Improved Rear behavior
I replaced the rear axle shaft for the last time after the front and pivot shafts, so here are my impressions.
#The Rear axle shaft that had been in there before had no particular rust, and the Grease had not been cut.
Two points for the body.
Rear tire rotation is smoother (or feels smoother).
Rear tire is turning straight (without yaw gap).
First, I felt the Rear tire spinning smoothly around the axis.
My impression is that Bearing is working properly.
The difference between an Axel with low engine noise and one with constant speed or coasting with the clutch turned off is quite noticeable.
It is only a guess, but I think that the shaft diameter has become closer to the bearing inner diameter and the surface roughness height has become more uniform, making it more difficult for the bearing inner ring to move (so that the balls can move properly).
If # of miles have been done to some extent, the effect may be felt more if Bearing replacement is done together.
Next, a reduction in Rear blurring was felt.
I had a KOODPivot shaft and OVER swing arm on it as of before the replacement,
When Throttle was operated roughly, there was a sensation of yawing on the Sprocket side.
I was wondering if the rigidity of the connection around the Pivot and the Swing Arm had increased, causing the Frame to deflect, but after replacing the Rear axle shaft, this has disappeared.
This may also be due to the fact that the Clearance inside the Shaft and Bearing is now Tight, reducing Tire shake (clockwise Gap of the Tire when viewed from above).

CODE AxleBolt
Purchased this product because I replaced the front axle with a KOOD one.
The coolness, design, and texture are very good, but the price is rather expensive, which is a little disappointing.
However, only Black is Material:I am concerned about whether the plastic will crack due to deterioration.
Repair Parts would be nice

Casual custom parts.
This is a conversion from a NORMAL caliper bolt.
The difference from Bolt's with wiring holes can be seen at a glance.
It has a custom look and feel, but we will confirm the BrakeTouch and other features when we actually run with it.
Don't forget to apply anti-gouging grease for installation.

Mounted on Dax125!
The rigidity of the front area seems to have increased considerably.
No more dizzying at low speeds.
You can't see much of a difference with a push/pull, but as soon as you start driving, you can see the difference, as you did when you installed it on a Large-type car!
The light rotation can be felt through the Handlebar.

Satisfaction level is high.
Since the rear axle was out of stock, it was replaced at the same time as the front axle.
The quality is very high and excellent.
First of all, the weight is totally different from NORMAL.
After riding the car, it is clear that the Rear suspension is doing a good job by increasing the rigidity of the Rear.
It is the feeling that the Swing Arm moves vertically up and down without any blurring.
My motorcycle is equipped with the OHLINS Reserver tank model, which has improved the ground feel and road-following ability, so the ride quality is relatively better.
Personally, I am satisfied with the Large change, but I guess the only Neck is the price. I think it is a bit expensive in terms of cost-effectiveness. I think it is a bit expensive considering the cost-effectiveness, so I gave it a 4 star rating.

There is a definite change.
I was not sure if I could tell the difference with one bottle of Shaft, but it clearly makes a difference.
The rigidity of the car was increased, and the ground feel was further enhanced.
Setting of sus is also required.
These are expensive parts, but they are very interesting to try.

Easy installation
When the rear tires were replaced at the same time, the tire rotation became smoother and the push/pull became smoother as well. The surface of the OEM Product is a little rough, so I think that is why it works so well. View detail
It certainly changes.
I was interested in the product, but the impressions on the Net were mixed, and I had not yet purchased it.
When I learned that a test ride would be held nearby, I went.
I purchased the product after an hour or so of driving after the installation process because it was compatible with my car.
The effect is almost the same as the Net impressions and the official Page Review.
The Axle Shaft that was originally OEM had no rust and had been greased up,
The following improvements could be experienced even on a short test drive.
Smoothness by hand push
Contouring when turning
Information from the road surface
Firmness when Breaking
It is honestly surprising to see such a difference in machining accuracy between a single bar and a micro unit.
OEM mass-produced products have wide tolerances for good products in order to increase yield, so the performance of these products is just above average, but I have the impression that these parts are above average.
#Image if this one is the standard (10/10 points), for example, OEM is about 6-7/10 points.
Ride quality is something that is difficult to evaluate, How will this part change my motorcycle?" If you are interested, we recommend that you go to the official KOOD website for a test ride schedule and experience it for yourself.

Pivot shaft replacement for 2021MT-09SP
Pivot shafts for the 2021MT-09SP, which were backordered, have been delivered and we immediately replaced them.
However, it is a simple work to loosen the nut, replace the shaft, and tighten the nut with the specified torque. I put the footpeg on the footpeg as shown in the 6th picture and the rear tire is supported by the tire clamps.
The nut is Torque 105N tightened, so it was loosened quickly with an impact wrench.
Shaft is supposed to be 0G, but I could not pull it out by hand. I lightly tapped it with a plastic hammer and it was tight only at first and then I could pull it out by hand.
Next, after applying a thin layer of grease to the shaft made by KOOD for replacement, I inserted the shaft into the pivot hole, but the hole position seemed to gap slightly on the Left Side of the body and it did not go in until the end. I tried to lift up the Rear Thailand and push it to the Left Side, but it didn't work well, and I thought it is not recommended to do so because I have another work to do. (Sweat).
At any rate, now that the Shaft is Penetrating, the Nut is tightened at the specified Torque to complete the process.
It seems that Thread compound application is recommended for Nut to prevent galling.
I have only done some light driving in the city, but to be honest, I have not noticed any large changes like I did when I replaced the front axle.
However, now that we finally have Front, Rear, and Pivot made by KOOD, I feel Refreshing.
Perhaps a comparison of riding with OEMShaft and replacement, or replacing all three at once, would make the difference feel more Large.
We replaced the Front first, then the Rear, and finally the Pivot, so we may have become accustomed to the changes.
Compared to OEM products, Pivot shafts have a very high level of precision and quality, and can be expected to provide a sense of ground contact and rigidity, but I still thought that Pivot shafts are a little difficult to afford in terms of cost.

Accuracy is perfect.
I was not happy with the OEMBolt and decided to replace it.
The beautiful finish of the plating process is, of course, a given, but we felt that the thread processing was also well done with high precision.
It is a satisfying product, although it is not clear how effective it will be on street driving Main.
However, it is a bit expensive, so we gave it 4 stars for cosmetics.

I felt it.
I'm going to put it all together this time and customize the leg area!
First, we went to replace the shaft, which has been our biggest concern in recent years.
I don't know if you'll notice the effect unless you're in Circuit or something, if the suspension is NORMAL you might not notice the effect, it's pretty good and well deserved, it's a waste, it's a treasure trove." I've been told by my friends who are good draughtsmen that I can do anything I want.
If so, I'm the kind of person who needs to try it out for myself, so I stumped up and bought it.

Very good! Easy to handle! As the product presentation says, the start, handling, and breaking are totally different in a good way!

Motorcycle handling is now much easier.
For the front as well as the rear, we replaced the front with a Coode shaft.
I was certainly surprised at how much easier it was to maneuver the Motorcycle.
When driving, the information transmitted from the suspension is clear and fun to drive.
I'll try the Pivot shaft next.

It's expensive! Good though.
[How is it used?
I've been curious about this product for a long time, and I thought it would make a big difference just by replacing it.
Was the installation difficult?
I left it to the motorcycle shop, but it took about 10 minutes.
How was your experience with it?
The first difference between the OEM and the new model is that the Handlebar has a lighter turnover and the Handlebar is lighter during handling.
This is so different that you can see it the moment you replace it.
While driving, there is more vibration due to the increased rigidity and detailed information transmitted from the front, but it is not tiring and the stability is improved, so you can concentrate on driving.
SelfStir is now stronger in Winding and other applications than in OEM.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Seal is attached (laughs).

It is the impression that the front & rear & Pivot are combined.
There is a preamble of this in the review of FrontShaft.
A few days after installation, on a windy day, I suddenly realized.
Motorcycle does not shake!
I get agitated when I'm stopped at a light.
When you are running, the Handlebar may shake or lose its position.
It's not as if.
The straight-line stability will be better, and this is the kind of benefit that
I remember seeing it in a Review somewhere, but I don't think
I didn't know it was true.
…I feel a little sad that I spent almost 90,000 and this is all I got! (Lol)
I'm looking forward to running every day to see if I notice anything else.
It was good that it became.

And it was cut in half. (Lol)
But I want to play with it, but I don't know where else to play with it, and if there's any benefit to it.

I was a little disappointed that it was like this, but…

Definitely recommend it if you care about FeeRing around the Front!
I installed this front axle shaft of NMAX because my colleague changed his car and he gave it to me.
It's the first Chromoly Axle Shaft experience of my life!
Design and Quality
Beautiful finish, the Plating throughout the Shaft is beyond beautiful.
The corners of the shaft are very tight, and there is no BALI. If you have a fetish for industrial products, the Level finish will make you happy just by holding and touching it.
Difficulty of installation
All you have to do is replace the Axle Shaft and it will take less than 5 minutes. It's easy as long as you have the tools.
■Effects
Lie or not...it's so good...this.
Large width increase in front stiffness, less sagging.
The Fork's operation has been improved. The ride has become more comfortable.
Maybe it was easy to feel the effect because the Scooter only has UnderBridge. If it was originally designed for SS, I might not have been able to tell...
How much effect (change) is there?
Image changes the air pressure in the front by 0.2-0.3kg!
General Comment
I guess the Neck is the price....
I can definitely feel the change, and I highly recommend it to anyone who cuts the Front FeeRing to Large, but...
I wonder if 20,000 yen is expensive for this amount of change.

It's strange, but it changes.
The Chromoly Axle Shaft is the most popular shaft in the world.
It's been featured in various magazines, but I was skeptical because it only says good things and I don't understand the logic behind it.
In the midst of all this, the Manufacturer was having a trial Event at my favorite Circuit driving event, so I tried it out and then bought it.
https://imp.webike.net/diary/215815/
To be honest, I still don't really understand the logic behind it, but the stability in Corner is definitely better.
It is difficult to explain how it got better, but I felt that the movement of the front suspension, which was blurred before, became clearer.
However, I didn't see the difference from the moment I pressed it, which is often written in magazines.
The price is reasonably high, so I think it's best to experience it first hand before purchasing.
In my case, because I was dissatisfied with Normal suspension, I decided that the return on investment was sufficient.
If you are dissatisfied with the normal suspension, I recommend you to try it.

Toodle-loo!
Axle Shaft products are also available, but they have a different brand name on them.
This time I put it on my PivotShaft as a test as well!
How do you say, smooth? Or should I say "Smooth"?
It's a light feeRing.
Especially since SEROW does not have a Bearing at this location.
It may be easier to understand, but it seems that the suspension is softer for it.
It is an illusion. I don't think the sinking has changed in any way, so it's just an illusion?
