Insect Attack Countermeasures
Was the one you received as per Image?
As shown in the product image.
The paint and seal on the outside and the construction of the inside are like those of a price-appropriate helmet for a motorized vehicle.
[How did you feel about the Fit?
My head was already compactly or a little bit tight around the temples without using the included cushion material. If you use it for commuting, it may be good because it has a good hold and no gap, but if you use it for traveling on a motorbike, it may or may not give you a headache in the latter half of the trip.
How was your experience with it?
I wanted a shape that would not be bulky along the circumference of the Helmet with the Shield up, so I am glad that is what I wanted. when storing it under the Seat, it can be stored with about the same etc. space as the Helmet without the Shield.
The Shield is of a size that can only cover the upper part of the nose, so the wind that rolls in from the bottom of the Shield can cause the eyes to shimmer. The wind from under the Shield makes my eyes shimmer.
(This is also a Level that can be imagined from the product image, and in this case, it is not so much a bad point since the emphasis was on compactness when stowed away.)
What are the specifications of the product?
Shield, as mentioned above, is a very small space when stored, and the windproof performance is minimal, which I think is sufficient for a 50cc commuting motorized vehicle.
It can cover the ears, but that part can be removed. To be honest, I don't think there is much difference in size whether it is attached or not. I think it would be more comfortable to remove it in summer and put it on in winter.
(When I turned it on, there was some Wind Cutting noise.)
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I felt that the winds rolled in from below Shield were from lower speeds than I expected, as they were coming in from about 30 km/h.
How did it compare to other products?
I still felt that Shield, which covers up to the chin, has better wind protection performance. However, the ability to prevent insects from hitting me in the eyes is enough to achieve my goal.
