Vito car models Exclusive Design
I bought it because of Vito's Exclusive Design, but I thought it would be difficult to set it up, and I thought I would be able to drive it with the engine running, but I just popped it in and drove it. I could feel the power of Torque fully from the bottom to the top.
Nojima's Full Exhaust System & Silencer was a one-off silencer with a good exhaust system, but I was satisfied with the settings, which were better than I had imagined.
The funnel size is only 35mm, so it would have been better if a longer funnel was included as a spare.
I would like to take it to PowerCheck to check the air-fuel ratio and fine-tune it.
If you don't mind, I think you will be fully satisfied even with a pontoon.

Setting struggles
The racing cabs are very easy to set up, and once you get the settings right, you will be amazed at the acceleration power you can get. However, setting is very difficult. It is very difficult to set up the engine, because it is mainly used for touring, and it is hard to set up the engine without stress at all openings from the bottom to the top. It is also difficult for amateurs to judge whether the jet is too thick or too thin. I was considering an OEM carburetor overhaul, but I put the FCR Carburetor Body on it because of the distance and age of the carburetor.
As expected of a racing carburetor, the response was good and the power went up.
The FCR Carburetor Body of JBPower can be ridden normally because it has been set up to some extent according to the model of car. I want to do the detailed setting afterwards.
A negative pressure hose can also be taken out for use with the OEM Fuel Cock.

Great acceleration at high rpm!
I've been yearning for it for rather a long time, but it was expensive, so I weighed it against the need and it took me a long time to make a decision.
Because of the car model specific setting, I don't have a big problem even if I put it on the car with a pompom, as long as it is tuned in. It seems.
However, it is limited to the TunnelSpec.
I bought an adapter for the RAMAIR to make the most of the RAMAIR, and I also bought an adapter to install the RAMAIR at the same time However, if you use the Air cleaner Spec. It did not turn more than rpm.
I understand that the fuel is thicker than the intake, but I can't do the setting by myself yet, so I removed it after all. and FunnelSpec.
It's not easy to get the initial setting for the adapters which cost 60,000 yen at the same time. It would have been nice to have some examples of Air cleanerSpec.
I know it's essential to be able to explore on your own, but you have to be able to point to some of the criteria for starting out. I wish I had.
At this point, the $60,000 is wasted.
Blowing over 6,000 rpm with FunnelSpec. is amazing.
It's as good as it sounds, or as I've heard rumors about, the acceleration is just as good as it sounds.
Idling is also stable.
There seems to be some troughs in the torque around 4000 rpm, but
I don't know if it's TradeOff with the blowing at high RPMs or if it's due to the setting.

Amateur is Large strange work
Because I had changed the setting and setting of CVK 36, I thought I was getting to the point, but it was quite Large strange. Because Body is bigger than I expected, it took quite a while to install on an intake man. Since ZEPHYR 1100 is limited in anyway, it is also a tight fit to push the Body. As a result, it felt like a step further with a reasonable feeling. When setting of CVK 36, it was good that I could have set up almost one time because I had repeated doing setting and setting of carburetor tens of times. However, I think that it will be able to bring out the performance of FCR Carburetor Body more if it boil down a little more, I think that the day to add detachment and setting will come. Fairly satisfied
In Manufacturer designation, it is a story that the intake manifold is unified by Type 2, but it is quite impossible angularly. Type 1 and Type 2 Normal cabSpec with Nipple. It is possible to correspond adequately with the intake manifold.
In order to install a normal throttle wire, it is necessary to enlarge the holes of the mounting bracket on the cab side with a drill etc.. As the mounting position is different from the normal, it will be reversed left and right so watch out for wire handling! There is no complication about performance. There is not a choke mechanism, but even in mid-winter, accelerator 4. It is a one-shot starting with a cell if you do it 5 times. I got the impression that the running feeling was totally thicker around the whole. Since it is still in a pounding state, I guess it will be better if I boil down the setting? As for fuel consumption, it was not quite the same as when I was in normal condition. For my bike it's like liter 24k.

Drastic change due to change from NORMAL!
I attached it to D-TRACKER 2003 year.
Since exchange of carburetor is the first time, I chose the Standard Setetted exclusively for D-TRACKER.
Although it is exclusive, after all Racing cab!
Installation of this carburetor was originally Throttle Wire 1 pc pull Spec. It seems like, D-TRACKER is OEM Quantity : Because it is 2pc drawing, various processing is done and Quantity : I made it available for 2 pc discount.
Since there is no detailed manual for each vehicle, the secondary Air Cancellation and the icing Line returned directly to Cylinder.
After installation it is a setting exclusively for drift!
I started the engine and run normally.

Since there is no setting for INAZUMA 1200, I tried installing for GSF 1200 and installing it.
In order to install it, you must first exchange it to the GSF 1200 Insulator and you must purchase Accelerator Wire and Slotter Holder separately.
Because I did not want to use Funnel, I installed JAM's 3D air filter.
The thing that I felt attached is that it runs unexpectedly even with poning, as I measured with Dyno Machine, since the air fuel ratio was slightly gapped, I purchased a new MJJet and tried setting out.
When Setting is decided to a certain extent, just opening a little with Axel, "Spokutto" Accelerate and accelerate it to be unappealing in negative pressure carburetor.
In such a case, I felt once again that I had better replace it sooner.
However, since FCR Carburetor Body is Racing cab, Body will be scraped by Roller, so I think that those who wore Maintenance and Air Filter can be used for a long time.
Also, once you become accustomed, you can easily exchange Jet classes, so it's a good idea to set up according to your driving style.
It is an expensive item, but since it changes obviously compared with NORMAL, it is a part you can recommend to those seeking a sharp Response!

FCR Carburetor Body Carburetor 37
I purchased it because I heard that Response will be better than OEM. It seems that it is too dark in the setting of shipment, so my body did not turn at all until 5000 rpm and it was useless at all.
Main jet, Slow Jet down, I changed the number of Jet needle's stages, I narrowed down the Pilot screw, Air Screw also became a reasonable condition. Also does not come out.
Although I do not understand the maximum speed, 80 km for 2nd speed and 105km at 3rd speed have come out well.
The fuel economy fell by 8 km of litter compared to OEM, which is a bit disappointing for this. Will it be better if you pack more?
