Genuine Yamaha Rear Brake Pad Kit for FZ1 2010
This was the second part of the pad change on this old girl, FZ1 2010 bike. As before, I found the correct pads by using the help pages from Webike and then cross referencing Yamaha schematics. Also, checking for superseded parts if there are any. On this occasion, this was the most up to date pad for the bike. The cost of the pads was really good and slightly better than could be sourced locally. I did have a few other sets of pads for other bikes in my order and this meant the shipping cost was lower than if you purchased say one set. Anyway, my order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. EMS was my chosen courier and everything was packed really well. The rear pads for this FZ1 are not particularly special and although the bikes do catch some speed, there are not many who use the rear brake to it's potential. They are really good brake pads for this bike anyway, they had just worn down more than I would have liked so this is why we changed them. Very happy with the final result, great work Webike. Genuine Yamaha Nut for Cord Comp
This was the nut that was needed to refit the cord comp on the YZF-R1 which had a serious electrical malfunction. I thought I would have had one of these in stock in my garage but upon inspection, the threads were actually a 1.50mm which is unusual for such a small nut. No matter, I just decided to order one anyway as using the old nut was out of the question due to the condition of it. Finding the right part was super easy as I already had the schematics section for the cord comp open and the nuit was on the same page. It cost about the same as locally but as I was already ordering, why not. My order was shipped using EMS and all arrived very fast. I only order on the Monday and on Friday, the delivery was already at my door. Fantastic. The nut came in it's own little packet and was very good quality, unlike some nuts I have purchased after market. The outer was precise and the inner threads were smooth as you like. After refitting the cord comp, the nut was the last part and this was a little tricky to get to but luckily, it did not need a lot or torque. Happy with the purchase and the finished job. Genuine Yamaha Cord Comp for YZF-R1 2016
This was a part that I honestly never thought I would have to change ever. It is the cord from the negative lead back. I have no idea how it happened but the old one had some serious issues before I got the bike and was not running smoothly. Iafter a lot of pain staking investigation, it was found to be a right old mess. At some point the cord had been cut but how I have no idea and who ever though it would be good idea to solder the wires together and wrap in insulation tape. This was never going to wrok as this cord need a certain range of resistance to which is was lacking. Finding the right cord was easy as I checked Yamaha schematics and it fits a few other bikes anyway. The price was great and about half the price as in the UK. With the new nut for the front end and a couple of other parts, I got everything shipped at the same time and used EMS. I ordered on Monday and this arrived to me on Friday, how good is that! The cord came in a Yamaha packet and was well packed in the box. The cord also came with the rubber boot to stop any dirt and grime build up on the connector. It was a bit of a ball ache grtting the old one completely free from it's postion but once done, the new cord went via the same route. Genuine Yamaha Stay 1 for MT07 2020
This part had got a little beat up for one reason or another and needed to be replaced. This the stay 1 on the left hand rear of the bike. Finding the right part number was not too hard as I just used Webike help tools and then cross referenced with Yamaha schematics. The part is not an expensive one either which is also good. This and a few other parts were added to my basket and I got them all shipped together with EMS. The shipping took 5 days to arrive with me. EMS are really quick at delivering and this is why I stick with them. The stay was well packaged and no sign of damage at all. It has a lovely satin silver paint to finish and the quality of this is superb, not a blemish in sight. The part itself fitted as expected and theere was no additional parts needed or to have to force it in place. Well machined part, very good quality and worked a treat. Genuine Yamaha Air Filter for MT09 2020
We wanted to try the new air filter for this bike over the aftermarket one already fitted which was not doing so good. I have never found them to be anything less than the quality as the standard OEM filters are anyway and do not have any less performance even with filters that cost twice as much. Finding the correct filter for the bike was easy too, I checked on Webike website and this showed the models that fit each filter. Super easy. I had other items in my order and this then cut down the shipping over the entire order. I use EMS fast service which arrived at my door in 5 days but there was a weekend inbetween too. All the items were packaged really well and bubble wrap and air pockets were used to fill any space in the box. Webike even tape the outer box on all sides so nothing can get in out. This filter does not look much but you can see each of the fins are perfectly aligned and uniform, OEM quality of course. The filter arrived in perfect condition and fitted as I mentioned above in about half an hour total and that was including cleaning the surfaces and prepping everything. The final result was great, all sorted and no leaks or additonal air entering the system. If you do it right the first time, follow the instructions this won't happen anyway. Genuine Yamaha Air Filter for MT09 2017
New air filter needed for MT09 2017 model. I have had some other aftermarket air filters before and not been overly impressed. Decided to go for stock genuine Yamaha for a change. This part has already been superseded so should be pretty good. The price was really good for genuine Yamaha and as I had other items in the order, the shipping was cushioned somewhat and very reasonable, Delivered by EMS and arrived in 5 days of placing the order. After removing most of the top body work, the air filter is relatively easy to install, it's putting everything back which is a pain. The filter itself looked really good and a proper piece of Yamaha kit. Everything is nice and well manufactured as you would expect from a stock part. The company asked me to fix the Belt because it was cut off, so I repaired it.
I was torn between KN Kikaku's Japan Reinforced Belt Series (https://www.webike.net/sd/23107471/) and DAYTONA's Reinforced V Belt (https://www.webike.net I was torn between KN Kikaku's Japan Reinforced Belt Series () and DAYTONA's Reinforced V Belt (/sd/22752243/), but the price was the same as OEM, so I chose YamahaOEM for its reliability and peace of mind.

Installation points and hang/Availability and clarity of the Instruction Manual/Points to consider/Items to purchase/Opinions and requests to the Manufacturer
The face should be degreased to avoid slipping of the mounting point and hang→. Also, the belt has a direction of rotation, so be sure to check the direction of rotation before installing the belt. The direction of rotation is sometimes a problem when you are assembling in a brain-dead state.
Since you are opening the cover and replacing the belt, you should replace the slide piece and the roller at the same time to avoid having to do it twice.

Genuine Yamaha Clutch Friction Plate for FJ1200 1992
This was one of those jobs that was desparately wanted doing as this clutch has been needing attention for quite a while now. Time for the new clutch plates to sort it out completely. This order was for the friction plates, I purchased the full set of these along with the steel plates for the full overhaul. I was very pleased to see that Webike could actually get these for me. The price was really good and for the set was far better than I could source locally here in the UK. As I already had a few other parts in my basket waiting to checkout, this cut down the shipping and spread it across all the parts. All arrived in tact and perfect condition in less than a week via EMS fast service. Webike packed all my items out securely and with some additional bubble wrap. 100% perfect when I got them. Not really bought many clutch plates for this model Yamaha but when I do, I always go for the genuine ones which I know will work exactly as they should. At this price, it would be foolish not to buy genuine. The tolerances for each plate was the same as the specs in the manual. There was no oiliness or contaminants so these were good to fit. You do not have to soak these friction plates but adding a little oil to the other steel plates is a good idea. Fitted pretty easily and quickly and now ready for the season ahead. Genuine Yamaha Clutch Plate 2 for FJ1200 1992
Time for the second part of the build with the new clutch steel plates complete this part of the overhaul. This order was for the steel clutch plates, I purchased the full set of these for the FJ1200 1992. I was very pleased to see that Webike could actually get these for me. The price was really good and for the set was far better than I could source locally here in the UK. The other friction plates were already in my basket along and this meant ordering them all together actually cut down on the shipping per item. I do use EMS for the delivery as they just get the order delivered quickly. Arrived in less than a week. All the plates were packed really well and extra bubble wrap was added to the box to fill any space. Everything arrived in one piece with zero damage. No point in trying to save money and getting after market clutch plates as they don't last as long as OEM ones. The plates had a nice sharp but not dangerous machining on them and very precise and perfectly to the tolerances on the manual. Genuine Yamaha Stay 2 for XSR900
This was a part that had gotten some damage and 2 of the mount holes had damage and were not holding the tail tight assembly correctly. Not so much of a bit job but these are pretty costly items anyway. Finding the part was super easy as I used the tools Webike provide on their help pages and then for peace of mind, I cross referenced with Yamaha schematics. The part itself was a lot cheaper than could be sourced locally at my dealer so I decided the best option was to buy direct from Webike. With a couple of small parts already waiting to be paid for, I had all shipped together to save on the cost. My chosen courier is EMS as they just get the orders to me fast. It took 5 days to arrive at my door from being shipped from the Webike warehouse. ALl the items were very well packaged and were in perfect condition. This Stay 2 came in its own Yamaha box anyway and was well wrapped. The finish is excellent and a nice satin paint which really pops. The mount holes are all perfect and align exactly as expected. The fitting was pretty straight forward and took roughly an hour to fit everything back together. Now the tail light assembly does not wobble and is nicve and secure. Great work Webike, thanks a lot. 2009 Yamaha R1 Starter Motor brush set
I had starter issues and replaced it with an aftermarket unit, as the price of a genuine Yamaha brush set (in the UK) was nearly £120. However the aftermarket starter was a disaster. Checked the Webike website, and the cost of a genuine Yamaha brush set (including shipping) was almost half of what it was cost in the UK - Approx. £60. Webike shipped the part on a Friday and it was in the UK for the Tuesday. So as well as the best price, shipping across the world was super quick. Cant fault Webike in any way! View detail

Genuine Yamaha Front Brake Pad Kit for YZF-R1 2002
The YZF-R1 2002 came in for brake pad change and for this reason, as this has already had many pad changes, the customer wanted to keep it standard and stay with the OEM set up for both front and rear pads. Finding the right parts for the job was not tricky as I use Webike help pages and cross reference with Yamaha schematics to make doubly sure. These pads were pretty good value for OEM ones and less than could be sourced locally. I usually have a few other parts ready to ship so this keeps the cost of shipping down. As this was part of a larger brake pad order the price was right. My order arrived via EMS in 5 days from shipping which you simply cannot argue about. My order was well packaged and the pads also came in the standar Yamaha plastic pack. The pads are not really anything special but due to the extreme speeds these bikes can reach, they are surely up for the task. Fitting was easy as the calipers were all ready to accept the pads. Genuine Yamaha Rear Brake Pads for YZF-R6
This came in for a service and needed new front and back pads. It was decided to get the Genuine Yamaha brake pads so I looked on Webike and they had them in stock. Also, with this rear ser I purchased the front set whilst I was at it. Finding the correct ones was pretty easy using the help pages and cross referencing Yamaha Schematics. The price Webike had the for was very good value for money for genuine Yamaha pads.With a few other items in my basket, shipping was spread out so was also very reasonable. Genuine Yamaha Grip Assy for YZF-R1
This is a replacement for the stock throttle grip that needed changing. I was going to initially just change the grip itself but for the price of this assy I decided why not just get the whole part direct. And, with it being a genuine Yamaha part, I know it's quality will be perfect. So, finding the part was not hard as I already checked Yamaha schematics for this bike. Ther price was superb and added to the basket along with a few other parts. I generally have more than one item per order as it really does cut down on the shipping costs spread through the items. I chose EMS and my order was delivered in 5 days from beiung shipped from Webike warehouse. The box was all sealed and the amount of padding inside to keep my parts safe was excellent. The grip itself came in teh standard Yamaha bag with. The grip part is nice and well, grippy, not totally smoothed out like some grips you can buy. You can really feel the friction when using it. The rubber is nice and soft but it seems like it has been bonded to the throttle tube so it is not coming off in a hurry. What else can I say, Yamaha OEM part and the quality is fantastic. CL250 converted to High Solo by modification
The CL250 Custom was replaced with an external (KIJIMA) Throttle cone + thicker grips.
I was looking for an easy way to convert to High Solo because I had low throttle and the engine stalled frequently.
The OEMThrottle cone of the XG250 TRICKER that was lying around in the warehouse managed to fit in the Housing.
I recall using this part as a diversion to convert an XG250 TRICKER to High Solo.
I bought and installed it with no luck.
As it is, the shape of both the pull side and return side are completely different, so we modified it to match the shape of the OEM's Throttle cone.
I think it could be done with Cutter or an iron file, but it would take a lot of time.
Preparing a Cutter and Leutor for resin will help you achieve a clean finish in a short time.
(Bit for resin drilling was higher than this product…)
As a result, it really fits in the OEMHousing of CL250 at the Limit limitSize.
The larger diameter allows the wire to be taut even when the opening degree is 0, so it is necessary to loosen the tension to the adjustment limit to secure about 5mm of play.
As you can see in the comparison photo, the diameter is quite large, so we decided to go a little overboard with High Solo.
It may be a little scary unless you are used to subtle Axel maneuvers in Large Motorcycle or Off-road driving.
UTurn and Handlebar full lock turn are not a problem, but only the downhill Hairpin is a dangerous opening if you are not careful.
If it is to be used for CL250, it would be better to use XG250 TRICKER or SEROW's Throttle, which has a smaller take-up diameter than this part, for a practical level fit.
It wasn't what we were aiming for, but the accuracy was so much better than KIJIMA's parts.
Throttle rattling is also reduced.
I have a feeling that Honda has intentionally made the winding diameter thinner in OEM Parts as a result of designing them to be less prone to sudden starts and acceleration and to be safe to drive.
(Although it is also true that if you try to use VINTAGEDesign's thick Grip, it is too low-slung and difficult to drive…).
The effect is quite high when you consider that tuning can be done for 1,000 or less, and it is a recommended component as long as you understand the demerit and risk associated with the High Solo conversion.

Genuine Yamaha Plug Straight Screw for XT250
One of the only parts I do insist on changing is the oil plug on bikes after and oil change. Mostly due to the screw becoming a little messed up and could be harder to remove over time. Even though this bike is a pretty young bike, it has a lot of years left in it and I would hate to have to drill out the bolt to change oil in the future. The correct part was found by using the tools Webike provide on their help section. I then did a cross reference with Yamaha schematics to make sure. The screw was not expensive but when you get a genuine Yamaha one, you know it will be perfect for the job. With a few other parts, my order was shipped using EMS and arrived in one piece and perfect condition in 5 days. The screw came in the standard Yamaha packet and wrapped in bubble wrap envelope. It was really clean on the threads and no shards or swarf were found. Along with the genuine Yamaha gasket all was fitted eas=ily and no leaks once torqued correctly. Very pleased witht his purchase. Genuine Yamaha Gasket for XT250
Whilst I was changing out the oil and already purchased the new oil drain plug, I wanted to make sure I had a good seal so also purchased the genuine Yamaha gasket for this bike. This is only the second oil change I have done on this bike but it is only a 2019 model anyway. The correct gasket was found when I checked for the correct oil plug. Not too tricky when you have the Yamaha schematiics in front of you. The price was really good value, yes, you could get a pack of cheaper after market gaskets but for this money, why would you risk a good seal. Anyway, with a couple of other parts I needed including the oil plug, I had my order shipped using EMS. My order arrived in perfect order and 100% no damage in 5 days straight. The gasket was in the usual Yamaha clear packet. There were no contaminants inside the packet which was nice. The washer looks to be copper but I would assume it is a copper and some other metal mix. Easy job to do replacing the gasket and oil plug but make sure not to over tighten. Use a torque wrench and make sure you have it right. Very happy customer. Great work Webike. View detail

If you purchase as 4JP, you will receive 3WF-17641-00.
Yamaha is an official compatible product, but it is not the same thing, and the specifications are different.
By actual measurement, 3WF-17641-00 is slightly longer than 4JP-17641-00.

I wanted to return only the width that was reduced by the NORMAL length to a new one because I have a High Speed Pulley, but it became too long and the high gear became too high, or the high speed side stopped extending.
Since it is an old car model, it is probably a good thing that they are interchangeable, but since they are not the same length, I feel that I have lost money buying them.
For NORMAL cars, it may be a good idea to be on the High gear side.
