POSITIVE CLUTCH ENGAGEMENT
The Takegawa Reinforced Clutch Spring Set shore gives positive clutch engagement. I installed all 6 Takegawa Springs to get 30% more grip on the clutch plates of my GROM (standard / stock power output) and I think I only need 10% (2 springs) or 15% (3 springs) for my GROMS power output. I will easily remove 3 springs next time I clean my oil filter during an oil change. This is why I chose Takegawa Reinforced Clutch Springs so I can "dial in" the amount of clutch "feel" I require (when I install my 181cc kit). When installing your Takegawa Clutch Springs, don't forget to use a criss cross pattern when removing and tentioning the springs.
