High-performance Sprocket that combines performance and strength used by Works
[How is it used?
He mainly rides around town and occasionally goes on touring trips.
How was your experience with it?
Since the 520Conversion is a 520Conversion from the 525, the Chain is also lighter, and rolling resistance seems to have been dramatically reduced.
How did it compare to other products?
Other companies' products have NameValue and bright colors, and many people use them, but if they are too flashy, isa is Recommendation.
The most important factors for Sprocket are low friction, strength, and light weight, since it is the part that rotates. This is proven by the fact that Works uses it.
Note that the number of pieces differs depending on the Spec. of the reimportation. The North American Spec. is 43.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
Simultaneous exchange with 520 Chain.
The Japanese specification is 530, so making it 520 will make it much lighter.

Buy Flynig
Following the recent purchase of 43 guns, I purchased 40 of the smallest number of Rear Sprocket guns.
I have put the weight on the website, so I hope it will be helpful for those who are considering purchasing.
An increase or decrease of 1 knife changes about 15g.

Sprocket is an ISA
I've used ISA Sprocket on other cars and it seems to hold up really well. It looks exactly the same as it did when it was new for a while after I started using it.
I think there are a lot of people around who use it for Motocross.
There is a wide range of settings for the number of pages, and I think there is enough for any scene.

unknown number
I have been using SUNSTAR's DuraluminSprocket, but since it wears out quickly, I bought this one which is rumored to be highly durable.
I've only just installed it so durability is unknown but it looks good.

High durability Sprocket without being too flashy
It installs it in SEROW250 when the running distance of the paved road running center is about 30,000km.
I was curious about the difference between the OEM Sprocket with and without the RubberDamper, so I kept the FSprocket and Chain from new and replaced the Rear Sprocket with a 48 ISA Sprocket which has the same number of teeth as the OEM.
If you replace the SEROW250 by yourself, you should pay attention to the tightening torque with 6 Stud bolts and Nut.
As for the Damper, it is the difference by the existence of this Parts which is small of the capacity, but when I sharpened the nerve, I felt that the direct feeling of the beginning of opening Axel went up, but at the time of the embrasure by AxelOff and Downshift, I did not understand the difference almost.
Personally, I don't think I could do without it.
I didn't notice any difference in weight savings to me.
I replaced it almost 20,000km after I installed it, but I was able to still use it because I replaced it at the end of the life of the Chain which ran 50,000km.
For an Aluminum Sprocket, it is quite durable and has a beautiful finish and high quality.
If your goal is to reduce weight and you don't want to use SprocketAdapter, this is the one choice.
redundancy
I measured after removal and the ISA tooth thickness is 7.3mm and the collar is 10.5mm, the OEM tooth is 7mm and the collar is 9.6mm (The thickness that hits the collar of DRC SprocketAdapter is 10.0mm) 。
I think the OEM has a RubberDamper so the center part where the Bolt goes moves very slightly.
Damper can be bought individually. (About $1,700 × 6 pieces!) It's not going to be easy to move.
The center of the thickness of the teeth is 14.15mm and 13.1mm respectively, which is about 1mm difference.
I did not feel any discomfort when I turned the tire by hand, and there was no abnormal wear on the teeth, so both may be the correct answer, but why?

It's just so light!
Since this is not a motorcycle that requires top speed, I converted it to raise the rear by one.
Please note that if you want to change the GEAR ratio, you need to change the speed sensor.
The product itself is a good product that is light, strong, and has high accuracy, as expected of Top2 along with SUNSTAR, but the number of pistols here is wider.
There is a possibility that the hub damper will come off, and if you don't assemble it properly, the resistance will become large or the hub will be damaged at worst.
It is important to assemble the drive train carefully and with sufficient confirmation.
The impression of switching to 35 pistols is that it changes the level at which you can feel the improvement in low GEAR, so I feel it is a good choice if you do not want to pursue the top speed.

light (i.e. not heavy)
Got it cheaper at a physical store, so I traded it!
I thought the product was light in my hands, and when I held the NORMAL that I replaced it with, I felt the lightness even more.
The drive unit is lighter, so it may be lighter to drive.
I've only done a little riding around the neighborhood, I'd love to go touring somewhere.

Good texture.
This is for Motocross course only.
Shot peening has been applied to the surface treatment.
It would be nice if the durability was a little better.
The shape and the three-dimensional pattern are high quality.
I'm using SUNSTAR's Aluminum Sprocket.
It was worn out and had to be replaced.
At some point the hub mounting bolt nut started to come loose.
I've had to retighten them at least twice in the morning and afternoon for each day of driving.
I'm sure the direct cause is due to vibration.
It was unclear why it had suddenly started happening.
I thought the wear on the teeth could use a little more work.
I was wondering if the looseness could possibly be caused by wear? So I thought.
Since SUNSTAR was discontinued, I replaced it.
I chose this one because of its reputation for accuracy.
As a result, the looseness is gone.
Has wear changed the resonance point of the vibration, or is it the performance of the ISA Sprocket?
I can't judge, but I'm glad anyway.
I'm running low on options, so if it's not a problem, I'll choose this one next time around.

It requires a certain amount of hang and tools.

Parenthesis OK
I like the color tone and bought it. The disadvantage is that the cost is a little high. Since I drive only about 3000-4000km a year, I don't think the durability is helpful, but I don't think it has changed much since I bought it more than a year ago. View detail
Cruising comfort.
Used for CT110. The engine speed was high and the vibration was busy, but after replacing it, I can cruise easily. it is recommendation for those who do more on road touring than off road. View detail

Unchanging quality
When I bought one for my NSR80 more than 20 years ago, I was shocked by its texture, lightness and durability.
This time, I'm buying a nomination.
The quality and texture is the same as before. What has changed is the logo mark and the color (it has become slightly brighter)
The price is a little high, but considering the lightness and durability, I think it's a good value.

Recently Lineup
There was a Lineup in ISA, but it was only recently that it was lined up in We-Big.
I was having trouble with the 520Conversion because it has almost no lineup.
The number of pages is also available within the required range, which is helpful for setting changes.
Also, I don't have a Lineup on We-Big, but 525 is also on the ManufacturerHP.
I'm looking forward to future lineups.

neither good nor bad
I bought this because there is no OEM Sprocket available. The appearance is cool, but the uneven surface treatment makes it difficult to clean. Durability is yet to be judged, as it has only had a few miles on it. However, it is expensive. View detail

Durability has also been experienced with the XR250.
Chain and FSprocket can be replaced at the same time for increased peace of mind.

Reliable Brand
The targeted number of teeth (38T) is only ISA products with no lineups
As intended, fast cruising in Top gear is now easier
However, the maximum speed does not extend as much as Left I feel it is because of the balance of the number of revolutions and output, but the maximum speed in the same speed conversion is not increased as much as Left
RPMs are lowered, which makes it easier for long-distance operations
On the other hand, on the mountain passes, the NORMAL setting (41T) is a good thing I see I felt that
There seems to be no contact with the chain slider due to the small diameter
In addition, even if you chain 2PieceCut, the chain adjuster becomes close to the longest range, and you will be able to use it for a long time It is
4 PieceCut is too short; 3 PieceCut is structurally impossible
As a result, it may not be suitable for those who do not want to extend the Wheelbase

Sprocket for light weight and high part accuracy
It was used in the CRF150R?
Even though it is a SmallEngine Displacement Volume, it is a Racer vehicle EngineTorque is a good example of that
If the dimensions of the Sprocket are inaccurate, the bolt nut may come loose It was dangerous
This Sprocket has a high level of component accuracy and no such trouble!
This is the best Sprocket for Motocross race vehicles because of its high wear resistance and light weight It is
It is also a high performance and reliable part in regular vehicles
