Aluminum Chain Adjuster
The genuine parts are rugged. However, this product has a neat appearance. I highly recommend it to those who want to get a dress-up of the chain adjuster. It also has the advantage of being able to adjust the chain with hexagonal wrenches. View detail
High Quality Chain Adjusters for the Monkey 125
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of these chain adjusters, they are made from machined aluminium with an anodized finish that is available in red, black silver and gold. About the feeling of use: The process of chain adjustments has been made easier with this product installed and there appears installed on the stock swingarm is a step up from the Honda ones. Products to buy together: Some Kitaco sprockets would also be desirable to purchase along side these chain adjusters, while you have the rear wheel removed for access the lighter weight sprockets can be installed with ease. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about half an hour, the rear axle needs to be removed so the chain adjusters can be positioned onto the swingarm. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting high quality chain adjusters at a reasonable price as compared to the similar styled chain adjusters from Bikers that are a very high priced product. About shipping and packaging: The faster shipping options are too expensive for myself so I just have to wait for my part to arrive via sea freight. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: Shipping costs per items can be greatly reduced if you bundle multiple items together, so try not to purchase items individually if you have more then one you wish to purchase. Kitaco Chain Adjusters
About quality and texture - These are some solid aluminium chain adjusters when compared to the stamped steel ones that came on the bike and the silver anodized finish keeps with the OEM look. About the feeling of use - The look beautiful fitted on the swingarm and the adjustment markings and allen bolt adjuster are a much more enjoyable experience to use now then before Products to buy together - Kitaco have a huge line up in parts for the Monkey 125 but the products to buy with the chain adjusters are a set of their hollow axle shafts. Difficulty of installation - A rear maintenance stand is needed to remove the rear wheel and once that is achieved then simply swap out the chain adjusters and reinstall everything. Not a difficult job if you can perform basic maintenance. Cost performance and comparison with other products - The Kitaco chain adjuster are by far the best value aftermarket adjuster available. They look great and perform well. The G-Craft product do look fancier but are double the price. About shipping and packaging - Sea freight is my preferred shipping option and arrives in Australia within 8 weeks from dispatch. Always well packaged to ensure parts arrive safety and are ready for use. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - If you are also going to purchase rear maintenance spools for your stand you may want to take a look at the chain adjuster with built-in spools from BIKERS. Parenthesis is good
If you change from the OEM's flatness, the appearance of the small size is quite different.
The moment I held it in my hands, I was so light that I felt Big Li.
Adjustment Screw is harder to adjust than OEM because it is hexagonal, but Refreshingly cohesive, unobtrusive and good for parenthesis.
I just think the price is a bit high.
