I was worried about the seal chain, but in the case of SmallEngine Displacement Volume vehicles

SR400 OEMfor replacement
I chose this for my first Chain replacement for my SR400 Type 5.
Careful preparation is necessary for the replacement procedure, especially for the use of special tools. Now that YouTube is available, it is possible to confirm the procedure with videos, which is a big help.
Thanks to your help, we were able to replace it without any problems, and it is working very well. I am very happy.
I declined to rate the durability and feel of the product, but I think it must be good though.
I was torn between steel and plating, but I decided to go with steel because I have always used steel and I thought it would be cheaper and a little more environmentally friendly. Next time, I may choose Plating.

Chain replacement
Since the Front and Rear Sprocket were replaced, the Sprocket was also replaced.
I had been using D.I.D.'s VX, but this time I decided to go with the high-grade ZVM-X.
OEM is 114 LINK, but we purchased 120 LINK and will pack Piece.
Chain Cut & Crimp tool is used for press fitting and crimping.
Plate was measured and adjusted with Caliper.
The ZVM-X has a pin length of 21.1mm, while the VX we have been using has a pin length of 18.7mm.

First Chain Exchange
Replaced an OEMChain on a 2019 CB1100EX with 17,000km.
I have owned many motorcycles but never had to replace the chain on a motorcycle. I asked another shop to replace the chain, but they said it would cost me twice as much as the gold for labor because I didn't buy from a real store. I chose Silver color Chain which looks like Plating because Gold is not suitable for Spoke wheel of CB1100EX.
I will do maintenance in the future to prevent rusting.

Water pump pliers
Even a light press-fit clip can DID be tricky, requiring a press-fit of the plate to create a groove to stop the clip. A cheap chain tool often fails to press-fit the clips properly. If you use a water pump pliers to tighten the 6mm nut to the plate with force, you can get a groove for the clip. I do not want to buy a Stripele for my own use, considering the frequency of use. New replacement from cleaning
Chain DID is still the best.
Other Manufacturers stretch quickly and karakarakarakarakarakarakarakarakarakarakarakarakarakarakarakarakarak.
420 so I replace it with a new one immediately without Chain cleaning.
The price of this series is about 2000-3000 yen, so we recommend that you buy chain oil and chain cleaner and replace them with new ones, considering the time and effort required to wash them.

Was the installation difficult? Chain Cut & Crimp tool was purchased at the same time, so it was easy.
How was your experience with it? It was a replacement from Chain that I used for many years, so it runs smooth and mellow.

[Was there anything that disappointed you? The car runs about 3,000 km/year, so we think it will last 10 years if we lubricate it frequently.
Other items that would be helpful
For crimping joints, we recommend the Chain Cut & Crimp tool. Other tools may tend to over press-fit or insufficiently crimp the joint. The DID website has a formula for changing the number of pieces when replacing a sprocket, so you can find the number of chain tops you need by entering the number of OEM pieces, the number of FSprockets and RSprockets, etc. The tool is sold in two-piece quantities, so you can buy a just-size one. The price is low and you don't have to do any cutting work.

I replaced the 520Chain of Kashime Joint by myself for the first time.
It was a difficult Image, but with the Chain Cut & Crimp tool, the old Chain Pin removal and attachment,
The new Chain was easily press-fitted and kinked.

The new one is still Smooth.
I thought it was time to replace the OEM Chain and Sprocket, so I measured the dimensions of the Chain and found that it was 1mm before the elongation limit of the Manual Chain! So I replaced it.
CrimpTool was also purchased and installed with it. The new one is Smooth and nice just by turning the Tire - the push/pull feels like it moves smoothly.
It felt Smooth at the start, but this may be just my imagination.
Most importantly, Gold is beautiful and good!

Genuine D.I.D VX3 Gold 530 chain
It was the time to change out the chain and sprockets.I decided I would go for a VX3 gold chain this time as previously, I have gone with either the chrome or standard finish. This came up as a sale item and the 110 link was in stock. I found the correct chain and length by simply checking the bike's user manual and that was pretty much it. No need to go on Yamaha parts catalogue as some things, you should just know about the bikes in your househols you maintain. Although this is a heavy item, the shipping was pretty good and along with a couple of other small and light parts this worked out really well. I opted for EMS as they were a bit cheaper than my usual EMS. This was already in stock so arrived within like 5 days of ordering. Come on, 5 days from placing the order to arriving at my door in the UK. Brilliant. All the parts in the order were well packed and as I also had a couple of small parts in the order, Webike securely wrapped them individually so even if the chain moved in transit, the smaller parts would not come to harm. I had a quick look at the chain upon arrival and I was speechless. The gold is super nice, it just feels like quality. Why go with anyone else than DID when these guys know exactly what they are doing with chains. These chains are mt go to chains for replacements, the oEm ones are good but in my experience, DID is used most of the time anyway from stock bikes. The chain itself was well packaged, there was a lot of nice juicy lube on it and the movement of teh links was easy. Just what you want from a new chain. The chain obviously needed to lose a couple of links so it would fit the bike, pretty easy job if you have the correct tools. All fitted including the front and rear sporockets in less than an hour. I used DID Kashimaru #50 series set to replace the chain all my bike. The work is very easy but I once did the wrong way so cutter pin broke. I order new DID cutter pin #50 to replace. View detail
Keep a spare.
When cutting a chain, the Crimp pin is shaved off to make it easier to pull out,
Since it was cut at an angle, the Pin Cutter also entered and broke at an angle.
This time there was a problem with my work, but it is a very heavily loaded component,

I was able to work on it for the first time without any worries.

We actually replaced 530 Chain.
I was a little apprehensive before working on it, but I found the design to be very workable.
The work itself requires 27mm and 19mm spanners and glasses, but the long size can be done without much effort,

Easy to maintain
I have been interested in this product for a while but have not been able to purchase it, so I finally got it.
The installation was indeed done by Motorcycle shop.
I think it will be very easy to maintain the Chain from now on because only one Piece is a different color.
It was always Large strange to find a guideline, so now I can concentrate on Maintenance without worrying about it.
Quieter than OEM Chain.
I don't know how long it will last, but I will try to maintain it properly so that it will last as long as possible.
I think the Chain will eventually be sold out, so I am considering purchasing the Stock portion in the near future.
