Well-integrated product
Used in 2020.
It is a good product.
I didn't notice any large changes in the normal, relaxed touring, but I feel that the design, price, and performance are well integrated in a good way.
Even though it was replaced with an external one, the calm design of the W800 did not fail, and it became one point in a good way. The rebound side damping can be adjusted in 4 steps, so I set it to 2 as others have done.
Although not recommended, you can install it yourself with a Center Stand and some tools.
We believe that there are products that are above the rest, but we can recommend them to those who want a calm design and a solid, domestic product.

Extremely good quality suspension, fit very well on the W650, one of the best, and very fast delivery. The package is packed and protected very good. Greatly recommended if you want to upgrade your W650 suspension. And not very pricey too. View detail

I bought it used and it came with OEM but it was worn out so I got an external one.
The usual way is to put in a Haygon or Icon, but I decided to go with KYB's because it's a good OEM manufacturer.
There was no hardness, which is often the case outside the company, and there was a good amount of dumping.
I also like that the damping is adjustable.

I installed this on my 2020 W800Standard.
I've been thinking about changing the suspension since the beginning because I'm not happy with the ride quality.
I was hesitant to ask myself how much improvement I can actually expect with just the rear suspension.
But when I actually put it on and drove it, it changed from etc.Pitch to Spring of non-etc.Pitch.
