Easy processing is necessary
It is Inner pipe which realizes cheap realization of High Solo which generally takes 10,000 ~ 20,000 yen.
In this model NORMAL's Throttle body processing on the Throttle body side is required.
Until now I have used 41 pie Inner pipe but it can be used with no problems after processing, even with 44 pie I could use it like Throttle body after processing.
Throttle movement etc etc etc. Those with knowledge think that they can process themselves, but those who do not have confidence are better off by asking Motorcycle store to say unreasonable.

I feel dull operation feeling
There is a positioning dowel on the Throttle holder of the D-trance or KLX, but if it falls it will surely break this case. Moreover, it is not sold only with Cover which broke Dubbo side, it becomes HousingAssy thing exchange, so when trying to return it, it becomes very expensive. In addition, OEMThrottle tube is crushed almost by the impact sandwiched between OEMHandlebar containing Weight and Closed type and the ground. So I will not exchange Housing this time, only Tube will be Aluminum of Kashima Coat of Open Type
Since there is no dowel, I restrain Housing with just the tightening Torque of Screw, but it does not move by normal operation, and in the impact at the time of falling, I adjusted the Torque so as not to damage the Tube by sliding inward.
I cut out the end of the OEMGrip previously torn and kept as a spare and made it into a tubular shape. At first it was planned to bond with Bond, but this Tube is thicker than OEM so slide it with detergent and put it in close enough, so adhesive was unnecessary. In order to prevent breakage when falling over, I attached the end of the cut Grip to the end chap and set it in the tube. I let it come off when falling down.
It is easy for High throttle to unnecessarily grasp, but Control is severe. When it could be unintentionally opened, it easily got stood and sharpened the Rear Fender with the ground. I think that it is a problem of getting used to, but I think NORMAL is more manageable.
Kashima Coat is Greaseetc. I think that it is very nice with a nullurious operation feeling even in the state without attaching Dry. Material : Because it is 6 times the price of Plastic, I think that it is reasonable quality feeling.

We upgraded High SoloInner pipe of ZEPHYR 1100 from 36 φ to 40 φ.

High solo as PetitCustom. Since OEM winding size of ZEPHYR 1100 is 32, it changed to 40. Actually Power is not up, but I felt the illusion that Response of Accelerator operation improved and slightly increased Power. Attention to full length
