installation, one who is holding it down and one who is attaching it.
Short suspension compatible, but OEM suspension is also available. How about for earthquake protection?
