I'm good.
Replacing the CDI on a '92 SR500 that had failed.
Thank goodness OEM Product was already discontinued!
Installation is done by connecting the Connector to the Quantity:It was easy to install the 2pcs. CDIBody is attached to the Frame with Tie Wrap.
It is equipped with an advance angle adjustment function, but I have set it to the NORMAL position for now and will experiment with other positions in the future.
I'm not sure how durable it is, but I'd appreciate it if it lasts longer.

Fits: HONDA little cub, HONDA SuperCUB [Super Cub]., HONDA little cub, HONDA SuperCUB [Super Cub].
Not just looks, but functionality.
Made by Posh Cub Type/Mini Keg Grip is 。 I chose Black because Black is a safe color. 。
I chose it because it looks good on the CUB and because of the wide variety of colors available.
I want to change the Grip and make it my own. Various Design's are on the market.
However, the size of the handlebar is different for each car model, so if the size does not match, the Large size will change.
By the way, what is the size of the Handlebar Grip of the CUB?
* Dedicated to genuine handleGrip total length for HONDA CUBSeries vehicles:112mm 。 Grip I.D.:Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) Co 24mm.
Grip replacement procedure
(1) Cut the old grip with Scissors First, you must remove the old grip to begin. 。 Various ways to remove Grip 。 There are various ways to remove it depending on the condition of the person and the motorcycle, such as cutting it vigorously with a cutter knife or injecting silicon spray and pulling it out as hard as you can. 。 This time, I didn't have a cutter on hand, and I was planning to dispose of the old grips, so I used a kitchen scissors to make the incision.
↓
(2) Remove the previous adhesive, etc. that adhered to the surface and clean it up.
↓
Next, we will install the new grips. 。 For this grips, it was easy to lubricate the new grips with silicon spray and push them into place. Generally, when installing new grips, it is often necessary to wet the handlebar with parts cleaner instead of lubricant before pushing the grips into the handlebar. 。 However, the dimensions of the grips are quite tight, so even if the silicon spray is used to fit the grips, the grips will not rotate after installation. 。

Effect after replacement
◎Grip's moderate elasticity is good.
◎ Grip is thick-walled and Barrel-shaped, making it easy to hold.
◎Less vibration on the hand than OEM. Less fatigue even over long distances.
◎The Fold is attached so it is not slippery.
◎The look of the car becomes old car feeling, and I like it (laugh)
Since the ▲Grip is Large, the Throttle opening degree is Large, so a little caution is required.
Personally, I like the comfort of the grip, and since the grip is a key element in motorcycle driving, I chose the barrel shape because it seemed like a good choice, mainly because it would reduce fatigue. 。 When we actually put it on, as expected, we found it easy to grip and the folds prevent it from slipping.
Barrel Type Grip is stylish in appearance. 。 For those CUB owners who are using worn-out Grips, we suggest replacing them, as they are quite inexpensive.

Why use a spark plug tester?
It is an instant answer to 'does it have spark? ' when your engine won't start. CF POSH spark tester will save your time, money and avoid frustration as it offers the safest way to detect a spark. It takes roughly about 20 to 30 seconds in order to identify the problem. The spark tester connects between the spark plug and spark plug wire to troubleshoot dirty spark plug connections, defective points and bad cables or connections.Test with a spark plug tester . (01).Attach a spark plug tester to the ignition wire. At the other end, the tester connects to the spark plug as it sits in your engine. Turn the ignition ON. (02)-Start the engine, or simply turn it over if it won't start, and watch the transparent sides of the tester. What color should spark tester be? Should a spark plug spark be blue or orange? Orange is a weak spark. You want a Blue spark. A bright light will appear inside the TESTER when a good spark occurs .CF POSH Spark Checker MUST HAVE AN ITEM IN YOUR GARAGE.CF POSH Spark Checker PRICE IS SO CHEAP AND It must be said that it is worth more than the money paid.Need to remind WEBIKE packaging and fast reliable service .WEBIKE PACKAGING IS TOP NOTCH and very well secure. The only place where you can confidently buy the spare parts you need at the lowest prices . very well organized online shop . webike shop is very AUTHENTIC . 5STAR SHOP. CF POSH Flat Face Throttle Cone
I searched to replace the throttle grip of my genuine Ape 100 Type D, and unfortunately, only CF POSH products were in stock. Because it is an old model, after-parts are in short supply. I went down to the parking lot to replace the throttle grip and replaced the grip. This is a very easy replacement. You only need to loosen one screw bolt. As a user, there is little difference between the genuine product and CF POSH's 15% quick grip. -------------------------------------------------- -------- I searched to replace my genuine 100 type D throttle grip, and unfortunately there was only CF POSH product. Recommended for those who enjoy Setting.
In case of analog type such as SR400, the effect of CDI replacement is (゜゜) I think.
Roughly CDI replacement.
The following effects.
1. Limiter can be disengaged. Electrical Limiter can be disengaged by installing an external CDI 。 The →SR has no limiter, so that's not the point.
2. Power, acceleration characteristics, response, etc. are improved over those with NORMALCDI. →Coil or Plug and Quantity:You can feel the effect when you use Set.
3. It maintains strong ignition power even at high rpm. It is beneficial to add →external carburetor, etc., as it will be closer to high rpm.
4. Remove Rotation Limiter. → I don't think this is relevant.
And this POSH has 4 types of ignition timings to choose from.
Map1 Angle of advance from NORMAL
Same as Map2 NORMAL
Map3 Delayed angle from NORMAL
Map4 LAGGER ANGLE THAN NORMAL
Says Rucksack Li simply 。 Power increases as the angle of advance increases.
Why is an advanced angle better? (Sometimes a slow angle is better)
When the engine speed is high, the crank rotation angle is too fast for the gasoline to ignite and spread, and the engine rotation angle and the gasoline spread will not match. 。 Therefore, at high RPM, it is necessary to ignite the ignition at a slightly faster timing than the angle of the crank (called "advance angle"), so it is necessary to control the ignition timing according to the engine RPM.
CDI in a nutshell, Parts to determine proper ignition Timing by Spark plug. The external CDI is designed to fully exploit the Potential of the target engine. The CDI is designed to optimize the ignition timing according to the engine displacement volume and tuning degree.
Currently I use Map1 or Map2.
Map1→When you want to turn GunGun.
Map2→Touring, etc.
good point
Installation is also easy with OEM and conversion.
○Idling is higher, so it is easy to be half-crazy.
The last seasoning, which is easy to feel the effect when changing the ○carburetor to an external one.

6VMONKEY Maintenance Shift Arm Part Oil Seal
6VMONKEY Oil leakage from the oil seal of the change shift pedal gradually became a concern, so we replaced it.
The procedure is
(1) Apply a slotted screwdriver to the outer circumference of the oil seal currently installed and tap it to the center. (This work is important in case of sticking)
Screw the screw into the oil seal installed.
(3) Slowly pull out the Screw with pliers.
The oil seal of ShiftChange Pedal is thicker than other oil seals, so if the above method is also difficult, tear off the rubber around the shaft and pull out the gold part of the oil seal with radio pliers!
insertion
I used PVC pipe over a moderate flat washer.

Used as a grapple when making your own Torque rod
Not high intensity or anything, just Material.:Stainless SteelM8Stud bolt.
Originally Stud bolt for SR400/500 Exhaust System, these parts are designed to replace the Rust-friendly OEM Stud.
I used it as a joint for making my own Torque rod for Brake, not for its original purpose, so I don't have an impression of it as an Exhaust SystemStud.
Since it will be used on a part that is exposed to high temperatures from the exhaust (which is why the OEM steel stud bolt will rust quickly and violently), I feel that stainless steel will seize and be difficult to remove next time.
After aligning the screw threads by putting a tap through the screw hole on the cylinder side, apply heat-resistant grease (thread compound) or the like before assembly, or you will likely face hell later on.
Even with a normal exhaust system replacement, the nut that holds the exhaust pipe flange is likely to burn out easily, so the use of a thread compound is probably a must.
What makes this Stud bolt different from other very inexpensive UniversalStuds is that the end of the Screw can be hung with a hexagonal wrench!
Stud bolts are usually attached and removed with a double nut that requires a bit of hang, or with a StudWrench, a special tool.
Material:I'm not sure about using it as an Exhaust SystemStud when it is Stainless Steel, but it would be good for those who cannot tolerate Rust.

Parenthesis well with Blinker!
We chose this one because we thought it would be easy to install because we could divert the OEM.
The Blinker itself is a Level that can be quickly worked out with a single Driver. The Blinker itself was at a level where work could be completed quickly with a single driver.
The blinker relay requires the Bikini cowl to be removed, but it is an easy one to remove, so I was able to replace it without any problems.
The light intensity has been brightened by the change from OEM Valve to LED. I'm quite happy with the sequential as I often saw them on 4-wheeled foreign cars and admired them.

When replacing the Exhaust System of CB1100etc!
[How is it used?
When we replaced the Exhaust System, we had to replace the Gasket as well, otherwise it would leak and cause power down.
How was your experience with it?
It is designed for CB1300, but can be installed on CB1100 without any problem.
Of course, the quality is fine and can be used without disposal leaks.
How did it compare to other products?
The cost performance is good because it is cheaper and of higher quality than OEM Product and KITACO's same etc. products.
[Points to note]
Note that if it has not been replaced for a long period of time, it will stick to the Engine side and scratch it if not carefully removed.
To prevent waste leakage, replace the exhaust system with a new one even if it is troublesome.
