Rear Sprocket replacement
Changed Front from 14T to 16T and Rear Sprocket from 48T to 46T.
I thought it would be sluggish at the start because the GEAR ratio was quite low, but I don't mind that much.

Diversion to ZX25R
The SUNSTAR set for ZX25R is the same diameter and thickness, but not enough, so it was diverted.
Not compatible, but can be installed only by using Spacer collar (5mm).
The 310Φ4.5mm→320Φ5.0mm change increases the weight to 1300g→1430g.
I had hoped that the weight of the inner housing would be reduced to aluminum, but the weight has increased by about 130g.
If you want to use it all the way to the edge, you need to adjust it with Shimetc.
The texture is much better, but Fee Ring did not feel any difference on about public roads.

Change from OEM 14 to 15
The OEMFront sprocket on the GSX250R had 14T and was replaced with a 15T for the purpose of reducing RPM on the highway.
If the Rear Sprocket remains at the OEM tooth count of 46, the speed difference will be about 6-7% if the RPM and selected GEAR are the same.
If high speed touring is the main purpose, the change from 14T to 15T is for Large.
TradeOff is also available, so there is no need to force replacement if you are not currently dissatisfied.
The following are three impressions from the trial run.
・Highway speed range is more comfortable
(RPMs are reduced at the same speed compared to the 14T, and vibration is somewhat suppressed)
Careful GEAR selection at low speeds and on uphill roads.
(Same GEAR, but with the same 14T feelings, it's awkward)

Not enough for use in Circuit
I replaced it with Gicu Ceramic sintered at the same time and used it on Circuit, and Judder appeared at full break in about 5 minutes after break in.
I don't know if it was incompatible with the Pad, but I was too scared to hold the Brake.
Then I switched to OEMPad and it was almost a non-issue.

Chain is a consumable item, and the large impact on the life of the chain is "Elongation" Swing Arm rear end. Chain pull." If the tension is stretched to the point that it cannot be adjusted with the (Chain may come off while driving!) If the length of the product grows to some extent, even if it is less than that, it must be replaced.
Sprocket‥
What is Sprocket? Sprocket." It plays an important role in transmitting the power of the engine to the tires. 。 The Sprocket is always in contact with the Chain, but since it is usually covered by the Cover, it is often overlooked during maintenance.

When replacing a Chain, should the Sprocket also be replaced or not?
"Since the expenses will increase, I'll just exchange the Chain this time for now…." That's the truth (laughs).
However, it is a recommendation… to replace the Front sprocket and Rear sprocket at the same time, or as a result, it is more profitable to replace them at the same time.
Because if the Chain has been running long enough to stretch, the Sprocket is definitely worn out.

Timing better to replace Chain and Sprocket
When vibration or noise is Large around the ▲Chain.
Pitch of Chain (Distance between Pin and Pin inside Roller) and Sprocket's Pitch (distance between teeth) will be Gap, the so-called Pitch shift. The Sprocket can be worn out at an accelerated rate. If the Sprocket runs with a pitch shift, the bottom of the Sprocket teeth cannot catch the roller, and the Sprocket wears out at an accelerated rate.
▲When you feel fuel consumption deteriorating.
In the above situation, replacing only the Chain or only the Sprocket will not solve the problem.
Instead, the chain grows faster and the sprocket wears out even more, and a vicious cycle ensues. And when only the worn-out Sprocket is replaced, the Chain is still not resolved because the Chain has grown to some extent at that point, and the Chain misalignment is repeated. As a result, the life of the Chain and Sprocket as a whole is shortened.
Since this is caused by the interaction of deterioration and wear of the chain and sprocket, we recommend replacing them at the same time.
With proper replacement timing and daily maintenance.
