CBR250R (MC19 type) Used at ・・・・
The one for MC22 was used on MC19.
The OEM Throttle Wire was too long and did not fit, so I installed it without the return wire. (To be adjusted later by JB in the posterior Thailandco.)
And the OEM wire stopper width was too wide for the OEM, so we used a sander to remove the interference.
This area is thought to be due to the diversion of other vehicles, so please refer to this page if you are using the MC19.
The installation of the Others was a simple installation.
I was a little confused that there is no Knob fixing bracket for Idol adjustment, but I can use it by hanging it with Tie Wrap. (Lol)
The installation of the system is a snap, but it can be ridden for the time being.
Please note that we are amateurs and do not know the details of the settings.
For starters, the FCR Carburetor Body sounds pleasant and extremely fun!
I was hesitant for a while because of the price, but the OEM carburetor was not getting any better and the parts were expensive, so I decided to buy it. And it's fun!
There is no Chalketc. mechanism like the OEM carburetor, so it is necessary to understand how to handle a carburetor with acceleration pumps & and its habits.
If you are having trouble getting better with OEMcarburetor, I recommend you buy it!

slight dissatisfaction
I had a hard time with Setting. I heard that I could run the car on a pontoon, but the jetting was so thick that it didn't blow up at all, and it took me a while to get it running properly.
I think it would be nice if there is not only Universal setting manual but also setting manual for each car model. I was a little disappointed because TMX30 for RZ that is released by Active had 3 types of Jet and reference values for setting.
I also think that the first MJ, SJ and JN that come in should have a Spec. book on what's in them.

Bandit 400 Receives 33mm FCR Carbs!
Great carbs for the Bandit 400! Please note; the OEM throttle assembly will not work and the OEM fuel valve will have difficulty delivering enough fuel. I suggest a qualified tuner set them up or ask for a settings starting point from JapanWeBike, SUDCO USA, JB-Power, or Allens Performance UK. My motor has .04mm over pistons and GSXR 400 Cams. Settings are 180 Air Main, 38 Pilot, 1/4 turn out on Air Mix, 1 3/4 turns out on fuel mix. https://youtu.be/vQdcUT8zVAE View detail
FCR
I'm still using the FCR Carburetor Body Carburetor, but I replaced it because it got old.
Is it FCR Carburetor Body?

It will be a different Motorcycle!
This is the installation for ESTRELLA, but only Cable is needed because Adapter is included.
Because the presetting has been done, it runs for the time being with ponchotchkes, but is it because the exhaust system has been changed in our case? The next step was to increase the Needle Jet diameter by 2 positions.
The fuel consumption is about 30-33km/h if you drive at 50-70km/h with the flow of the car, and about 20-25km/h if you turn it.
When I drove it for the first time after installing it, I was surprised at how good the acceleration was, but I soon got used to it.
I'll never go back to Normal cab.

If only for the FCR Carburetor Body!
FCR Carburetor Body! I'm going to try setting up by myself! This is the perfect Carburetor kit for you.
If you want to race, you need Radiator, Brake, Suspension, Cam… Finally, carburetor and Exhaust System.
Depending on the setting, you can also focus on street riding. Just listening to the sound of the machine will make you feel like a racer!

There is no Motorcycle, though.
It was installed on a 250SB.
I don't have a picture of it because I don't have my Motorcycle with me, but it increases acceleration by far.
But the gas mileage...
Still, the fun outweighs it.

TW is not TW.
I used it on my TW, which was the shortest lived car I've ever owned.
Initially, the Custom was the Power Filter + Spatra fad itself, but I wanted to try the Replacecarburetor out of curiosity.
good point
Power up from low speed to high speed in Large range.
The way the speed goes up when you turn is so good that it becomes a habit.
All seasons can be used depending on the setting.
A bad point
If you don't like the hassle of setting, you might not like it.
The TW is a motorcycle engine that can be used to its full potential, and it's fast when you really get into it.
TW, now I want it again!

FCR
The price is high, but I have no complaints about the performance, appearance, or sound.
I think it's worth the Gold.
I'm going to start setting it up, but I'm going to enjoy doing it.

FCR33
It is an exchange from OEMCarburetor, but first of all, it is difficult in Setting, because it is a state that does not do Idling as it is sent, and Setting is necessary from Idling. From there, it runs and it is adjustment and exchange of Setting&Jet, Needle etc. Response and Power are not at all incomparable with the OEM carburetor if even the setting comes out, the accelerator operation cannot be operated roughly like the OEM, but it is the satisfaction that installs it. The accelerator operation can not be operated roughly like OEM, but the satisfaction of installing it.
It is not a cheap shopping, but I think that the person who is not confident in Setting should buy it with Mr. Shop from the beginning though I am satisfied.

Response up
I was considering an OEM carburetor overhaul, but I put the FCR Carburetor Body on it because of the distance and age of the carburetor.
As expected of a racing carburetor, the response was good and the power went up.
The FCR Carburetor Body of JBPower can be ridden normally because it has been set up to some extent according to the model of car. I want to do the detailed setting afterwards.
A negative pressure hose can also be taken out for use with the OEM Fuel Cock.

Dramatic change! You're gonna beat the WR250!
To be honest, the FCR Carburetor Body of 35Φs on the 250cc Motorcycle is too large.
33Φ seems to have a wider range of settings.
Originally, the FTR250 came with a carburetor, a mechanism similar to the FCR Carburetor Body.
However, the OEM carburetor has poor leadership and the acceleration pump is bad or the setting is not perfect.
I thought maybe the carburetor was not good enough, so I installed the FCR Carburetor Body.
Then it was as if it was a completely different Motorcycle.
If you do the Throttle in No Chalk and then KICK it after 3 times of Kashkashkashkashkash, it's a one-shot instruction every time (laughs).
If you get into a good mood and overdo the crush, you'll get a snooze, but it usually starts great.
The performance is perfect and it feels like it's powered up in the whole RPM range.
It wasn't the OEM carburetor, something like the Power band was born and I keep opening the Throttle too much.
I didn't realize how much of a difference the FCR Carburetor Body would make!

Cool and highly textured! But... they're expensive!
I don't know how it will run before it's used, but I'm impressed with the quality of the real thing.
I don't need to talk about the performance now... (^^)
But it's still pricey! I know it's a good one, but... it's expensive! The prices have gone up recently.
It would be nice if it was a bit more Reasonable.

very good
It was very cheap. It's very good, if you don't know how to set it up, you might feel that NORMAL would have been better, but it's great when you get the setting out, it's a lot more trouble than it was in OEM, but it's fun for that. View detail
Great acceleration at high rpm!
I've been yearning for it for rather a long time, but it was expensive, so I weighed it against the need and it took me a long time to make a decision.
Because of the car model specific setting, I don't have a big problem even if I put it on the car with a pompom, as long as it is tuned in. It seems.
However, it is limited to the TunnelSpec.
I bought an adapter for the RAMAIR to make the most of the RAMAIR, and I also bought an adapter to install the RAMAIR at the same time However, if you use the Air cleaner Spec. It did not turn more than rpm.
I understand that the fuel is thicker than the intake, but I can't do the setting by myself yet, so I removed it after all. and FunnelSpec.
It's not easy to get the initial setting for the adapters which cost 60,000 yen at the same time. It would have been nice to have some examples of Air cleanerSpec.
I know it's essential to be able to explore on your own, but you have to be able to point to some of the criteria for starting out. I wish I had.
At this point, the $60,000 is wasted.
Blowing over 6,000 rpm with FunnelSpec. is amazing.
It's as good as it sounds, or as I've heard rumors about, the acceleration is just as good as it sounds.
Idling is also stable.
There seems to be some troughs in the torque around 4000 rpm, but
I don't know if it's TradeOff with the blowing at high RPMs or if it's due to the setting.
We knew it, but when Chalk is gone, you need a hang to start with an accelerated Pump and Warming up is quite troublesome.
The look, Status, acceleration, crunching sound, and Maniac feel are very high and the satisfaction level is very high. It's quite expensive, but
We were able to recognize once again how well the OEM Carburetor works in general applications.
If what you're looking for is there, of course I recommend it.
Given the ease and tolerance of the OEM Carburetor
I'm sure it will be difficult to handle, no doubt about it.

Deepest nostalgia
Repeated price hikes and replacement of consumable partsCycle and Running cost is not too good Image of? FCR Carburetor has become more of a MAJOR these days Carburetor Body
I recently happened to acquire one, so I'm touching it myself again for the first time in about 10 years
I've been riding a Motorcycle for less than a year now, 10 years ago as a complete amateur I used to use it on a Level that I could run normally, even though I was a Level At the time, it was so normal for me that I didn't really understand why it was so wonderful
With the acceleration pump effect, when you open it, it accelerates with a bang That's about the only clich?d impression I could come up with (Though I did enjoy the ride.)
Now that I've touched it again, the regularity of avoiding wear and tear on the Throttle body You can see how the use of Maintenance and Air Filter is a Large thing It is
At the time, I didn't think about it and didn't do any maintenance, just accelerated pumps with Funnel I was just running with a bang and turning the AS and PS properly without checking it well I'm sure the throttle valve synchronization was also not brown and bitter
I'm such a beginner that I can usually drive around there with a racing carburetor It's really great It's amazing that even on the setting which is not even theoretical, it's I don't think I've ever done that before
How well can we pack this in? I find it difficult to be wrong and not be told clearly that it's wrong
It's like a luxury Watch now, but while you can buy it as a Large person's pleasure I think it's a good idea to buy one Even if the CR Carburetor is enough for your daily life, you can change it from time to time Ugh

It makes your motorcycle life more fun!
FCR if the OEM air cleaner box and carburetor can be removed Installation of the Carburetor Body itself is not difficult
for W400, the load extraction nipple is pre-processed, so it can be used for the secondary Air hose and
the load extraction from the carburetor is done by merging the nipple with the T-joint and then If you connect to Tank's Load Hose
Tank Fuel Switch works
Throttle Cable is an Active Universal 900mm (length limit) I used a 1050 (which was a better choice), but
it does not work with the w400 Switch Box
I had to put the FCR Carburetor Body on the w650 Switch Box beforehand to install the FCR Carburetor Body It was replaced
switch with a screw-tightened throttle, such as the w650 and ESTRELLA I'll have to replace it with a box
I think you'll have trouble with the Throttle Cable
Setting is still in progress, so I can't do a detailed in-play
Acceleration from 5000 rpm becomes quite violent
the sound from the carburetor is also pleasant
At low RPMs, you won't feel the difference from the NORMAL, so it's not as difficult to handle as it usually is
Response is different, but it's hard to feel the power at low rpm
Even if you put in the FCR Carburetor Body, you'll have to turn the W400's Engine after all I feel like I don't have any power
So it turns into a Motorcycle that makes you want to spin it more than necessary
My mileage dropped from 24 to 20 on the high speed, pass Main course
Setting is unexpectedly White
It's one more thing to look forward to in my motorcycle life
If you're interested, I think you should give it a try I don't think you'll regret it

It works as expected
I bought it on the recommendation of an acquaintance
Response was much better and exceeded my expectations
I haven't had any problems with it since it was installed
