3 stars but 4 stars!
It is aluminum, so its durability is not so great, but its light weight and design are excellent.
Thinking about the color of Chain is part of the fun!

Race ish look.
I installed it on my 2011 CBR1000RR and was torn between a Duralumin Sprocket and a Steel Sprocket for the 520Conversion, but I chose the RACINGSteel one because I thought it would last longer. The black color of the Sprocket without any unnecessary decorations makes the rear area look tighter, which I think is a very good parenthesis. On the other hand, it is made of steel, so I felt it is heavier than the one made of Duralumin. I feel it can be used for quite a long time if regular maintenance is not neglected. View detail
Sacrifices durability. It should be.
[How is it used?
Used in 520Conversion for vehicles with OEMChain size 525
Chain cleaning and lubrication:Performed after 500 km to 1,000 km of driving. (In the case of long-distance touring, this may not be performed for up to 3,000 km.
Chain oil:YAMALUBE Super chain oil(https://www.webike.net/sd/3460992/)
Chain cleaner:Mainly YAMALUBE Super chain cleaner (https://www.webike.net/sd/25743176/)
First group:
Distance for the period:32,234 km from October 5, 2018 to May 22, 2021 Touring entities including Circuit driving sessions.
Chain:RK 520X-XW Silver (https://www.webike.net/sd/24759424/)
Rear Sprocket:KOKEN Color Anodized Aluminum HardBlack *Includes SUNSTAR (https://www.webike.net/sd/20417090/)
Second group:
Distance for the period:Approximately 8,000 km from May 22, 2021 to September 18, 2023, mainly Touring including Circuit driving sessions.
Chain:RK 520X-XW Black (https://www.webike.net/sd/21113819/)
Rear Sprocket:SUNSTART Rear Sprocket Duralumin (https://www.webike.net/sd/20394294/)
Was the one you received as per Image?
The product is exactly as shown in the image.
The product is packaged in a cardboard package with a small paper Instruction ManualQuantity:Only 1 pc. was included, and there was no weird Vinyl or anything like that, so I could just send it to the waste paper collection and be done with it.
The same number of holes as the OEMSprocket, but with many holes that look like they have been cut out of the meat, and the appearance is different from the OEMSprocket in that it looks like a large hole.
Heavier and sturdier than it looks, probably due to the material.
Was the installation difficult?
Although it is not a problem of this product but a problem of the car Both Sides, the load to the Chain accompanying the replacement of the Sprocket Mounting Bolt seems to be great because the fixing method of the Sprocket Mounting Bolt is mainly to fix it using the Chain.
Attached imageQuantity:The fixing part of the nut that bites into the bolt (see 1pc. eye), the instruction to stop the nut from loosening, the 85 N-m tightening torque instruction, and the fact that the aforementioned fixing is only done by indirect means makes it very difficult to remove the nut.
When the length of the spinner handle exceeded the length used for tightening, it was possible to replace the handle without a power tool.
As long as the Nut is removed, it can be installed by simply aligning it with the groove and pushing it in.
It was also possible to tighten with a 525 Size Chain, which is different from Sprocket.
I felt that this would be a reason to further recommend a 3-point replacement of the drivetrain, since the main method of replacement would be to put a load on the Chain.
How was your experience with it?
Single body evaluation of this product is not possible due to the replacement of the front sprocket, chain, and rear sprocket only.
No impact on Meter due to the same number of pins as OEM
Although the durability deterioration caused by the Conversion is a cause for concern, we did not encounter any problems even after driving more than 30,000 km, and the teeth did not seem to have been ground off. (Although it would be a problem if the teeth were visibly worn away.
Difference of acceleration by Conversion is unknown due to lack of subtlety.
I tried to think of a reason for the difference between the OEM and the mysterious component, such as to facilitate the movement of the chain, or to provide soundproofing, but could not detect any difference.
I think it says something about a new circle, but I only use Sprocket made by SUNSTAR, so evaluation is impossible.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Instruction Manual is included, which only describes the orientation for installation by Conversion.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I would say that the price may have gone up quite a bit in a short period of time. At the time of purchase, I thought the price was the same as the OEM price, but when I checked today, I found that the OEM price was 3,894 yen, which is the difference between the OEM price and the Large price. As for the product, I am not at all dissatisfied or disappointed.
[Notes]
As I think it is mentioned in the Instruction Manual, if the installation direction is wrong, the flow of the Chain will be strange and possibly dangerous.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
Chain, Rear Sprocket, Hub Damper, OEM New Nuts, Bolt Loosening Stopper, Chain Oil, Chain Cleaner
Both the body and the Included Parts:are battle-specific products that eliminate waste to the utmost limit. At the same time, it is a product that can withstand the long distance travel for touring use, and is a product that gives us a sense of trust as a manufacturer that would be our first choice for replacement.

The sound from Chain has become LARGER.
The sound from the Chain (reflected from the Tunnel, side walls, etc.) seems LARGER than my previous OEMSprocket + Enuma Chain combination.
I hear a pushing sound when I push and walk, and I am more worried than dissatisfied.
The sound of pushing and walking disappeared as the distance increased, but...
With Baron Red, Chain is cheaper, but labor costs more.
If you do it yourself, you don't need to pay for labor, but you do need to pay for some parts and tools.
TotalCost is about the same
I wonder if asking the store for a Chain/Sprocket exchange would be a better deal in Total.

When in doubt, go to SUNSTAR!
This is the first exchange.
I initially hesitated between D.I.D. and SUNSTAR, but decided to go with SUNSTAR, which I have known for a long time (this is my first Chain & Sprocket exchange).
I didn't think Gold would fit the W650, but now I'm glad I chose it.
Compared to the OEM, it is considerably lighter and Bigli.

SUNSTAR's high quality workmanship is excellent.
[How is it used?
I needed to adjust the Sprocket, but I was not sure if it would be cost-effective to buy something too expensive, so I bought the Steel to try it out, even though I was not crazy about the Steel.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The quality of the product exceeded my expectations. I have been choosing Duralumin, but if it is MADE IN SUNSTAR, Steel will suffice. I am very satisfied.
How was your experience with it?
The weight difference of the Sprocket cannot be felt as long as you are driving, but the quality and build quality is very favorable. It also looks good in Matte Black.

The price was a little lower than OEM Product.
The car has a mileage of 60,000km and was replaced with an OEM Product that came with the car since it was new.
The OEM Product that I removed, I couldn't tell if it was decreasing or not, but what about SUNSTAR?
As for the installation, it was done without any problems.

I wanted a TYPE without floater, but MADE IN SUNSTAR was not available.
I used to use brembo's TDrive and was wondering if I should go with that, but Corona didn't have it in stock anyway.
The number of people who are putting in Eki Spandex is increasing in Large and a half, and I don't want to put in more and more because of the rebelliousness of it. (Lol)
And finally... (p∀p) Kitakore!

Quantity of Front15T:I want the Set to be Lineup.
[How is it used?
The average fuel consumption has dropped below 30km/l, so I thought it was time to look at Sprocket and saw that it was firmly shurikenized, so I rushed to buy it and WebikePit in for a direct replacement.
How was your experience with it?
Since we went from Front 15T to NORMAL 14T, the ride has become very bad.
How did it compare to other products?
With 15T, I felt Smooth even when starting off and not trying too hard in the upper GEAR, but with 14T, it kind of feels like it becomes a hassle to run.
[Points to note]
If you buy Gold unintentionally, you will be somewhat embarrassed, so please be careful about the color.

It is lightweight.
I hold it in my hand when I remove the NORMAL and replace it with the SUNSTAR one, and it is just so light.
Large will be useful to reduce the weight under Spring.
The reduction of the weight under Spring will have a positive effect on the driving itself.
The number of hits is one larger than in NORMAL, which may be good for acceleration.

It's pretty light.
I bought it from OEM and was impressed by its light weight. I don't think the forme without meat is particularly good, but it's a matter of taste.
Color variations would be great. I don't know how durable it is, but if it doesn't fail faster than the Front, there is no problem. Basically, they are replaced at the same time.

Chain of did (The higher ones)
First of all, it is so light that you would think it was plastic when you hold it.
And when pressed, the Rear is clearly lighter.
Also, it is now easier to SHIFT UP.
I am satisfied, but I am afraid I gave it 4 stars because I did not feel the effect as I expected, perhaps I was expecting too much, and I personally would have preferred a more subdued color.

16TSprocket
I am satisfied with Large, although the satisfaction level may not be indicated correctly.
The replacement was aimed at reducing fuel consumption and increasing cruising range when touring.
In order to make the DIY project as cost-effective as possible, we decided to replace the FrontSprocket first.
As a result, the rpm at 100 km/h on the highway dropped about 500 rpm on the meter reading. Do not think that it is only 500, but my car turns about 5000 rpm in 100 km, the longer the distance, the more large the effect will be. The fuel consumption of the important thing also fell by the change of ECUData, but it recovered to about 18 km/L by touring at a common sense speed.
In the future, we are planning to convert to a 42→41 car using the OEM Ninja 1000 Rear Sprocket to further improve fuel economy.
It would be great if Total's rpm could be lowered by 1000 rpm at 100 km/h….
It does not require much skill to replace the nut, but when removing the nut, a Torque Impact wrench with 600N-m or higher is required. It is so hard that you may think it is an Opposite Thread Screw.
When tightening the Torque wrench, after temporarily tightening the nut to get the proper tension of the chain, put the gear in first gear and insert a hexagonal wrenchetc. between the teeth of the Drive and Driven and the chain. Please refer to this page.
