I thought I'd be more comfortable riding around town...

Street riding only
Was the one you received as per Image?
No different than the one in the picture.
Was the installation difficult?
If you have touched the Scooter drivetrain before, you will have no trouble at all.
However, a special tool is always required, so if this is a one-time replacement
We recommend that you do not do it yourself, but ask the Shop to do it for you.
How was your experience with it?
I don't know the pulley diameter since I haven't measured it, but I think it is the same as the OEM one.
On the Weight Roller side, the wall thicknesses of the outer and inner diameters are quite different.
The Weight Roller is moving LARGE widths! I thought
In fact, the wall thickness is so thick that it has to be carved deeply.
The wall thickness of the insertion point of the Pulley boss is also much thinner.
Overall, the Weight Roller movement seems to have changed.
Compared to the OEM, this product has a smoother angle when going to the outer edge of the Weight Roller.
OEM with diagonal don.
The shape of the Ramp Plate was quite different.
Belt was also purchased new from OEM.
The conclusion after the replacement is that if it is downhill and over a considerable distance, it will go all the way up to the swing-out.
However, on flat roads, the OEM was faster and had the highest speed.
The Weight Roller may be a bit heavy.
If I lighten the weight, I might be able to gain a little more acceleration, but I don't feel like packing it in that tight.
I guess it is enough to think that I could play with this Gold amount.
By the way, as others have reviewed, I checked the OEM Pulley Weight Roller.
My Motorcycle is also a Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) It was in RoseRose.
This product is not meant to be fast, but rather new OEM Parts are expensive.
I thought I would be lucky if I could feel a little quicker, so I thought I would use a cheap Other Brand Product to get by.
Incidentally, I checked with the Manufacturer and they said that Belt uses OEM.

Clutch removal from Scooter
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was a little thinner than I had expected.
How was your experience with it?
It is still difficult to apply Torque because it is hand-tightened.
It is thin as a tool and difficult to hang on Nut. Not necessarily unusable.
【Review】
I thought it was a waste to buy a Socket for a rarely used Size nut, so I bought this inexpensive one, but it is not unusable, so there is no problem.
But if you want to manage Torque tightly, you should buy Socket.
If you use this tool, mark the position where the manufacturer tightened the nut with a white sign pen before loosening the nut, and then loosen the nut.

Easy to use
This Spring hook is durable and easy to use.
It is a must-have item for removing and installing the Full Exhaust System, and is easy to hold and non-slip, so there is no need to worry about getting wounds on the exhaust pipe.

Simple design
I bought this to install Navigation.
It is very easy to install as it only needs to be tightened with Mirror.
The adjustment mechanism is simple, the bar rotates around the bracket.
The angle is fixed, so Navigation is a little tilted, but it's acceptable.

Price suitable
It's easy to use, but the downside is that the injected Grease leaks out.
The price is low, so it's not impossible to use it, so it's a good thing.

Upgrade acceleration force and Belt lifetime by additional work
As the condition was good as we processed the Belt contact surface of Pulley kit for Tigera of MFR the other day,
I bought it following this 【MFR Forged Pulley Face 14-Degrees】 We also decided to install it by processing.
It is the purpose and requirement of the last work of Pulley's additional work
? In the contact surface, leave the outer circumference as it is
? The contact surface in the vicinity of the boss makes the slope linear straight up to the boss diameter
? Do not hit the side of Belt by the angle made by Pulley slope and boss joining face
As a result the original angle is 15 ° 14 °.
【MFR Forged Pulley Face 14-Degrees】 Since it was originally 14 °, the diameter of the portion joined to the boss of Pulley face is not equal to the angle and the same as the boss diameter etc.. It shaved until it became.
This will make the entire Pulley face thinner by 1 mm, but there are also reasonably good thicknesses, and there will be strength as well as a forged product - - - -
It is a plan. Even when it was actually cut with a lathe, it was able to clean beautifully unlike the cast material.
Furthermore, in the Pulley face of the MFR Pulley Kit, the boss diameter is 0. It is convex by 5 mm
After processing, this became a play and Mu Bubble Pulley had play in the axial direction.
【MFR Forged Pulley Face 14-Degrees】 So this convex is not so perfect.
There is also a hole in the Pulley kit that can not be fitted with an anti-rotation tool, so you can remove it without using the Impact wrench, so it is also friendly to Crank
For those who want to drop Belt to the boss diameter aiming for starting acceleration performance, I think that it is an additional work that I would like to recommend by all means.

CYGNUS.
The Socket and Glasses of
46-mm Size were expensive, and since there were no other uses, they purchased this.
It can be especially used for the purpose of Clutch decomposition satisfactorily.
Those who are on the Scooter made from
Yamaha (a CYGNUS X, a MAJESTY125, BW'S125), and tamper with a drive system by themselves think that they are useful tools if it has one.
