To balance with Rear...
When replacing the rear suspension, I used a RateUp spring to get the balance.
I used #15 Fork oil for the installation.
Spring with the same Variable rate as the OEM, but with a RateUp of about 10%.
I couldn't tell the difference myself. (^^;)

Satisfaction can be obtained in both appearance and performance.
Aluminum case and bright red Spring color increase the impact of the look and feel. (^^;)
Spring rate seems to be more flexible than OEM when you drive it, and
I felt that the Dumping was firmly in place and the Rear was more stable.
I personally appreciate the fact that the total length can be adjusted with the pre-road fixed, but the Hook wrench
It is not included, so those who wish to adjust it must purchase it separately.

I can see it in street driving.
I have only driven around town, but it is good. If I were to use an analogy, it would be like switching from a light truck to a Sedan. How about high speed driving? I am looking forward to it. (This is my personal opinion).
The look is a little more subdued now that Plating's Shiningly is gone. It is a matter of taste. Installation is no problem if you loosen the RightTandem Footpeg. It is a little long, so you need to put something under the Tire when loosening Both Sides.

YSSCartridge
I purchased a YSS type from the shop and initially planned to assemble it myself. The YSS for MC51 is a type that removes the bottom bracket of the front fork and inserts it between the inner tube and the front fork.
The video on the YSS homepage shows how to replace the rear suspension, but it is quite difficult for an amateur to heat it with a heat gun, loosen the adhesive, fix it in a vice, and rotate it, so we asked Gsense where we purchased the rear suspension.
In fact, this was Large's correct answer. The YSS Cartridge we had purchased had a defective stroke amount, and if we had installed it without noticing, the Cartridge might have hit the top cap and damaged it. As expected of Gsense, which manufactures original cartridges for its own use, Gsense was very helpful in immediately noticing the problem. I am very glad that Gsense noticed it immediately.
Even though the manufacturer is growing rapidly, it still does not seem to have the quality control of a long-established manufacturer.
We pointed this out to YSSJAPAN (PMC), and the person in charge was nice enough to replace the parts in response to the ManufacturerObjection, so it took longer this time, but it worked out in the end.
The spring of YSS is 8.0N/mm, but the shop said that MC51 is usually 7.5N/mm, so I asked them to soften the setting of the front fork to make the spring harder. The OEM fluffiness is gone, and the firmness is there. Smooth weight transfer from deceleration before the Corner ring.
It is for Race, so you can say it is stiff, but it does not mean that it does not move, and its road-following performance is very high. The most important thing is that fine setting is now possible, and it is possible to take a balance with the Large and Rear suspension.
The price is quite high if you include the replacement labor, but since MC51 does not sell front forkBody, the only option is to replace the cartridges. GEARS-SUSPENSION of Taiwan and K-Tech of the United Kingdom also seem to offer the same products, but it is difficult to purchase them in Japan.
If the Rear suspension is replaced and the Front is unsatisfactory, the only way to resolve this is to replace the Cartridge, but it will be a completely different Suspension. I think it is well worth doing.

It's changed.
The suspension that was on was worn out, and the thrust from the bottom was severe. View detail
I think it's a little stiff when hung.
The attached Fork Spring is softer than NORMAL and the Oil is harder.
The PD Valve is a Scooter-like Valve, but it is good for the stickiness of the Fork.
Because in the hanging state, the Valve is jostled in an area that is not open enough to open.
Oil holes were added to improve normal flow.
Setting *Rider's weight 70kg, GIVI Small TypeCase
Tire:Anakee STREET
Front:Valve hole 1.5mmx1 added, Valve Spring 1 turn
Fork Spring:Pre-road0mm
Fork oil:YSS No. 15, oil level recommended by YSS
Rear:YSS TG302 Standard Spring:Pre-road 8 turns
Damper on the extension side:13Click back from the strongest
When I set it to the above Setting, only the lumpiness was suppressed and it looks good.
Since it is Scooter, I gave priority to my own senses, and I hope this will be helpful.

supple ride
The product was made from scratch, and it was wonderful.
Tracking on the road surface is much better compared to OEM,
Traction application has also improved significantly.
The only thing I changed from the time of hanging is that I removed the Pre-road slightly,
Other aspects remain the same.
NITRON said that Front's Pre-road was at its best when it was OEM,
We have not touched any at this time.
It is a good product without any complaints.

The front fork is now capable of tenacious running!
[How is it used?
The front fork spring on the NORMAL was replaced because it had become worn out.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The packaging and package were fine. I could not tell at a glance whether the Spring inside was a Reinforcement Spring or not, but I could feel the thickness and the unsettledness of the Pitch, and I could feel the motivation.
Was the installation difficult?
Since the supplied Fork oil was too hard, we replaced only the Spring, so it was easy to replace without removing the Fork.
How was your experience with it?
It seems to be a stiffer Spring, but since we used OEM viscosity Fork oil, it is not that uncomfortable. It is easier to pick up Gap on the road surface, but it is easier to step on the Corner ring, and it is possible to drive tenaciously.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Fork oil and Instruction Manualetc. are included.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None in particular, Rear suspension and Quantity of Hyper pro:Set use can be even more effective.
When replacing the Rear Suspension from NORMAL, the Fork tends to be left in NORMAL, but the Quantity:We hope that you will try this because replacing the set with a new one will further improve the driving experience.

I bought it for the looks anyway.
I think that the NORMAL's thin Black spring has been replaced by a sturdy White spring, which gives it a more luxurious feel.
I am sure that the ride quality is good since it is made by KITACO.

Do you have to fly to see the true value?
[How is it used?
The Normal suspension of my beloved Z900RS was too stiff, and combined with the hard Seat, it was not comfortable to ride on.
Longer touring time causes pain in the buttocks.
I have tried turning Dumping to its weakest, Spring Pre-road to its weakest, and replacing Seat, but it has not resolved the problem.
I thought I had no choice but to replace it with a suspension with less Friction.
If the goal is to improve ride comfort, I thought NITRONR3, which allows individual adjustment of the pressure side at low and high speeds, would be better suited for this purpose.
Since the budget is over and the car is a Yellow Ball, we decided to go with OHLINS for color matching.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I had been looking at the actual product in the Shop many times with greed, so I went to Image.
Was the installation difficult?
If you have all the necessary tools, there is nothing difficult to do, since the Z900Series has the suspension mounted sideways on the top of the chassis.
One person could replace it without any particular difficulty.
Note that although it has a ride-height adjustment feature, it is recommended that the adjustment be made with the Unit removed from the vehicle body.
It can be adjusted in the range of +4mm to -2mm in Unit length, but how much it changes with vehicle height cannot be determined until you try it.
The Preload Adjuster is supposed to be fixed by turning the Hydraulic Hose upward and passing it through the gap between the Frame and Side Cover according to the Instruction Manual, but this may damage the Cover and Frame, so we purchased an OEM installation bracket for the SEGrade from OHLINSStandard Equipment and used it. However, since the cover and frame might be scratched, we purchased an OEM bracket for SEGrade from OHLINSStandard Equipment and used it.
How was your experience with it?
First of all, the ride height is sensibly increased by 1 to 2 cm compared to NORMAL.
When I straddle it and move it, the movement is stiffer and firmer than NORMAL with the weakest Dumping & all Pre-road removed.
And Spring pre-road has a standard setting of 4 and an adjustment range of 0 to possible.
To adjust it below 4, the Suspension Unit must be Rose once and the Oil Pressure Adjuster must be removed.
In other words, the load can be applied but not removed from the standard.
This is disappointing because I wanted Pre-road to be the weakest.
When running as a Large person in Touring with the standard setting, the ruggedness is only felt as if the corners of the Shock are slightly rounded off.
To be honest, I don't feel much change in the others, such as the ground contact of the rear tire, but as the speed increases, the movement of the rear suspension becomes more and more pronounced.
It will be moist.
It seems that the set speed and load are adjusted to the high place, and the true value is not demonstrated unless the machine is flown.
Everyone who is wearing it is talking about it. It's completely different! So glad I switched!" And it's been Reviewed.
I don't know how much I'm skipping (laughs) or if I'm just insensitive...
I weigh less (57Kg), so that may be a factor.
I am not able to drive boldly now because of the winter, so I hope to be able to do so when the weather warms up.

[Was there anything that disappointed you?
To be honest, the change was not as large as when we installed the biturbo suspension on our other car, the Moto Guzzi V7.
Maybe that's how good a job the Normal suspension did.
I am light in weight, so I wanted the Pre-road to be initially set so that it can be adjusted to pull out more than standard.
Other items that would be helpful
Point of installation or hang:
The ABSUnit Cover needs to be removed, but the unusual Bolt of 7mm is used and the
Pantograph jacks and fender plates are needed to hold the body with the suspension removed.
Items to buy together:.
If you have a Bracket for Z900RS SE with OEM OHLINS, it is recommended to have Dust cover with OHLINS name on it.
Also, if you are going to do the work, it will look even better if you replace the link plate together.

The security of having your feet on the ground
My wife, who is just under 160cm tall, started riding a CT110 HUNTER CUB, but she is a complete ballerina and has had some bumps and bruises. She was worried about it, so I replaced it with TWRLow seat.
The low seat did not have much effect, but this 40mm Down Suspension worked perfectly, and he was pleased that although his heels floated, the feeling of security was completely different.
As far as my test run is concerned, I think the convergence after the Gap has improved compared to NORMAL. It seemed to converge smoothly and without any lingering aftermath without bouncing around.
However, be careful not to bank too deep, as the Gap during the Corner ring may cause either the Center Stand or the Knee Slider to make contact.

Nice and simply styled to match the overall original look of the bike
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is steel with a mixtures of chrome plating for the shock body and gloss red powder coating for the springs. About the feeling of use, I am excited to now have adjustment available via the 5-way preload collar for when adding additional weight and they are nice and simply styled to match the overall original look of the bike. Products to buy together, An inner fork upgrade kit from the likes of Tanaka Trading would also be ideal to add to your cart to make the bike more useable in all riding conditions. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the rear shock absorbers was very easy due to the simple nature of the task and ease of access to the mounting nuts. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of this product is great as you are receiving a nicely styled set of shocks with quality surface finishes. Other popular brands do start their line-up with lower pricing but the same features. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 48 hours of me placing the order and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. I find the link supplied to track my order very useful and the order arrived within the estimated date range. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, I have no concerns or cautions when purchasing from Webike. I cannot recommend Webike enough for the majority of your biking needs. They not only sell aftermarket parts and bike gear but also OEM parts for your repairs and servicing needs. View detail
