By changing to a 6 disc clutch compared to the standard clutch (5 discs), the clutch capacity will be increased and the set load of the spring can be set lower (in combination with the standard spring) to make the clutch operation lighter.
This 6 disc reinforced clutch kit comes with a primary drive gear that increases the primary reduction ratio by approximately 14%.
It can be used for both stock and custom engines.
The number and combination of clutch springs can be adjusted.
Primary drive gear (14% increase in primary reduction ratio type)
By installing it, the throttle response is improved and the rotation of the crankshaft can be transmitted 100% to the secondary clutch without a centrifugal clutch.
Friction disc with excellent durability is used.

■About the use of reinforced clutch springs
Use the reinforced clutch spring and the stock clutch spring in combination according to the engine specification and your preference when operating the lever, referring to the table.
Even when the same clutch spring is used, the clutch capacity will be increased by increasing the number of clutch friction discs, and the clutch will be less likely to slip.
In case of using the clutch spring of KLX110 (A1) 02 model, it is different from other models, so the rate of increase is different from the table.
