Burn & Handle Measures
[How is it used?
It is used for CRF250RX.
Exhaust systems are not limited to this car model, but they are parts that get quite hot.
In the event of a fall, the Exhaust System is designed to prevent the body from being hit by the Exhaust System when it is stuck in the body of the vehicle.
Also, CRF250RX of 2022 model has no handle-like part on the Right Side of the body, and the cause of the problem is Large and strange.
By installing this, we can have an Exhaust System so that we can cause the Motorcycle to fall to the Right without difficulty.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As shown in the Image.:I was worried that it might melt because it is rubber, but as expected of Exclusive Design, there is no problem at all.
Was the installation difficult?
It's easy:Tie WrapQuantity:Just wrap it around with 2pcs and stop.
How was your experience with it?
It is much easier to cause. What would I do without it? I feel like, "What would I do if I didn't have it?
[Included Parts:were they on?
It came with a body, a Tie Wrap to hold it in place, and an ACERBIS Sticker.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
No, I don't!

You need to be creative in your own way.
The Instruction Manual also says to install it in an ingenious way. (Lol)
It looks cool.
Effectiveness in the event of a fall, etc., is unknown.

Prevents the silencer's wounds when falling.
It comes out a little longer than the required length. There is a feeling that it definitely blocks the wound, but it is a little annoying. Functionally, it's flawless. View detail

spoon heat guard
This is the card you want. It was nice to be able to choose the size too. However, I think the price is a little high. However, compared to general inexpensive heat guards, the completeness itself is very high, so it looks luxurious. great. It is a product that I would recommend to those who watch Heat Guard. Fitted for heat protection
I installed it because my calf sometimes touches the Exhaust System.
This will help you avoid burns.
The exhaust system is narrow when installed, so the band was changed to a small diameter Stainless Steel Band.

Heat Guard
Super fast shipping. Product is very light weight and looks really good on my Yoshimura full exhaust. I would highly recommend this product. View detail
Exactly to FMF
Used for FMF exhaust pipe.
The Large is perfect and does not get hot, so it will not burn clothing on contact.
The product is not bad looking, and I think it is functional & well-designed.

[How is it used?
It's been 9 months since I bought my FZS600, and although I haven't had any standing fender benders yet, I'm taking precautions to prepare for that eventuality. After all, it is a 19-year-old motorcycle, and Silencer is no longer manufactured and out of stock.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I thought it would be a bit larger than I expected, but when I tried it on Silencer, it seemed to be a reasonable large size. It is supposed to be used as a heat guard, but I think it is a little too large for that.
Was the installation difficult?
Attaching it to Silencer is technically less difficult, but the Stainless Steel Band is too long, so it would be Large strange if you don't have the right tool to cut it. I had a wire cutter (a large nipper), so I could easily cut the band with it. Incidentally, the Silencer of FZS600 has a diameter of 120mm, but the Stainless Steel Band is still 5mm long. I had about 0mm left over.
How was your experience with it?
I decided on the mounting position based on where it would be damaged in the event of moss, but I'm not sure if it will work as expected.
[Included Parts:were they on?
A complete set of parts necessary for installation is included as shown in the product photo.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I won't know if it works as well as I hope until I actually mock it up, but I hope it doesn't! (Lol)
Other items that would be helpful
Installation point or hang:Tightening the screws of the Stainless Steel Band should be done last; temporarily fasten the Stainless Steel Band and Guard Mount to the Silencer, and then screw the Heat Guard to the Mount. After fixing and positioning the Heat Guard, tighten the screws of the Stainless Steel Band last. If the mounting position of the Stainless Steel Band and Mount is determined first, it will be difficult to position the Heat Guard horizontally.

The Screw Pitch of the attached Bolt is …
Stainless Steel Hexagon Bolt (No Nut) is included with four screws by Size, but the Screw Pitch is 1.25 (1.5?) in general. So I had no choice but to buy Bolt+Nut because Nut was not available at the nearby Home center. Other than that, I am very happy with the quality and very satisfied. (I'm not sure if it works when it's stooped over …) I put it on BMSRfor Full Exhaust System. View detail
Mounting on WR 250X
I have a FMF Q4 and it hits the Silencer when it falls to the Right, so I installed it as a protection in case it falls over. View detail
Fits: YAMAHA WR250 X, YAMAHA WR250 R, YAMAHA WR250 X, YAMAHA WR250 R
Installed on a WR250R
I installed it on Guard because it melts when clothes hit the Exhaust pipe.
It is semi-glossy, so it looks good together with other carbon parts.

Installation is the key.
The ribs need to be bent extra tightly before installation so that they will not stick to the chamber.
I chose Orange to match the color of my car, but I regret that Black would have looked better with Parenthesis.

Good or bad fixation method.
Since the Tie Wrap is used to secure the product, you have to tighten it very tightly to prevent it from coming off, but once it is tightened, it cannot be removed, so you cannot fine-tune the mounting position.
When I try to remove it, the Tie Wrap breaks. The length of the tie wrap is like a monster, and I can't find a replacement at my local home center.

I bought it.
So far, I bought the POWER BOX SUS Slip-on Silencer because it is Beautiful.
I don't think this Protector will completely protect the exhaust system, but it might help hide scratches if they occur.
Some people put it on the front of their Slip-on Silencer, but I think it's more likely to hit the back of the car when it falls.

I still...
I still don't know how to install it.
I'm pretty sure that an OEM Exhaust System won't work, but I'm not sure.
I don't know (sweat)

Buy Silver.
I think the ring shape that has been attached since the beginning is also AdventureStyle, but
I bought it as dress-up parts because I wanted to have a futuristic and sharp-edged design.
The color is slightly different from the OEM Exhaust System; if the OEM Exhaust System is Silver Rat, this one is Silver.
(The color is similar to OEM Tandem Footpeg)
The color will be slightly floaty, but on the other hand "Here's the custom part." It is just right for those who want to make a statement.
To install, simply remove the two OEM Bolts, replace the Heat Guard, and re-tighten.
However, because it is near the heat part, the OEMBolt is adsorbed and is very hard.
It is recommended to use a proper tool (hex H6 hole + CombinationWrench) or have a PRO do it quickly.
I didn't expect it to work as a heat guard, but it did.
When I remove the Motorcycle Cover, it is less likely to get stuck than OEM, which is an unexpected effect.
I recommend it because it is inexpensive and cool.

Parenthesis looking good
I ran it on the GSX-S1000.
The strength, shape, etc. are perfectly fine, and the carbon looks very beautiful.
The replacement is very simple, just remove the OEM exhaust guard and replace it by inserting the protrusion on the silencer into the back of the product. (Hook) You will need a Material:The only thing you need to be careful about is that it is made of carbon, so if you insert it too hard, it may crack.
It is much lighter than the OEMExhaust Guard, so I think it helps reduce weight along with its appearance.
We recommend this product to those who are using the OEM exhaust system, or those who are using an external exhaust system that can be used with the OEM exhaust guard, and want to have one point.
