Fork Overhaul OHLINS Spring Introduction
【Deciding factor of purchase】
There was a feeling of incompatibility when defeating the FAZER exceeding 30,000 kilos, and this product was brought in together with Fha's Overhaul at GSense.
【How was it actually used?】
It is stable when going straight ahead and at cornering, and weird fluttering has disappeared.
[Others]
Rear suspension was also renewed this time, so I really took refuge. I left everything to GSense at Repeater. It was set to assembly as well.

Front fork reinforcement
It was installed because it had been used on another car model and the feel was good.
Although the Oil viscosity is influenced by a slightly stiffer Oil viscosity, it seems to have the desired hardness in the assembled state.
Might be a little tiring for long-distance touring.

Front fork enhancement
I felt the shock downs both front and rear on my old car, so I decided to replace it with OHLINSCB400TSpring because I use it on another car and I like the hardness of it.
It was still good.

If this is an OEM ...
The Front which was too soft and flapping so far calmed down like a lie.
Breaking is also very good with less Pitch.
Because I exchanged at the same time with Mr. Sukako's Yokozaki Fork oil, it is a delicate place as to which was better, but the feeling that there is a waist when shrinking was not a combination of OEMs, I think that it was good to exchange.
However, it was a bit embarrassing that the suspension was full of rust when opening it .... Large I thought I'd be durable, I pushed into Fork as it was, but I thought I wanted to work hard for product management a bit more.
By the way the reason for choosing OHLINS is that there is a problem that other companies are expensive in one package and free length is not enough, so if you have honest gold, I think that it is wise to be Cartridgeized ...

No instructions
These springs are not listed at Ohlins for the Zephyr 1100. Its listed for the zzr 600 1991-92. They are 65 mm longer than stock, and there is no instructions about cutting the spacers. As it is I feel I wasted my money buying this kit. View detail
