【JB POWER (BITO R&D)】FCR Carburetor Review
CBR250R (MC19 type) Used at ・・・・
The one for MC22 was used on MC19.
The OEM Throttle Wire was too long and did not fit, so I installed it without the return wire. (To be adjusted later by JB in the posterior Thailandco.)
And the OEM wire stopper width was too wide for the OEM, so we used a sander to remove the interference.
This area is thought to be due to the diversion of other vehicles, so please refer to this page if you are using the MC19.
The installation of the Others was a simple installation.
I was a little confused that there is no Knob fixing bracket for Idol adjustment, but I can use it by hanging it with Tie Wrap. (Lol)
The installation of the system is a snap, but it can be ridden for the time being.
Please note that we are amateurs and do not know the details of the settings.
For starters, the FCR Carburetor Body sounds pleasant and extremely fun!
I was hesitant for a while because of the price, but the OEM carburetor was not getting any better and the parts were expensive, so I decided to buy it. And it's fun!
There is no Chalketc. mechanism like the OEM carburetor, so it is necessary to understand how to handle a carburetor with acceleration pumps & and its habits.
If you are having trouble getting better with OEMcarburetor, I recommend you buy it!

what kind of state (Exhaust System, ignition system, etc.) I don't know if you did the Setting in the
It is unknown, so if you are particular about it, you will need a Setting that matches your vehicle.
As for the delivery time, it was originally scheduled to take about 3 months, but it arrived in one month.

The FCR Carburetor Body you've always wanted!
I had been on the fence about buying it, but I was informed that the price will go up by about 32,000 yen starting April 1.
I made the decision to purchase.
The setting for the car model was already out to some extent, but once the Jet and other products were installed, it was not possible to use them.
Checked the number of screw-related returns and tuned the throttle valve.
Also, I installed a SEPBearingGuide (I'll skip this since it has nothing to do with product impressions).
Installation is easy for those familiar with the OEMcarburetor, as it simply replaces the OEMcarburetor.
After starting the engine and adjusting the idling, the car was ready for a test run.
As expected, FCR Carburetor Body Response like a demon!
Acceleration like a demon...?
The Exhaust System has been replaced with an external one, so it is obviously thin. (Breathing at 6000 rpm)
Quantity of Main jet in the future:Set is purchased and Setting is issued.
Low speeds run without any problems.
After all, it is shipped with the settings for the car model, so it will run to some extent.
From there, I'll boil it down to my own taste.

FCR Carburetor Body of your dreams
My first impression of the installation was that the Throttle was very heavy! No amount of Wire routing or type of Wire could improve it.
So we changed the Spring to a lighter one, and it now feels as good as the OEM one. The spring change is not possible without a full reverse operation.
Other than that, the acceleration power is as good as its reputation.
